All Paws has always been great when it comes to providing both daycare and training for our puppy. They’re usually very flexible with emergencies and are very compassionate.

This was my first visit. I was there for the grooming service and I was definitely satisfied.I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The lobby area was very clean and the location is great for me.

We (my dog and I????) have been members at APR for almost a year now and continue to be amazed by their greatness!! Every drop off, we are greeted by the happiest welcome, wether we have been there a million days in a row or once a month. Hudson is welcomed by name, and treated as a family member by the staff. They love him and he loves them, I swear he would live there if he could. APR has live cameras which you can watch while at work or from your phone when out to dinner with friends, which they have late pick up for as well. They also send a daily report card at the end of the night with pictures of you pup playing in the snow, rain, heat, you name it. They are the peak to my day! Aside from the love H gets from the staff in the playrooms, he also is treated like a prince when he gets groomed! Never has he come home from grooming not looking like I expected, Jess listens and helps suggest cuts that will best suite your style! She will even text you if they are running late! H always smells like roses too, which he ruins shortly after! Next to the training, GO SEE TARA! She is a miracle worker! I will say it until I am blue I’m the face but she is great! H has had some set backs and she is always there to help me (mainly) and him through it, from simple tricks to coming in for another session! If I ever meet someone who’s interested in training their dog, I sent them to her! If you are looking for a dog day care, look no further! They have become more than just a day care, they are our 2nd home! We are so happy to have found them, and for them to accept us into their family! ????????‍???????? THANK YOU!

My dog loves All Paws Retreat and spending time with his human and doggy friends. The staff is always friendly, attentive and professional. It is apparent that they really care about and love caring for our furry family.

All Paws takes great care of Gigi. She has been attending since they first opened. We use all their services including daycare, nutrition consult, training, grooming and etc. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with all the services we have received at All Paws. Staff are conscientious and friendly. They attend to detail and seem to really know each dogs likes and dislikes which is very important to me. The facility is always clean. This is my first and will be my only day care for my pup! Their staff is not only super friendly, they also show so much love and give each individual dog attention throughout the day! My Ziggy is always excited when we pull up to daycare and does not hesitate to ditch me once we step inside. Being able to watch your fur baby on the live webcam is such a plus because I get to see how my dog is interacting with his friends and staff! I also LOVE that they upload photos of your pet to your own online portal. Honestly, BEST DAY CARE EVER!!

I had my two girls groomed today. A standard poodle and a large sheltie. Awesome grooming. Good prices and timely service! Groomer Jennifer was professional, pleasant and great to work with. She listened to my requests and concerns.

Always feel like my dog is safe and taken care of at All Paws. A great staff who you can tell really loves our pups and they keep you up to date on how the dogs are doing. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had hands down!

My dogs love going to All Paws and I love that they are in a safe and fun place while I’m at work. It’s become a 1-stop shop. The boys play and get groomed there. I pick up their food, toys and treats in their retail store.

I was initially really unhappy with some things that occurred with my dogs haircut and the customer service experienced that followed. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. However, I feel much differently after the owner called me personally and was extremely professional. She was both apologetic and offered solutions. Because of this, I amended my review to 5 stars. We were pleased with the facilities and other aspects of the business outside of the mistakes on the haircut. I also thought the front desk girl on the phone (apologies that I don’t remember her name but it was either McKenna or Makayla) did a really nice job on the phone & was very friendly!

Took my dog for a grooming and they treated him like a king. Extremely friendly and made my dog feel comfortable the entire time. They also sent text updates for how it was going and when to pick him up. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and quality.

Our two pups had a great day of play & didn't fuss getting their nails trimmed! Love that they have pet store items for purchase.

Thank you for making my dog zonked & more cuddly. What more can you ask for? Oh wait… an incredible staff who truly “speaks dog,” genuinely listens to feedback and optimizes their space and processes, loves the dogs like their own, etc. And it doesn’t stop at daycare and boarding — it’s training, nutrition advice, a retail store, a photo studio (offering adorable themed pics of your pupper). Coming from somehow who doesn’t have family in town, when we travel our dog feels truly “at home” at All Paws. And that feeling as an owner cannot be beat!

They make sure your dog is in the appropriate group so that they are safe. They really know the animals. I appreciate everything about them and so does Zeke!

Stanley is well taken care of every day that he goes to daycare. He loves all of his fur friends and especially the humans that take care of him!

All paws is a great place to take your pets. The staff and owner is very knowledgeable and help me get the toys, food, and learn how to care for my new puppy.

Absolutely amazing! We take our husky here, who is referred to as “crazy” even by the staff because she has so much energy, and she’s worn out every time we pick her up. They have let us get her into daycare when they were at capacity when we were stuck out of town and didn’t have any other options. We love All Paws!

This was my first time going to All Paws Retreat! I had a wonderful experience… and I think my dog did too! They’re super friendly and the place itself it so cute! I was so excited to see my dog all groomed nicely! This will definitely be my go to place!!!

Wally had such a great time at All Paws Retreat! He was fast asleep within 20 minutes of returning home. The owner and her employees are kind, knowledgeable, and clearly loves dogs! I very much appreciate how clean and secure the establishment is.

I can’t say enough great things about all paws, they are truly the best!! The staff is wonderful and take the best care of my babies! I recommend them to everyone! They are AMAZING!!

Great experience for dogs and their humans

We have been taking our dog to All Paws since the beginning of the pandemic. We have watched them grow very quickly and remain professional throughout the process. I have zero worries throughout the day while he is there. They are true dog people through and through. If you want to support a local Columbus small business this is the one. They will not let you down. My only suggestions would be another location closer to the Short North. Oh yeah we have used the grooming service and have been pleased.

My pup and I both love All Paws! The staff couldn’t be nicer and take great care of the dogs. I use them for grooming, daycare, and boarding. They do a fantastic job and pricing is reasonable!

Henry had a great first day at All Paws! What an amazing staff! Very knowledge and clearly love working with all the dogs in their care. We will be back to play again soon!

The staff at All Paws are so kind, responsive and supportive! My dog always leaves very happy and looking great. The building is also extremely clean, which I really appreciate. 5/5 stars!

We have really enjoyed our puppy training class as well as grooming care. While not new to having a dog, we were new to a puppy and this breed, so everyone's knowledge has been so helpful with this adventure.

Love taking my baby there! I know he will get the best care, love and puppy hugs that you can get at daycare! Everyone truly cares!
