They say they close at 4 but the doctor leaves at 3 so you can’t get an appointment past 3. This is very inconvenient for people who actually work for a living. I can’t seem to get in any longer on a short notice. Some issues just can’t wait 3 to 4 days or longer. And the new receptionist is not very caring

Staff is very nice, the doctors are great..

Took in my black lab border collie mix, she had an ear infection. The doctor who came in was not our regular vet. He only took the time to check her ears, not a thorough once over, which I would have preferred. Did not ask me about her vaccination status. Felt like the visit was overpriced for the level of service we received. Did not receive an itemized bill or receipt, so not sure what visit or medication cost. I think transparency is important for what you are paying for so an aware consumer can compare prices.

I have been taking my pets here for a while,the ladies at the front desk are very nice and the vets are the best and they are also cheaper than other planes.

The ONLY vet I will ever take my pets to. I have stayed with them over 25 years. When I was forced to go to another vet (closed or emergency or other owners dog) I am reminded how great my vet is! This is a no frills, all about the pet, animal loving business. Their fees are much lower because they choose to save you money instead of dressing their office in fancy gold & marble. The vet techs are as awesome as the vets and Jane is the lovely admin you see first. Because they are smaller, and very popular with shorter hours make sure you call for your appt. They are always available for emergencies during their work hours. I WILL NEVER go to another vet again!

Everyone there was outstanding, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.. prices are affordable as well. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Tony was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about my dog. The bill was a shock was thinking it would be like 135.00 but it wasn't ???? only 90.00

Not a fancy office but very good vets. I had my Sheltie cross the Rainbow Bridge there and they were very compassionate. I highly recommend them.

My 12 yr old minpin has suffered from a chronic cough for 5 yrs. After changing vets on a friend’s referral, Dr. Tony properly diagnosed her on 1rst visit. Ginger hasn’t coughed in 72 hours! She is so happy & playful. I only wish I’d taken her sooner. Thank you WAC!

Dr Tony has been my vet for 30 years he is straightforward. All his assistants are awesome most highly respect.

Westside animal clinic is the friendliest place. I love all the Vet and staff there.

Never got in. Only called to get quotes for spaying and neutering of my cats. The lady I talked to was very friendly and courteous. I feel however, That they are very over priced. As are most vets, in today's day and age. So, I had to take my business elsewhere. Rascal Animal Hospital, has been my go to for many years, but sometimes they are hard to get hold of. They are farther away than I like to drive. I would much prefer to stay close to home. Thats the reason I called Westside. They are really just around the corner from me. Un fortunately, I couldn't see paying the price, when I can get it done for half the price, including 3 vaccines. Rascal won the bidding. Sorry Westside Animal Hospital. Maybe if you lower your fees, you'll get more business.

They have taken care of 4 of my dogs over the years.I won't go anywhere else. Dr Bill and Dr Tony are the best.

After years of taking my cats to terribly expensive vets I finally decided to bring my cats here, which was my cats growing up (many moons ago) vet. I was so happy they actually let you in and not wait in your car while you wonder what is going on. Unfortunately they diagnosed my cat with a bladder tumor and just recently they had to put her down due to it. But they were so good with her and me because I was in shambles and constantly wanting advise throughout that time.

I took our new little rescue guy and was in and out in less than an hour. It was almost $100 less than an initial visit at other vets I've been to, and it included shots and his heartworm/flea pills. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet and his assistants were great. They were genuinely happy to see my little guy. I will definitely be going back for all of his veterinary needs.
