Dr. Cunningham and her staff are proactive about our dog's health, to the extent that it saved her life. We brought the dog in for a routine teeth cleaning in June, and because Dr. Cunningham does bloodwork before the procedure to make sure everything goes safely, she was able to catch lymphoma at an early stage. She and the staff communicated the issue to me clearly and compassionately, and got me in touch with a veterinary oncologist right away. Thanks to the diligent staff at Chittenden, Pippa is in remission and doing very well. We first took our dog to Chittenden because it was close to where we lived. We've since moved to Worthington, but continue to go out of our way to see Dr. Cunningham because we know Pippa is in good hands. Visits are pleasant and easy, and communication on treatment and pricing couldn't be better.

This place was super understanding about me being broke and worked with me. We're getting my kittys fixed this upcoming week and i wouldn't trust anybody else to take care of them

The doctors at this clinic are top notch. I've been having them care for my fur babes for about 6 years now and I've never been upset about the care they have provided. They don't try to sell you things you don't need or want. They explain things in a way that makes sense and don't shame you for tough decisions that have to be made. All the staff are very knowledgeable and so sweet with my animals. I recommend them to all my friends who need a new vet. 10/10 recommend!

They are amazing. I have confidently trusted them for years to care for my animals. I recently left due to a move but it was a hard choice. And if this vet is no good they'll be worth the long drive and awkward parking situation. They are compassionate, kind and skilled vetrinarians

Very nice, helpful staff. We loved the vet herself. This was our first visit, and we expect to make this clinic our regular vet.

I really appreciated how quick my visit was. I know there are many people that enjoy long appointments and to talk for hours about their pets, but I happen to work as a nurse in an animal emergency center that doesn’t carry vaccines or prevention. Therefore, I scheduled with a primary care veterinarian for my new pups needs. THEY WERE AWESOME. So caring and attentive and actually listened to what I needed without trying to sell me items I didn’t need nor want. Nicole and Dr Jones were lovely as well as Chelsea , greeting us with so much enthusiasm and kindness. Thank you for being there for our new family member. I can’t recommend you enough.

Listen, flat out, this is the 6th veterinarian I've been to. I tried it all, maybe go to Banfield because they're so expensive? Surely that means something, right? Wrong. Oh, that was just the beginning. I've been all over Columbus--- until I was told about Chittenden Veterinarian Clinic from a former vet of mine who had owned her own clinic! And, I've gotta be honest, if I'm going to be charged the type of money I've been charged, I either need to see results, or have some actual information to work with, not "if you don't hear from us, that means nothing is in the sample..." Uh.... Ok? Then why is my cat still sick? Needless to say, I've become picky because I've been so truly dissatisfied after many vets making me think they've potentially found the solution. I was greeted by someone WAY cool. I wish I knew her name. She was caring and made me feel like I was listened to. She said, "we don't judge here". Really? Or is that just something you say... NO. It's real!!! A vet that is upfront with you, a vet (and assistant) who provide all your possibilities. She even kept it real and said, hey, it could possibly be cancer (that was just one thing she said could be possible) but we will look at that after we rule everything out. Not, hey lemme charge you $125 for a stool sample that's only looking at parasites. This is the 4th stool sample!!! I feel saved by these two!! But, particularly how they worked together. One was the younger doctor with braids, so cool, and the other was the red/auburn hair, the tech. They both had information, but they let each other talk. They helped each other. That's what I like to see... Nonetheless, it's just another piece of evidence leading to the overall vibe at the clinic. I will definitely be back.

I truly don’t have enough good things to say about this clinic. I had recently gotten my cat from a rescue and couldn’t get into my usual vet until the end of April, but I wanted to get him in sooner as I suspected he had an ear infection. They got me in within the week and were extremely nice and prompt over the phone. My cat’s appointment was at 2pm, but that morning around 9, he had begun vomiting blood. I called immediately and they told me to bring him in ASAP. This was without ever being a client at their office. After dropping him off, I received multiple calls updating me on how he was doing and what they were expecting to do with pricing included. His doctor was so nice and answered all of my questions (there were a lot) without any annoyance despite the disruption of their schedule. Thankfully, my boy is doing amazing now. I am very grateful for the service I received and the overall experience with this clinic. If you are thinking about a new clinic, I highly recommend this one!

We moved from Chicago to Columbus a little over two years ago and we LOVE Chittenden Veterinary Clinic. Our pup tested HW+ and they instantly provided us with a treatment plan ( AHA) and was available for all our questions. Reliable, professional and welcoming. 10/10

Good animal care. Charged me over 100 for a prescription for my pet that I could have gotten on the internet for $29. Always ask for a written script and shop around if you have time. Waited for over a half hour over my appointment time. NOT good.

This veterinary clinic is absolutely horrible. We have had a terrible experience bringing our puppy here to begin his booster shots. You should be expected to pay $53.90 for an "office call" just for your puppy to see the vet. We were at our first visit for over an hour just to leave very unhappy. These people are also sneaky salesmen. We were told that our goldendoodle will be prone to ear infections, they cleaned his ears and following that they said they would give us a bottle of the ear cleaner. We went to checkout for this visit, and the bill was $100. They completely tricked us into purchasing the wash for $25 which was never voiced. On top of this, we were not pleased with the service of the staff. We called upset after the first visit and were told that the next visit we would be able to see a technician at a lesser price, who could administer the booster. It turns out that this was not true and we were going to be forced to continue to pay $53.90 as he is in a "puppy series". We canceled our appointment today and just scheduled with an amazing vet we are so excited for! They only charge about $38 for the first visit to see the vet, and regardless if they see the vet every time after- there is NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! Do not let this clinic overcharge you with hidden or unnecessary fees!! It is absolutely not worth it.

The vets feel like family, and are cost conscious while also making sure your furkid gets the care it needs. It also partners with local rescues, which is really nice. The community needs that kind of support.

Dr. Weisel sold the clinic a few months ago. It is no longer the Chittenden Veterinary Clinic that I knew. I no longer believe the vets at Chittenden are competent and reasonable. I do not trust the new owner and part time vet. The part time vet (previously with Banfield) did not diagnose what was wrong with our cat and proposed a $600 plan of action that was totally unnecessary. The next day we took our cat to another vet that diagnosed correctly, gave us a $25 antibiotic, and in a few days our cat was well. We wasted $52 dollars with the Chittenden vet. Save your money, time, and, possibly, your pet's life.

Really nice and helpful staff. They were pretty busy so wait to see the vet techs was a little long but they were knowledgeable and got my cat the care he needed. Will definitely be taking him back.
