I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. My dog desperately needed a nail trim as we had been trying to maintain ourselves. They fit me in so quick and were so nice we will for sure be back. Thank you so much.

I wanted to try out Pampered pets because they are super close to home for us. When I called for the appt they were so sweet and got me in pretty quickly! When I dropped the girls off they were so nice at the front desk and I could really hear how they talked to the dogs in the back. You could tell they loved the pups and talked to them to help them feel calm and relaxed. My husband picked them up and said they were so nice there also. My girls look and smell absolutely beautiful! I will absolutely be using them again and will recommend them to any friends and family!!!

Pampered Pets has grade A people and service! They always deliver and my baby leaves feeling happy and refreshed. Very easy to work with them in scheduling, style of groom, and all else. Happy I tried them out and my baby boy, Ruger, and I are happy to return anytime. Thank you to all involved in the Pampered Pets business!

Pampered pets is the best groomer ever! My dog (shredder) always comes back looking perfect and happy! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely recommend to everyone and their furry friends ????

i very rarely write reviews but after our experience at pampered pets yesterday their is no way i could not give them a review! i cannot say enough about this place! the place is super cute & clean, i can't believe how good it smelled when i walked in. the staff it extremely friendly both in person & over the phone & we were able to get on the schedule in less than a week! though i was slightly hesitant to try someplace new i am so glad we did, i will only come here from now on! our australian shepard looks amazing & best part was that she came out wit pigtails by surprise! i will recommend them to everyone & can’t wait for them to pamper our other aussie soon! so happy we found a place as good as them that is so close to home!

They squeezed me in as a new customer despite being pretty busy and I am really grateful because they did an amazing job on xena for her first grooming. It won't be all the time, but I will definitely be going back for regular maintenance and nail trims. Here is an update review 8/4/21: I absolutely love this grooming salon and the staff! Xena looks amazing every single time. I said I would only go back for maintenance and nail trims but they're so sweet and work hard to keep their prices down and their customers happy I have been going a lot!

It was amazing I've never seen my cat this happy in my life. I couldn't book an appointment for my other cats fast enough before leaving. I am beyond pleased with the care my cat recieved.

Excellent service, fair pricing. I cannot thank you enough for Emerson's cut he looks handsome again. More than anything he came home happy and that matters a lot to me. He is a working dog so he needs to be able to function in this heat and be happy. You did a fantastic job at both.

These people here are amazing miracle workers! Not only was it a same day appointment, but they de-skunked my dog despite my failed efforts the night of the incident. Louie came out smelling so clean and he is so soft and what a night and day difference! The staff I interacted with are so friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I cannot thank them enough they are amazing!

Very nice inside, clean & smelled good. It was mine and BATS first visit..I'm overall satisfied and my Bats came home smelling like how I'd suspect Justin Timberlake to smell ???????? like heaven & yummy. He was done within an hour ,which wss great ! Although I'm sure this was due to his anxiety and loud constant barking ... ???????? I just rescued my baby boy this past June and I'm nervous without him... pricing was reasonable and customer service was a good 6 maybe 7 guess lol, I just felt a bit bad when the girl at the front desk seemed a bit annoyed with how hyper bats is ..???? but she was sweet just seemed a bit flustered . Only negative thing I have really is the next day I noticed Bats kept kind of whining and licking his inner thigh area .I noticed a wee bit of a razor burn or red rash ? About 6 inches length not bloody at all... Accidents happen I know and in bats defense he is a bit sensitive skinned and the groomer may have not even noticed it happened .. or it may be something common with dogs like his short coat .idunno. Overall very pleased and hope that they have us back again soon .

Pampered pets is the best. The owner sandy is so friendly along with the staff. Maizee got a bath, dry, nails clipped, ears cleaned and a cute bandana.thank you for the amazing service! She smells much better and is so soft and silky.

Place is awesome, and they know their stuff. My dog decided to say hi to a skunk earlier this year. She's been deskunked, but they still could tell and took the appropriate steps.
