Not happy with grooming. My dog hair was cut down to skin. Cut off all his hair. This is not what I expected. My dog hair is gone. I feel that it should not been cut to the skin over the entire body. I paid to have my dog scalped. Very upset disappointed. I was told would cut hair down not to cut all hair from body.

This is definitely a palace for our pets as it provided a safe and secure place while we were away.

Our dogs came home happy and smelling great! They had a bath and daily one on one time.

Pet Palace were extremely helpful and understanding as we were going through a move and home renovation. They treated our cats with such care and got us through a difficult time.

It's a wonderful place to let your cats or dogs stay when you go out of town. There are suites that if you pay for them will allow you to keep an eye on your pet through a web cam. Also can't forget about the staff there, they know what you loving pet needs and how to take care of them the way you do.

Extremely helpful folks went above and beyond. By far. Extremely accommodating of a very stressful and difficult situation when they absolutely didn't have to be, and it made a world of difference to us and our girls and boy. I can't say enough. Thank you.

Only place where I will ever board my dogs, caring staff!

Cats stayed for 2+ weeks and came back happy as clams.

I have been boarding both my dogs here for a few years. I love it, they love it. All the staff are kind, caring and professional. Recommended this place to others who board their pets and they love it as well. I have used other places, this is hands down the best. I never feel uneasy leaving them here and I know they are receiveing the best care and love while I am away. My dogs always come home happy. The place is always clean, well kept and smells fresh.

We used them as a first time boarder when we when on vacation a few weeks ago. I couldn't recommend them more. Our dog was happy and did perfectly fine. We checked in on her every almost every night and they gave us updates on how she was. I would definately use them again.

Checked my kitten in for a first-time, six day stay and I was so happy with the way she was treated and the excellent, personalized service I received for my kitten. Agnes will definitely be back to stay with the wonderful team at Pet Palace-Cleveland again. This facility is extremely clean and I am very grateful for the exceptional care Agnes received.

I love the Pet Palace. My dog has a great, safe time there. The rates are reasonable, the staff is kind and the facility is top notch.

We went to Pet Palace right after it opened in Cleveland, and were one of the first people to board our dogs here. Now, years later, we continue to use it exclusively and are just as happy as we were the first time- the staff clearly love the dogs and provide you with daily notes on how their day went. We are down to one elderly dog but Newton does not hesitate to enter the building and hang out with the staff while we are on vacation!

The nail trimmer person pulled my puppy on the leash all the way to the back. He’s done fine at the vet because the attendants there haven’t been in a rush and know to entice with treats and introduce themselves before expecting every puppy to just follow them. I recommend you find another spot if you have a hesitant pup.

My boxer seems to have had a great experience. The cost was super affordable. I was unaware of the bordatella shot/treatment that she needed prior to boarding but the staff were so helpful in pointing us in the right direction to get it done so that she could still stay and we could still hit the road to visit family. We'll definitely use them again.

Has convenient hours, competitive pricing and provides a clean safe environment for my dogs. The offer a range of options for your type of animal. I only saw dogs and cats but maybe they assist with other animals as well. Anyone worried will quickly feel calmed by their thorough explanation and in my case after clearing medical was allowed to bring my dogs to preview the place and get used to the place before their first visit. There is a package that allows you to view your dogs remotely as well. Like I said lots of options. You really can't go wrong here. Satisfied customer here.

The staff is always really nice and seem to actually care about my dog. The facility is always very clean and spacious and they do well with old/sick pets.

This place has been awesome with my mixed Pitti Lexi. She loves it here. When I’m packing her bag, she gets really excited! Great trained staff! **update. This is just a babysitting place. My dog was banned shortly after this. Their words “We love your dog ... BUT she has the potential (to bite someone). She hasn’t bitten anyone but “just in case”. So no I don’t recommend them. There are better facilities.
