I had to take my dog last minute to the vet for a very bad ear infection. The Vet was amazing! Careful compassionate and genuinely cares for your animals! And with everything he did the price was amazing! Thanks Doc!

Waited 45 minutes past appointment time for an emergency that had come in, which I understand. What I don't understand is why the vet came into the room with my kitten with dried blood from the previous patient on his bare hands. He then proceeded to get the other animals blood all over my cat. Even went as far as to wet a cotton swatch to wipe the kittens eye, which wet the blood on his hands and got all over the swatch that he then put onto my kittens eyes. On top of that, he gave my kitten "vitamin goo" directly from his bare, bloody fingers, and even let the kitten lick what seems to be a communal vitamin tube! Hygiene in this place is positively abysmal. All of this followed by several botched attempts to draw my kitten's blood (after the second I told them to stop and they did not) that left the poor thing bleeding and left bloody tissues all over the table that were handled by both the vet and the techs with BARE HANDS. I had to take the poor thing home and immediately clean him up, just hoping he does not get some kind of disease from the other animal's blood. I will not be bringing my cat back here and will be adamantly discouraging anyone I know from bringing their pets here. A truly horrible experience.

He's a very caring vet

The doctor is fabulous he saved 2 of my prior dogs from parvovirus and has been my vet for many years now.

I truly love these people they saved my dogs life for quarter of the cost he truly did it out of the kindness of his heart not thinking about the dollar I hope one day to be able to return the favor thank you guys buckeye animal hospital

Great in emergencies but could learn to be nicer. The Vet was great with my older cat a several years ago when she didn't eat for several days with a fever (infection) BUT when I brought in a kitten we had gotten that was getting sick multiple times a day everyday he was very mean about it. He prescribed anti nausea medicine and told us we was getting him sick because of the baths we were giving him (due to playing into he litter box) and made it seem like it was our fault. However we on our own found out it was because the kitten had a gluten allergy and was getting sick due to his food. It was extremely rude for the vet to accuse us of getting our kitten sick due to bathing it. Not going back after that

My Mini Schnauzer was attacked by a much larger dog and suffered multiple injuries to his face and ears requiring emergency care. I was also injured in the attack requiring my own medical care at the emergency room. Dr. Chauhan was amazing. I cannot put into words how happy I was overall with the experience. it was very traumatizing for my dog, wife and children whom unfortuantely witnessed the attack. They were just excellent and very compassionate given the circumstances and incredibly affordable. You may never realize as it does not appear to be a place you may choose over other options from the outside, but trust me when i tell you if in need, you will receive excellent care.

I took 10 puppies for tail docking and dew claw removal. Dr was exceptionally thorough and professional and the clinic was well kept. He made it a point to send gauze and nitrate sticks for any bleeding. I will definitely be back! Thank you Buckeye staff!

I’m not someone who leaves reviews but I had to. This place is a joke ! I’ve tried calling and calling been hung up on more than once before and the voicemail box is full. I’m tryin to support a local business but you guys make it pretty hard.

Love the people here. The really care for the animals and are very helpful. They are very good at explaining what is wrong and how to give the medicine when they need it. Love the place and won't take my fuzzy anywhere else. ❤❤❤

Waited for two hours in car. They finally came out took my cat in waited another hour, and then called me to tell me my cat was probably dying but should get 300 dollars worth of tests that might tell me we gotta put her down. I probably would of said yes do what you gotta do but me also having health conditions couldn’t sit in the car any longer!! Got my cat and left!! Horrible service. If they could just let us leave and call when our pet is done would be much better .

Couldn't even get a prescription filled when I'm a vet tech LOL

The Vet opened up during his lunch time because my dog had a stroke and was suffering. My dog was 19yrs. and he had to be put to sleep. He was ready and waiting for us when we got there. He truly loves the animals. He gave us as long as we needed to say goodbye. ????

Worst animal hospital I have been to! Rude receptionist can't even greet people and the doctor is even worst. NEVER AGAIN!

I called because my poor cat is scratching I called and they told me to come in in an hour The lady knew how worried I was The vet took his time and asked me questions and did a complete diagnosis including checking her heart. My cat is only 2 and she had an allergy. He told me to come in 2 weeks and he is give her all her shots Very affordable and professional The assistant is a sweet heart Thank u all and I have a new vet I can trust

Couldn't even get an answer on the phone for a simple question. Passed to four different people who just kept putting me on hold. Got so sick of waiting I just hung up. All I could hear was the doctor in the background asking the staff to ask me questions over and over again. All for an appointment for euthanizing? Going to another vet.

He has taken care of all my animals from my 2 cats to my 4 dogs. All of which love him, and takes good care of them. Very kind man and staff is just as amazing as well!

Pretty quick to be seen after making an appointment. Doctor knows what he is talking about with treatment and products. Has pictures to illustrate what certain things look like and the staff is all around nice.

The care you need for your pet at a fair price. I have been taking my (now elderly) dog to Dr. Chauhan at Buckeye Animal Hospital for several years for annual check-ups and the little things that come up in between. They manage their schedule well, so that there isn't a waiting room full of other animals. Kathy is always kind and gentle with the animals. I also appreciate their common sense treatments. I've been to other vets that try to guilt me into unnecessary procedures or sell me their supplements and essential oils. When I take my dog to the vet, I want to feel that they are focused on making her feel better and not trying to see how much they can run up the bill.
