I am from Alaska and when we moved here we looked in to and tried out several other vets before we found Bronson Veterinary Services. We love the quality and professionalism we get when we go there. They are incredible at their jobs, they have saved several of our animals.

They did all they could for our buster ????we thank all for making his last couple of weeks as best as possible!!

Great service every time no matter how busy they may be.

I have two dogs, one chronically ill and one with occasional ailments. I am not exaggerating when I tell you the entire staff saved my dog’s life. Their care and attention (plus plenty of affection) brought back my dog from death’s doorstep. Both of my dogs are EXCITED to go see their friends at BVS. They can’t wait to get inside and cover the staff in kisses. Yes, the same people who give them shots and occasional invasive procedures. My dogs love them regardless. The staff works tirelessly to provide the absolute gold standard in vet care. We moved to Chicago but still bring the pups to BVS because there are no finer vets and vet techs in the world. My dogs are super high maintenance but the entire team is so patient with us.

Everyone is friendly and caring. Dr.Bronson takes the time to answers all my questions and will do everything she can to help our animals. The girls are always helpful even when they are swamped with calls. Great staff and atmosphere.

This place is expensive but the people make it so worthwhile. I trust these people with my babies.

Love all of the staff at Bronson Veterinary Services! We recently had to let go and do what was best for our elderly horse who colicked. Dr. Kara and the staff were so understanding and loving during that hard time. I will never take my horses or other animals anywhere else. This team is the best, you can tell they truly love what they do!

Had to take our old girl in. Her quality of life was not good anymore. They made the process very personal, not rushed. Reassuring me that this was the best decision for her. I'm going to miss her. But BVS very professional and sensitive to our needs and feelings. Thank you

Simply awesome! I can't thank them enough for the great care they have provided to my pets while giving me piece of mind. It's always well worth the trip!

Bronson Vet did a great job on our dog Tank. He had to have a mass removed in which they had to remove the lower part of his ear. Tank also had two teeth removed. We waited 6 weeks for this appointment. He is recovering very well. The down side is they waited an hour and half before closing on Monday to call and say they needed to reschedule his surgery as the doctor went out of town over the weekend. Tanks surgery was too be performed the next day. They said they would try to move appointments around and get him in on Thursday (This was on Monday at 3:30) and they would let me know. I ended up calling Wednesday afternoon around 2 as I had not heard from them and was told yes he is scheduled for tomorrow.

I am very very hurt an disappointed in this Vet !!!! We left an went to the Coldwater Care Hospital. Where at least they showed an looked at our Family Pet. As Bronson Veterinary did not even want to look at him. After all he had been hit by a vehicle!!!!! Very Very Very ???? upset!!!!!

I had to let my fur baby girl, Riley go. They let us be with her as long as we needed, before and after. They were all so kind to us and with their handling of Riley. Loosing your beloved dog is bad enough, but they helped immensely. They are good with all your pets.

Good place to take your animals

My first experience with them was a few years ago when I needed an emergency visit for my cat that was attacked. Even though I was not a registered client at the time, they said to come right in. They were so nice and they were very kind and comforting when he didn't survive. Now I take my new pets there and have had great experiences with them. I would recommend them.

Kept me on hold for nearly 20 minutes during an emergency situation, and then couldn't remember who I was when they finally got back on the phone. Then told me they couldn't see my dog. Seemed very annoyed with me, which didn't help with my anxiety. Don't seem like very warm, compassionate people.

So glad I found this place for my cat, Grady! He's so happy and healthy after they removed his abscess. Prices weren't bad for all they had to do for him! And they got me in ASAP since it was going to burst sooner than later. All other clinics told me I'd have to wait two to three weeks!! Thank you so much, Bronson Vet Services! I'm going here from now on ☺

While I am not a customer, I did have the benefit of having a conversation regarding a dog I am looking at fostering/adopting that Bronson was the vet of record. After securing permission from the owner, they were most helpful in discussing the dog’s health and history. Individual was extremely pleasant and friendly and willing to provide their guidance. Offered to share records if I move forward. If I were closer, I would not hesitate to deal with this practice. Woof, woof to the team at Bronson Veterinary Services!

My dog was CRYING from pain! Emergency help needed and she told me I had to wait TWO days! No!
