Clean store nice ppl and I’m able to get my fish and reptile food stuffs plus look at cute dogs.

The manager Crystal has the worst attitude i’ve ever witnessed in a professional setting in all 26 years of my working experience. Had no class nor respect for customers or employees, definitely needs to get checked

Are you kidding me? If I was an animal in your clutchs, I think i'd rather commit suicide. It's awful- someone call animal rights.

The guy in fish area was very helpful. Nice and friendly help.

If you want a pick me up from winter blues this is perfect .play with a puppy in a secure play area pet a ferret ,walk through the fish tank are that has special lighting.or hang out by the coy waterfall.its a win win

Was thinking seriously about buying a puppy. English bulldog. But the employees . were more concerned with talking with each other. Rather than seeing if the customers needed anything. When I finally Disturbed one of them. And pointed out. The puppy I was interested in. 3/4 Bulldog 1/4 beagle. They said it was not for sale yet. LOL! I asked. When it would be. They said tomorrow. LOL! I asked. How much will it be? At first they said they didn't know. Then they come up with 6500. I said no. Then they left for a minute and came back with a cheaper price. By this time I was over it. It's really a shame. Because. From time to time it is so enjoyable to go in and see what they have. We need to take our country back. And we need to get back customer service! I for one. Vote with my money. I was not impressed. With the service. So my money and I left. God bless you and yours.

Love the store. Friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable. My dogs love to visit the store. I have bought 4 dogs there for family members. I am thinking of getting some birds or maybe a Beta. Remmber we love Petland !

Typically they have plenty of animals but everything in there is way to expensive except beta fish.

My son picked out a puppy to add to our family and they refused to even get the pup out for him or is to see because it was 10min till closing! How do you tell a 8 yr old that was interacting with the pup through the glass that they couldn’t get him out because the where trying to get people out of the store before it closed!? Just unbelievable and cash in hand! Maybe it’s a sign not to get a pup from there! Manager was super rude too and said they had to finish cleaning up!

Fairly nice Petland, as far as variety of animals. Couple things to note, they have saltwater fish here. Also, they usually only let you take out 1 puppy per family per visit.

Staff is RUDE, avoids you like the plague if you’ve got a Large breed dog you bring into a Pet Friendly store. If you’re terrified of Large dogs and you work here I’d recommend you get another Job! This has happened several times I’ve brought my dog with me in here. I defiantly won’t be back after today and the 1 young girl being so Rude.

Go adopt your pet from a local shelter not petland .

Super friendly staff. Nice selection of pets, especially dogs. Very expensive but they come with a very good guarantee. Very clean facility and nice selection of toys and food for your pets, fin, feather, and, fur.

I was there today and i’ve never had such a great service anywhere i’ve been. Every single employee that i was talking to was nothing but nice and fun to talk to. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Layota was the employee who helped me. I didn’t get anyone else’s name but they was all great! I couldn’t thank you guys enough!

Latoya is the most amazing employee! She cares so much about your pets like they’re her own! We brought our dogs in and she showed them so much love! We will definitely go back to see her!

Hires literally anyone. Not a good thing; the woman who answered the phone didn’t even seem to know where the hell she was! Everything is overpriced and the staff is rude. They will follow you and not even offer help. That makes customers lose trust. Try harder

Update* I contacted them and Krystal the manager is willing to replace her for us and she is taking her in to get a necropsy done on her also! So I hope they are able to track who ever got the other two she was with and let them know if it happens to be contagious. *We bought a bird it died right past a month. We bought a python and she was showing signs of what we thought was something bad and took her back in to be told she was perfectly fine and now right over that one month policy she just passed away!! I’m praying petland will want to know why she died and do a necropsy on her but if not I’m told the agriculture should. To get a pet and have it pass away right over a month is devastating! When you buy it they say if anything is wrong bring it back we will have it checked out by our vet. No emergency place could see her yesterday she had an apt in two hrs! I called them and was told oh we don’t do that but you can speak to the aquarium guy if you’d like, we’ll yeah any info I can get on how I should try to help her until she gets into the vet is great. He could not hear me as soon as I stated the issue and hung up on me! And the lady that was so helpful and adamant we were getting the best snake they’ve had in a long time pretended to not know who we were when we came back 9 days later stating something was wrong!! The guy even told me she didn’t regurgitate her meal, she just took a bite out of it! And her mouth gaping was normal also, and her missing her strike was too! I feel horribly guilty for not listening to my instinct and taking her to the vet immediately then!! They should have to give you a book on things to be aware of and look out for when you leave with any animal and if those things occur and you come back in they should take your animal and have it seen by a vet!! She also had a old spot on her underside that apparently was scale rot that I was unaware of that is caused from laying in too moist environment! I will update this if they decide to see why she died for the sake of their other snakes or do anything towards the effort of making this right!!!

The store was very clean and organized. Was sad that over half the puppies were not available to be played with yet. Hopefully soon so they can find a home.

Great service in the fish department!! Young women who checked us out at the register could of been more helpful!!

Petland has been a place that I have visited as a kid and since I take my kids to kill some time and see the animals and and pet the puppies.

It's okay. The employees were very nice. Animals all seemed healthy and well tended. However they are all armed with the same information that appears to be just slightly less than the best thing for your pets. It's like the corporate heads try to teach them all the same script for each different species. A generalized "How To". Prices are extravagant. There's no way that with the ease and cost effectiveness of online sellers can this business model last. But it's fun to go and look at the animals and see the stuff in person.

I've been going to this petland since I was little and I've gotten multiple pets from them, this is by far the best petland I've seen, not like the others, they care so much about the animals and they are always in such great condition

I have always went to petland to but my fur babies. I have always taken responsibility for the accidental purchase of an unsuitable pet rat as I've always bought from feeder stock, but I will never again go to petland or refur friends to go there. The woman who I spoke to absolutely refused to sell me a feeder rat after discovering that it would in fact become a pet.i have raised rats for about 23yrs and don't appreciate the way she handled the situation
