Dr. Reidelbach was the first vet I took my puppy who was a 5 month old stray to and initially I was very happy. After multiple visits where I felt like my pet’s allergy issues were not being addressed and I was being spoken to dismissively, I switched to a new vet recommended by my dog’s trainer. The new vet found at grade 4 heart murmur within minutes of our first visit and referred us to an OSU cardiologist, something Dr. Reidelbach should’ve caught months earlier as my dog was born with it and it could be heard with a stethoscope. This heart murmur and later diagnosed aortic stenosis was what caused my dogs death at 2 years old. It breaks my heart that if it would’ve been caught and treated earlier it would’ve extended my dogs life, I only hope other families avoid my mistake and go somewhere else.

First time visiting a vet with our one year old kitty and we had a very quick and comfortable experience. You can tell Dr. Mike cares a lot about his patients and wants them to be as healthy as possible. Looking forward to more good experiences with the Clinic and its staff.

Called to make an appointment for my one year old cat. I had to leave a message for the first call because no one answered. I then called later the next day because I never received a call back. When I did finally get an answer, the woman was extremely rude. She was cold and unfriendly. She spoke down to me like I was a bad pet owner for wanting to bring my cat in for a his first checkup after having him for 8 months (I received papers and he had all shots up to date when I got him). This woman should not be working the desk with such severe lack of customer service skills. That being said, I, of course, did not even want to make an appointment.

The front desk person Barb is cold, blunt, unfriendly and lacks follow up. I’ve also been disappointed recently in Dr. Ridelbach’s follow up and capabilities to diagnose. I also think he is too quick to refer patients to MedVet, which is expensive. I’ve decided after seven years with this vet to find a new one.

Dr. Reidelbach is nice enough, but he is expensive. He prescribed a heart worm medication that costs $37 everywhere else and charged $60. I tried to order from elsewhere and the clinic won’t approve because they won’t guarantee it’s quality for the same exact product.

My dog has been seeing Dr.Mike since she was a puppy. She actually enjoys visiting with everyone at the vet and they always seem to enjoy seeing her! They are extremely helpful and accommodating..especially with last-minute appointments! Thanks Grandview Animal Clinic!

Took my dog for vaccines on a Saturday and by the following Wednesday he had parvo and they referred us to OSU Vet clinic after a $220 xray. They never once followed up to see how he was doing or if he even SURVIVED, and I'm pretty sure they gave it to him. Thanks for the 3k vet bill with no follow up whatsoever. They also force you to use their online pharmacy for medication for your pets which is WAY more expensive than other websites. I won't be taking my dogs here again or recommending anyone to them.

They take patient comfort very seriously. My cats are generally very nervous at vet visits, and the staff took time to make sure my cats were acclimated to the office before the staff did anything. Very personable and knowledgable staff. All my questions were answered and they were patient in explaining anything I was unfamiliar with. The entryway isn't ideal due to the stairs and doors down to the clinic, but the clinic itself is beautiful and laid out nicely. I'm happy with the quality of care my pets received there.

Did not have a good experience here. Dr. Reidelbach was condescending and the staff did a horrible job handling our cat. When our cat was scared because he had been grabbed by his hind-quarters and carried into the back for shots, they said our cat was poorly behaved recommended an incredibly expensive cat behavioralist. We switched to another vet and have had no problems at all with behavior.

Dr. Reidelbach and his staff have taken great care of our little miniature schnauzer mix. He's special needs, and they've gone above and beyond to keep him healthy and happy. I couldn't imagine taking our little guy anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Haven't had any problems at all. Our first experience was a sad one, as a beloved cat was dying, but since then, they've taken great care of our cats. It's always easy to schedule a time to get in, the staff are friendly, and Dr. Reidelbach has been great. They helped us to take a poor barn kitten we adopted whose eyes were so infected that they were almost completely stuck shut to a happy, healthy, playful little addition. That little kitten has needed to have some teeth fixed recently, and Dr. Mike's been great about it. As our other cats age, he's been great to work with and he's helped us keep them healthy and happy, despite the illnesses that they've picked up. When one of our cats got cancer, Dr. Mike was great to help with support and to coordinate care with MedVet for his chemo, and he's kept coordination up with their oncologist for the several years after the diagnosis and treatment. Update: Our cat of 15 or so years finally passed away. He was the first cat that I have ever owned, from kitten to adulthood. Dr. Reidelback and his staff made sure that his last days were as painless and dignified as they could be. When it was time to put him to sleep, Dr. Mike made sure that it was painless. He helped us figure out what to do with the remains. He gave us a very thoughtful packet of information and poetry to help us grieve. And he and his staff sent us a hand-written card a few days later. It's never easy to put a pet to sleep, but I never felt pressured to give our cat more care, nor that we weren't doing enough.

We already had a relationship with Dr. Reidelbach before he took over at Grandview Animal Clinic. We switched to this practice, because we had a senior dog and we wanted someone we trusted as we approached end of life care. I know it's …

I've taken all my pets there for over 30 years, since Doc Ripley owned it, kept going when it changed hands and everything got even better. I have never seen better service and more caring people at a Vet's office in my life. I'm 66 years old and have had animals all my years so that's saying something.

Dr. Reidelbach is very hands on with my fur babies and takes the time both with them and explaining things to me. He's been invaluable to me and I couldn't imagine having anyone else take care of them.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who really care and connect with pets. For our dog's care, they always explain options and costs and we decide together on the best plan.

I am both a hypochondriac and an obsessive cat-mom, so suffice to say, I was nervous when my little bud came down with a raging fever. The lovely people at Grandview Animal Clinic eased all my worries. They are so sweet, so friendly, so reassuring and for all that, they are still very fairly priced. I was highly impressed. Dr. Mike will remain our go-to vet for as long as we are in Columbus. I could sing praise of these people. They were so reassuring, even when I called after my appointment with more questions and concerns. Highly recommend, you cannot go wrong taking your pet here, they will be in safe and caring hands.

Dr. Mike and his team are professional, kind, and put your pet first. The clinic is clean, and they have high standards of care. I'm sad that we moved away to another state, Lilly (our dachshund) got the best care at this clinic. Five star review, and I don't review ever.

The staff is always friendly and caring. Dr. Reidlebach is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions fully. I feel confident that my pup is in good hands!

Mike Reidelbach is a hack vet with a narcissism problem. He specializes in dental care because removing teeth is the only thing he can do. He constantly yells at his staff and will charge you extra for anything he can. Do you and your pets a favor and take them to a credible vet.

Dr. Mike and the staff at Grandview Animal Clinic treat my 2.5 lb. chihuahua as if it is there own pets. I truly think they have the dogs best interest at heart. She is a healthy 9 yr. old dog thanks to them.
