As a former vet tech and receptionist, I was hesitant to take my dog to a new place. The staff took amazing care of my dog. They took her back so promptly and kept me updated throughout the day. Thank you so much to Jacki, and Dr. Olson! Lacey thanks you too!!

The staff are so very nice. It is easy to see that they love their job! Dr Jaclyn Olson is so compassionate, so kind. She took such good care of my 19 year old cat, Lucas. When it was time to say goodbye, she did not rush me and after he took his last breath, she let me spend time with him. Her kind words helped ease the pain. Ella, my 11 year old rescue dog is under her care and I am so thankful!

Pet dog (pit mix). Have been a customer for five years. Love everything about the MPH. Renee (receptionist) always friendly and accommodating to fit you in so you can stay on track with vaccinations. Dr. Olsen is A++++. She’s very thorough on all visits and treatment plans. She’ll take time to listen to your concerns as well as just general conversation. Visits are always punctual, even during COVID-19. Office is newly remodeled with a very refreshing appeal. Love that I can get special diet food, hygiene products and meds on-site - one stop shopping! We’re lifer customers!

Love Mayfield Pet Hospital! Dr. Olson and Kendra have been there for every step of our journey with our puppy that has had chronic ear infections and a possible seizure disorder. They are always available when I need them and are so kind and friendly! We have been using them for the past year and every interaction has been 10/10. Highly, highly recommend.

Mayfield Pet Hospital is very professional and friendly while taking great care of our dog. We've been coming here for more than 40 years and Dr Nancy Hankins is the best at what she does.

I had to say goodbye to an old fried today...my 17 year old kitty. The staff at Nayfield Pet Hospital have always taken great care of my babies and me. They are very compassionate and caring. Couldnt ask for more.

Caring and compassionate, excellent care

The Doctors ( Dr Jackie Olsen) one of my favorites , are very caring and gentle with our pets. If your pet is having a problem and can’t wait until their appointment, they find a way to make time for them that same day. The Doctors and staff treat your pet as one of their own. The owner has done a fantastic job selecting his staff. Thank you Mayfield Vet Hospital for always being there for our pets.

i've since put that darn cat to sleep elsewhere, who was the love of my life, but i can assure all of you, there is no animal on the planet that would want for care or attention at Mayfield Pet Hospital. Top Notch.

Never going back to this vet, very overpriced without giving any prices till I received the bill. Not happy with how they run their business.

I've been taking my dog and cat (as well as my previous, now deceased cat) here for the past 5 years. It's not a fancy place, but all the staff and doctors are great, especially Dr. Olsen. We're able to get appointments quickly, and prices seem comparable to other clinics in the area. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for years never had any issues till our last visit. I asked them to give us a breakdown of what needs done before they did anything and after they performed NUMEROUS test on our cat they call us to ask if they can do a blood test my husband asked how much they said 50.00 NEVER ONCE gave us a break down or prices. We get a bill for 700.00 I will Not be going back there ever again. It was dishonest and I'm very disappointed with them.

The owner Dan is so nice! He really takes the time to get to know not only the animals but their owners too! Dan squeezes my cat into his busy day and the vet treated him with such good care! I would recommend the Mayfield Pet Hospital to everyone.

This is the most caring and hands on vet hosp you could ever take your furry friend to. My mother has been taking her pets here since she was a little girl and I have been doing the same all my life. We used to rescue feline leukemia cats and foster pitbulls and would frequently be up there for flea meds and misc things. Now we have several pets of our own that Mayfield Pet Hosp helps us care for and they do such a great job. They are not only great with our babies but with us too. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

Very good place to take your pets. We trust them with the health of our dog and two cats.
