We highly recommend the Brooklyn Animal Hospital.

My grandma took all of her pets here and so do I. Won't go anywhere else unless it's an emergency and outside of their hours.

That were straight up with me about what I needed done for my cat .....

They are a very caring staff and very good vets. I am thankful to have them care for my dog.

Very good servicr. Prcedures for pandenic well thought out. Doctor was easant and professipnal.

The staff is wonderful. They always take great care of our dogs and the price is so reasonable. The staff takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. We will always take our four legged family members here.

They are very affordable and close to home. Everyone was nice but the vet. She yelled at me and gave attitude because I had a flea collar on my cat and told me "I advise you take it off before she hangs herself." Excuse me but my cat has been wearing collars since I got her which was 4 years ago and I'm not taking it off. She's also been to West Park Vet Hospital and they never told me to take it off of her. Don't be telling people what to do with their pets... Other than that, everyone else was nice and went smoothly.

Amazing experience every time I come here!! They truly care about my animals and I wont take them to anybody else. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff is kind, and the vets are out of this world amazing. I appreciate all they've done for my cat Maisie, theyre truly a blessing.

My 12 year old dog had an appointment at 1 today , sat in the car until 1:30 . Then I had to wait until after 2 to get her back. I understand about the covid restrictions but they only had 1 other pet in there. I would hope they could streamline there appointments a little better than taking an hour. It was an aggravating experience and after 40 years with these folks I think I'll be moving on to a new vet. Dr. Patty has been great but the organization needs to be improved upon. ????

Took a friend's pet in while she was in hospital.

Dr Michael, and Dr. Patty are the best Vet's in the Greater Cleveland Area. They are kind and compassionate to both the pets and their owners. The Brooklyn Animal Hospital Staff area wonderful. They have gone above and beyond During this Pandemic. My entire family have been bringing their pets to BAH for 30 years, from as far as Geauga County. The prices for care are lower than most others in the area. I will not take my Pets anywhere else. They are truely the absolutely the best.

You get the service you pay for. The prices are cheaper however the customer service is not very nice from the front desk. However I do like both of the veterinarians that work there. We have been using them for many years. But we know what to expect when we walk in.

They are very friendly people and caring when it's a very sad time I had to pick up my baby boxer Ashes today so a very visit today but I'm sure you can understand why

All I can say is awesome place.

Went their and the male doctor told us that our dog had a minor heart murmur and everything for the time being was ok nothing to worry 1st he gave us meds that made her have muscle spasms but that could happen I get that but not only that but 4 days later she passes away because she had a major heart murmur this place doesn't know what they're doing at all I one hundred percent guaranteed Westlake animal hospital they tryed everything they could possibly do to keep her with us and when they couldn't save her they didn't charge for everything just some this is a bad place I don't even think they deserve a one-star this place pretty much killed off my puppy and all he was worryed about was the money

I have been bringing my dog's here since 1996. I love that Dr. Mike and Dr. Patty take such good care of your pets as if they were their own and they are so good with them. Over the years I have had 4 dogs and they knew and know each ones personality and exactly how to be with the animals. And I never have to worry about anything when something has to done for my dog because I know he is great hands.On March 9th 2020 I lost my fur baby Moss aka Boo to diabetes. Dr. Patty and Dr. Mike did everything they could to help him but he was just so sick. I miss him so much but I am grateful that they were there for me and my little friend. They have been wonderful to me and my little guy and sometimes no matter how hard you try the disease is to overwhelming for your pet. So thank you so very much for helping me with him even though he didn't make it we tried everything we could do for him. Here is my little guy and he was so beautiful and happy and today I brought him home. They have always been wonderful with my pets and I know that they have a huge heart for our animals. So rest in peace my little friend Moss and we will see each other again. I love you Moss and I appreciate our journey together in this life.
