This Doggy Daycare is the first of its kind in the Warehouse District. An Amusment-Park for your Fury, Fluffy Pups to your Loving, Caring old timer Best-Friends.The facility is well kept and the staff are pretty awesome too. Although the dogs are the best part at MetroBark keeping them safe, clean, happy, and Covid19 Free!

We brought our 8 month old, well socialized Brittany puppy here in April. The third or so time we picked her up, she had dried blood on her legs, back and stomach. The staff offered no explanation. We did not see any injuries on her, but this was alarming and we did not bring her back. She has been going to K9 Cleveland for the past 4 months and we are happy there. I decided to write this review because I met someone today who also had an experience where there dog was returned with blood on them.

I've been taking my dog to Metrobark since 2008. He is properly happy and tired every time I pick him up. Perfect. Jillian and her staff are the best.

We tried several doggy daycares and this is definitely our favorite. The staff are super friendly and the fact that they have such a large outdoor space is great. Highly recommend.

I have a little dog so I was worry she would be nervous, but the staff were attentive and looked out for her. They even sent me a pic mid day. All the dogs look happy and the people there know me and my dog by name. Love it!!

We've tried 3 or 4 doggy daycares. Our pups LOVE it here. They dogs are allways free moving all day to maximize play time and exercise. They have space for high energy or low key, and the boarding (overnight) has always been worry free (including medication). The pups come home clean (unlike some other places) and they loose their minds in happiness when they arrive. It's a wonderful place.

Best, most transparent daycare in the area. There are a ton of dogs, but a huge amount of space for them to run and play or get away to relax. Metrobark posts lots of pictures everyday on Facebook as well as some on Snapchat and Instagram. For handling so many dogs, it's amazing that staff has such an excellent memory if you're a regular and for any special pick-up procedures you request.

My dog comes home tired but happy and is always excited to go back! The staff is super friendly and is always willing to tell me if Mack had a good or bad day and why. I appreciate the transparency & their obvious love of dogs. The Facebook, Snapchat & Instagram photos are an awesome addition!

It's clean, staff is friendly, it's well organized, and the dogs loose their minds for it. I drive way out of my way to take them there and both our dogs absolutely love being here. We've tried a few other ones closer to home, and our oldest dog would sit at the door waiting for us. Nothing but great things to say about this daycare.

I have a rhodesian ridgeback who can’t get enough play time at MetroBark. Not only does he love the other dogs but the people as well. What a great staff. I really feel they love Leonidas as much as i do

We were in Cleveland for a day and this was a great place to take our little dog. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you see big rooms of happy dogs playing and relaxing. Our dog is old and isn't comfortable around other dogs and they were quite willing to accommodate and put him in a room by himself. He was quite calm when we picked him up and they gave us a report on how his day went.

My pup loves this place. Plenty of room to run and other dogs to play with. The best features is a huge outdoor play area. The only reason I still don't take my dog there is that we moved. I still enjoy looking at the pictures of all the dogs there on their Facebook page.

The best!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Metrobark. I take my 9 pound havanese and my 65 pound labradoodle 3 days a week. They both LOVE it and can barely wait to get out of the car to start their day! Everyone who works at Metrobark is knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. If you are considering sending your dog to Metrobark, go for a visit and you and your dog will LOVE it!! And the negative comments about not returning calls... I have never had this issue. They likely don't answer during the day because they are out playing with the dogs or having conversations with the dog owners. Also, their online boarding request says they will contact you if there is a problem (which there never has been for me). They are always VERY accommodating.

I wouldn't be able to have my dog without MetroBark. They've taken care of my pup since she was 9 weeks old and she's over a year now and goes every day. She LOVES it and especially loves many of the staff members. We do daycare and overnight, in home boarding when I travel for work. I feel so great knowing she is in good hands each day. Maggie is like her second mom!

For some reason, Milo our 4 months old Rhodesian Ridgeback pup was very shy and reserved with dogs and humans since he first came to us. We have been working hard to try to socialize him but we still weren't getting the results we were looking for. A co-worker from the hospital told me about Cleveland Metrobark which is located 10 minutes from work. Although it doesn't seem very fancy from outside, we were surprised of how nice and large the indoor and outdoor playground area were (specially the outdoor which is huge). They have multiple spots for the dogs to rest and places to play. During the summer they also set up shallow swimming pools which are easily accessed so the dog can put their paws in the water and cool down. Without too much hassle we took Milo for an early morning temperament assessment which he passed w/o problems and he stayed there the whole day for free. A large gang of excited waggling tails friendly welcomed him as he entered the secured area, and he was safely placed in the smaller dog area until he was comfortable in the playground. The staff is great and they obviously love dogs and hanging out with them. As an example, I asked them to put special attention to Milo and give him a lot of positive reinforcement and just after the first week he was already another dog; in the off-leash park he is now more confident and less reserved with dogs and humans and is in general doing great. After a couple of weeks, he is happy to go to the daycare and when I pick him up is totally pooped out (which is priceless if you have a high energy pup). This week, my new request for the Metrobark team was to help me make Milo familiar with water and they were happy to work with him. I'm planning to do boarding in some of the staff's houses as I take multiple calls during the month and arranging those has been pretty smooth (the charged fee includes and extra day in the daycare if its during the week). If your four legged friend has special needs in terms of food and feeding they will also take care of that if you leave specific instructions. Overall, Metrobark has been an amazing experience for all of us and has boosted the work we were doing on Milo, I recommend them hands down.

I called and tried to setup a weekend for boarding for my 2 dogs as new customers and never got a response back (still haven't actually). One person called me back, which I missed that call but tried to call back and no one ever answers. Then I even filled out an online inquiry and still no response. I have reached out 3 times in the last week. I am disappointed that they wouldn't even try to accommodate or seem like they wanted new customers. It makes me wonder if I had an emergency--how would I get in contact with anyone? Now I have to find another dog boarding place or take my 2 dogs who hate long car rides with me over the weekend to Chicago.

I tried to make an appointment. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to messages. This makes me wonder if leaving my dog here is even safe.
