Very friendly, as fast as they can be with all the dogs they see !! I like it because I can actually go in with my pet and ask questions!!

Sadly this place is very understaffed and it's very difficult to get any useful information either by phone email social media or in-person.

Brought my dog here for odd behaviors like not eating and acting tired, and MULTIPLE physicals. We were told she just had arthritis and gaining weight. A month later I took her to the emergency vet for a swollen stomach and same symptoms. She had a MASSIVE tumor that could erupt with any movement too sharp, killing her instantly. Surgery wasn't even an option at that point. We put her down the next day to save her from the rupture. There is no way this couldn't be found in the many physicals by Pet guards. They're all volunteers here, which is great, but not at the price of my dogs life. Go somewhere else.

I had a very good experience there. My cat was attacked by another animal and a fever and an infection and he was barely moving when we got there. They were very kind and took very good care of my cat. I'm so glad they were there for me when I needed. He is doing much better now.

They won’t take appointments over phone so you have to drive there to make appointment and I drove there only to be told they are not taking new patients! If you are not taking NEW patients SAY SO on the 3 minute message I had to listen do. Not to mention drive 20 minutes to get there.

They are concerned about you animal.

The staff and Dr. was really nice. But they didn't help my cat. He had went in for a cold and they gave him an antibiotic and a steroid shot, and 3 days later he was still sneezing. You can't call them cause they don't answer the phone and I live far from them, and with my work schedule it's hard for me to get him there with there hours.

I had such a wonderful visit because everything was explained to me about my cat's injuries that the "emergency clinic staff" that i took my cat to didn't explain to me. Cause I had a lot of questions and the veterinarian and staff at Pet Guard answered everything. Keep up the wonderful job. ????????????????

This is one of the best places around to bring your pets. The staff is on top of things at all times the doctors know what they are doing and the prices are very reasonable!! Nothing but good things to say!

Great service. Very nice, caring people to help your pets.

They don't handle absolutely everything here, but if you are willing to wait your pet can be seen for minor illnesses. My regular vet (as most do right now) has had really long wait times to get appts, so it's nice to have another option. Their spay and neuter prices are very reasonable.

Dr sigler is the best!

Gilbert Louise is just so difficult but William Sigler didn't give up on Gilbert Louise he gave him his shot's for his itchy skin condition and cared for him like he was his own

Long wait because it is a walk in clinic no appointments for well visits. That said staff was very friendly and professional. Office was clean and we'll organized.

I usually have good experiences, but this time i seemed to get the elderly bunch that doesn't particularly like their jobs, and took their good ole time doing what they do and giving shots without even telling us what they are for. The lady at the counter was a little more friendly. Just obvious a visit you get what you paid for...but dor 2 cats with flea medicine, it was still 200!

The front desk ladies were beyond rude. I wont be coming back after this appointment.

We were seen in a timely manner. Everyone working here was pleasant and kind. They took good care of our dog and answered all our questions.

Excellent place to take your pets. The doctor was absolutely wonderful with our dog, as was the staff. They were very efficient and very nice. About an hour wait time. Wonderful people, will definitely use again and recommend to everyone! Very reasonable prices. A+
