Great experience taking my cat here for quick check on a small health concern. I was able to get an appointment made on short notice the same day. The whole staff was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions. They were sweet and caring with my cat and made her feel comfortable throughout the process. I was able to go inside the exam room to be with my cat as well which I greatly appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable too. I definitely recommend this office!

We had an urgent issue with our cat and the fit us in immediately and ran tests while we waited. Thy gave us a good idea of what it would cost, what our options were and engaged us in the decision-making. I recalled thinking, "If only emergency care was this good for humans!!". Special shout out to Carrie - our vet tech. She was phenomenal in every way - the way she handled and treated our cat with compassion and sensitivity, the way she was ever so friendly to us and - due to her 20+ years working at WWACC - the ability to observe things in the cat's behavior and presenting physical condition that other vet techs with less experience would never zero in on. So happy we have Dr. Miller and his team here for our animals!

WWACC is the most wonderful vet. All the staff are so kind and knowledgeable, and thorough and practical in their treatment approach. Our puppy became mysteriously ill on a Friday and they squeezed her in late day for emergency surgery, which saved us from a lot of worry and an expensive MedVet visit. They also helped us identify and successfully treat back pain in our older dog, when I had mistakenly attributed her antisocial behavior to the new puppy. We even arrived for an appointment on the wrong day ???? and they fit us in. ❤️

By far the best bet we’ve been to. The doctors remember our cat, ask great questions, and are always validating our concerns. If you value kindness, professionalism, and expertise this is the vet for you.

Worthington Woods is the only vet for us. They've taken great care of our dogs for over 20 years. So friendly and helpful. Our Border Collie also has her "spa day" there once per month.

I can't say enough about my experience boarding my tender yet timid cat here, my first time ever boarding a furbaby. I received numerous updates on how Shadow was doing & it was rich a relief knowing Shadow was in such caring and capable hands.

Had a stray cat ,which I understand cat a breed like crazy , however this cats face was half missing with his eye gone an ear also . But still wouldn't offer any help, an to the response saying that there was no call is not true, I was told to find someone in my county an I found a place in Marion Ohio, but the fact that your calling me a liar because I gave a poor review is not needed, however the male stray cat was taken to emergency vet . But thank you

The vet techs and assistants are always so nice and make me feel like family. I no longer live close by but bring my dog back anyway because he's now the 2nd generation I've taken here!

I brought my dog there when she started showing signs of some kind of issue, they ran tests. Didn’t find anything wrong charged me over $200 for that visit. She got worse brought her back, still couldn’t figure out what was wrong, charged me another $200, and sent me to medvet. There at Medvet they were able to figure out what was wrong, and she had to be put down. Looking back at things, I wish they had recommend medvet right away, if they are not capable of treating neurological issues they shouldn’t even try. Looking back at the years I took her there I feel that the doctors here could of seen some of the health issues she had were caused by what eventually ended her life. I don’t blame them for what happen, I only wish they could of looked harder and help me and zoey better. Overall the nurses there were always super nice, the doctors were either amazing or terrible when working with them, the front desk receptionist is very apathetic and not personable when speaking to on the phone or in person.

I was very impressed with this office. Dr Vangundy was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and I trusted her opinion completely. The doctor and staff were all very nice and treated my dog great. He is blind and gets scared at new places but they were all very gentle with him. The office was very clean and nice and everyone was extremely kind. The bill was pretty reasonable considering everything they did for him. I will continue to take my dog here. He is usually pretty upset when he goes to the vet but he did really well. I highly recommend this office. March 2021: I want to add a note to this review. I still after coming here for a couple years cannot say enough great things about this office!! My dog has seen Dr Miller most of the time and he is so great with him! I have a dog who is diabetic and blind and they take such great care of him. He is always seen quickly if he's sick and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is excellent as well! They always are so caring and try to make my dog feel as comfortable as possible. I am so glad I found this office, my dog is a senior with health problems but despite that he is as healthy as he possibly could be. I highly recommend this office!!!

I started bringing my 2 dogs here for boarding. My one dog is diabetic and I feel so much better about having them here vs. a sole boarding facility as I know if something were to happen they have everything they need to take care of her. The staff is always friendly and my dogs are always well taken care of! Even after moving further away I still make the driver to drop them off at Worthington Woods!

We have been coming here for care since we moved here in 1987! We love each and every one of the staff, Dr. Jim and Donna! I would recommend to take your 4 legged loved ones to Worthington Woods! I can't seem to say enough about how good they all have been over the years!

Wonderful animal care center. Knowledgeable vet and my dogs are very happy with the boarding facility. Normally my dogs have horrible separation anxiety, but they come home happy and tired every time. I wish I recalled the name of the vet, but she was very honest and forthcoming when my dog had an emergency. They stayed and took my dog in after hours to help. I can't recommend this place enough. Coming from Indianapolis, the prices are amazing as well.

I never leave reviews, and the few I've posted have been raves. Because I believe in sending positive energy out into the world. WWAC has been my vet through 14+ years and 4 dogs, and, unfortunately, I'm considering leaving the clinic. My concerns began a couple years ago when my standard poodle, Jojo, started struggling with allergies. It seemed that through follow-up after follow-up we weren't making progress and costs kept accumulating. I expressed concerns to the doctor, but the response was essentially: nothing we can do but what we're doing. I went to another vet for allergy testing and we got the insight we needed into Jojo's food and environmental sensitivities. We were able to resolve the issue. She's no longer on allergy medication. She's doing just fine. I stayed with WWAC because that experience wasn't representative. The staff and medical team had always been so knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. But, more recently, after annual check ups, we were told that two dogs needed teeth cleaning. (Not surprising. We're not great about brushing. Although we've recommitted ourselves to sparkly teeth in the new year.) I understand the importance of oral hygiene for dogs and I very much want them to get the recommended care. But the estimates came in high: $540-720 for Maezie; $900-1,200 for Murphy. That's a lot of money for our family. We asked if the clinic might do a discount -- other vets do 10 percent off in National Pet Dental Health Month, for example -- and they could only manage a $30 credit. I was disappointed given the longevity of our relationship with WWAC, our history as reliable, good-paying clients, and the economic realities of the pandemic for many pet people. So. I'm exploring options. Another clinic (with equally strong reviews) just quoted me $500-$700 and $700-1000 for both procedures. Perhaps this review can help us all stay mindful of how devoted we are to our animals and the vets that keep them healthy. How sometimes it's the humans -- the dog carers -- that need the compassion and the humanity.

Both my Corgi Gwendolyn and cat Tiger enjoy their visits. Any issues that the kids have had has been quickly figured out and solved. Their boarding has never left my puppy unhappy, scared, or anything other than happy. The prices seem reasonable.
