What a kind woman and made quick work of my fluffy dog!

This was our first visit to a groomer since we adopted Oscar. Darla had great reviews so we decided to book an appointment. Oscar got scheduled in 2 days later and loved Darla! He has some anxiety and is a large dog so I am very impressed with Darla’s patience and skills. He looks and smells great :) Will definitely be returning and recommend!

i have problems with other groomers in the past but this lady treats your pet like its hers love her sooooo much

Darla and her staff are awesome! Darla is very attentive and very professional. Outside of professionalism, she is very outgoing and welcomes creative ideas for grooming styles. Her passion for dogs is why I am a customer at Groomers Den!

Had a fantastic experience with Darla! We have been struggling to find a groomer that was reliable and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our dog who gets pretty bad anxiety at the groomers. We have found what we’ve been looking for in Darla’s Dogs and we will definitely be back. Also our dog looks great by the way!

Highly recommend! She took great care of my 2 young dogs, and is extremely thorough. Already told my parents they should bring their dog to Darla's Dogs. Couldn't be more happy with the service and Darla is very friendly, I felt comfortable leaving my dogs with her right away.

This is very very unprofessional and sad! I have been looking forward to my dogs GROOMING APPT for him as he really needs It as Is already! And she cancels my appt for this reason, you know what day your husbands birthday is all year long? So why did you schedule this day just to cancel? I get people have a life outside of work! I’m very understanding but I’m not understanding of people last minute being flakey and unprofessional. If you can’t handle working the days you schedule yourself to have an appointment then maybe you should not run a business

Darla is amazing. She loves dogs and has a lot of experience. She is very accommodating amd takes great care of the dogs while they are in her care. I absolutely love that they are not crated or leashed during their stay - they can lounge on the couch or play with the other pooches. Thank you, Darla!

Darla did such an amazing job on my dog! Lady is 9 years old but looks like she did when she was a puppy! Everything about our visit today was spectacular! We will be seeing her again when it’s time for her next cut!

I love Darla and so does my Jasmine. I hadn’t had much luck finding a groomer that I really liked until someone recommended Darla. My dog always comes home looking beautiful. It is clear Darla loves what she does and all the dogs that come through her door.

Didn't receive the service I paid for and they refuse to correct the situation. To me grooming consists of nail trim,bath,and hair cut at the least. My dog received none of the above so not really sure what I paid for

Beware!!! My Cavalier King Charles were shaved when they were picked up and we expressed that’s not what we wanted. Poor communication from groomer and we should have been called before she took it upon herself to do what she did. They have a double coat and their fur will never be the same again, you NEVER shave this breed and we have been bringing them in every 5 weeks maintenance grooming. We are new in town and was hoping we found a trusted groomer.

Darla has done a wonderful job with my dog I could not ask for a better place to have my best friend groomed at . She accommodated my work schedule and did an outstanding job of getting me in. Totally recommend darla’s dog den

Disappointed. As much as I wanted to use this groomer for my pups, it’s just not worth the hassle to me. My first appointment was cancelled less than 15 minutes from the appointment time (I was already on my way). Since the cancellation, I have called and left a message to reschedule, never receiving a call back. I have also texted this person about an appointment day and again, never got a response. I called once more and actually spoke with this person. I was asked if I could come the following morning and I said “no.” Their reply was “call back tomorrow, I’m closed now for the day.” If they were closed for the day, why did they even answer the phone, let alone try to schedule me for the following morning? This person is not accommodating whatsoever and doesn’t seem concerned about their clientele. Look else where if you are wanting a professional, timely response.

Love Darla, she does such a great job with my dog, and you can tell she really lives what she does and she adores the dogs, makes you comfortable knowing your leaving your baby with her.

Darla is THE dog whisperer! Her expertise and knowledge of all things pup really eases my mind. Not only do I adore her, but so does my pup, Merlin. She knows exactly how to soothe anxiety ridden doggies and she is an absolute artist when it come to dog grooming. I have never been more comfortable with a groomer. I will never take Merlin anywhere else!
