They know my Maltese BFF by name and me. I have a medical condition that they visibly saw one day when I was bringing him in and they had to help me to get him in and even assisted me back to my car. NOW whenever I schedule a grooming for him they (without my askin) tell me to call them when I get to the parking lot to call them and they will come out and get him and then when I pick him up do it then too. I never know when or if one of these attacks will come on. But I'm greatly appreciate that. Also they know how I want him cut and I always leave a decent tip for the groomer because they always treat him like their own. He's my BFF companion ???? and they are very attentive to how he looks because they know how important he is too me. Thank you Bubbles and Bows for your care and special treatment. I highly recommend this shop!

My wife and I take all 3 of our dogs there. We made the mistake of trying a different place one time and they messed up our babies. We went back to bubbles and bows and we'll never go anywhere else again

Brought my two cats here to be groomed and had a terrible experience with the entire process. First, I was told to show up at 8:30 AM for drop off. Apparently they tell everyone to show up at that time, because when I got there there were about 5 other people all with loud dogs and it frightened my cats. From a previous phone call I was under the impression that the reason I was coming in early was so the cats wouldn’t be overwhelmed by the dogs, but apparently that was not the case. When I went to pick them up, I was rushed out by the staff and was told “they’ll be a little wet for a bit.” I assumed this was from a bath and that they hadn’t fully dried, but after a few days they were still feeling “a little wet” From what I can tell they put shampoo/conditioner on the cats hair and just forgot to wash it off. So now I’ve had to give them a bath to rinse off all the greasy shampoo the groomers didn’t. On top of all that, the cats were still shedding hair to the point that it looked like they weren’t even brushed while they were there. I had specifically asked for special attention be paid to my cats behind because it has some matting but of course he looked the same as he did when I brought him in, as if they hadn’t even attempted to brush there. It’s obvious when going here that this groomer is catered towards dogs. From the influx of dogs upon arrival, to the holiday cards pinned up on the wall, all featuring dogs. I have no problem with this, but if your company advertises cat grooming I expect that job to be done well and for the animals needs to be catered towards. If you have cats you’re looking to get groomed, I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Staff is friendly and has done a great job the 2-3 times we've taken our dog. Unfortunately, Friday was a little different. His cut is great but when we got to the car he was noticeably uncomfortable---itching and crying a bit. Once I got home I checked him and he had several spots of what looked like razor burn on his chest and belly that were bleeding!!! And had fleas!! We get our yard treated so definitely didn't take him in with fleas. I don't want to bash but just upset and needed to share on behalf of my baby boy who is all better now.

Very professional, had a flea problem with my siamese cat and no other groomer could get her flea free. I eventually brought her here. Very clean and they got the job done its been about 11 months since and she is as happy as ever!! Thank you

I’ve recently started taking my boxer here for nail trims they are so welcoming and kind when you enter the building! And take such good care of the animals! Last time she put her breaks on when we walked in because it was new and she doesn’t normally enjoy nail trims this time she walked right in no hesitation!

Staff is always friendly and made Trixie look fantastic. As you can see she's wore out after being pampered ????????

Bubbles N Bows is AMAZING. I am forever indebted to this business. We originally took our newfoundland puppy to a different groomer, and had a terrible experience. I was very hesitant to bring her somewhere else. I finally decided to call Bubbles N Bows and they were SO nice and patient with me. I explained our situation and how worried I was. We scheduled an appointment and I reiterated again when we got there how anxious I was about leaving my puppy. When they called to say she was ready the groomer on the phone told me what a great job she did, and how they took their time with her, and i started crying on the phone I was so relieved. When I picked her up she looked SO CUTE and two of the groomers came out to tell me how well she did and how much they loved her, I started crying again! I was SO RELIEVED! They truly take extra time and attention with your pup. I love them so so so much. Sarabi is on a two week schedule and she gets so excited every time we walk in!

I decided not to use their services. They wanted me to drop my girl off at 9 am and not pick her up until 2:30. With other groomers I have used I only had to leave her a couple of hours. I didn't want her there 5 1/2 hours.

Previously took my dog to pets mart where they traumatized him. Came here and he came out so happy. Have been twice his grooming is perfect each time.

They did a wonderful job grooming the cats, I would highly recommend!

Had my Chihuahua Sparky to get his first nail trim. We waited almost a year and I had tried yet never done before. Not wanting to hurt him took him into Bubbles N Bows. They did an excellent job. He was a little shook but that was from me waiting so long. I would suggest doing way b4 a year. They did a Great job for a Great price. So tip is definitely deserved.

Best dog groomers in the city would recommend them to anybody

I had an awesome experience with my 2.5 year old Goldendoodle that doesn’t like her paws/legs touched, and 3 month old Aussiedoodle that has crazy, puppy energy. The staff was polite, helpful, and listened to what I wanted. Great work!
