They were very friendly. I wish they would have done things differently when we had came in with our cat.

Able to get a stray cat in for a spay quickly when other vets were 2 to 3 months out. Friendly, Professional.

Informative, had medicine on hand

Fantastic place!! Very family oriented. Our old dog declined quickly. Our appointment went as we expected. Horrible news. The veterinarian doctor on duty showed us xrays, suggested treatments. We decided he's suffered enough. They allowed us to be with him as long as we wanted. Never rushed us. Offered cremation and we got a basic cremation package for his size and we received back way more than we thought we would. A beautiful cardboard cylinder in a velvet bag, his paw print and they put in some of his hair. I was speechless. I cried for 20 minutes in the parking lot and I drove him home. Thank you for your service!!

Extremely kind and considerate staff. Dr walls did everything she could and gave us all the options possible. Unfortunately we had to let.him go, but I am greatly appreciative of everything north fork did to try and help my little baby radar

I felt like they loved my Emma as much as I do and the was very gentle with her.

North Fork is wonderful. I had to take my furbaby there on an emergency visit. Not my original vet. Northport treated me and my fur baby like we were important and we mattered. Chillicothe Animal Clinic has forgotten what that mean so I packed up my papers and went to North Fork and that's where I have been for the last two years I love Northfork they are great people

I have always taken my dogs there but am changing to a different vet.. The new vet downgraded me and made me feel beneath her she was rude.. I will never take any of my dogs there again. I am changing to Amanda Veterinary Hospital where they show compassion and don't judge you.

I cant express how much I love this place, I'm not sure of the vet techs name starts with an M but she is amazing shes the only one my pitifull will go with he absolutely loves her!

The vet's here are great. I have taken my animals to other vet's but I prefer this clinic. I also appreciate the doggy day care that they have next door, and board my dog there whenever we travel.

My young dog had parvo and we struggled to find any vet that would help her, especially on a Saturday. I contacted North fork and they were so quick to let us come in to get her help. Long story short our dog is all healed up and we will be coming back in the future with all our animals. I've never seen a vet that is so kind to a stressful situation.

They have been there for us and our pets ????????every time that we have needed them. Always quick to schedule an appointment at the earliest available time and the outcome has always been positive.

We love it here! All of the doctors are great with our furbabies! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and love furry cuddles!

I have been bringing my pets here for 10 years, have had great service and care for my babies. The last time I requested an itemized bill and was treated extremely rudely. I am here now and the the woman who was preforming triage on 16 year old dog was very argumentative when I was explaining that when I got home yesterday he could barely walk, when this happened before he tested positive for Lyme. She said well haven't you been treating him for flea and tick, I replied yes but living in the woods you still get a few but she wanted to do x-rays and I told her it wasn't localized that it was inflammation then I told her he had been having breathing issues as well, she then wanted to do x-rays, I said I want the vet to look at him and go from there ,she then came around to the door and proceeded to pull my elderly dog from the car when he could barely walk. I am not happy. This place used to care about your animals, now it seems like it's only about the money

First off, the front desk service is poor at best and occasionally rude. I'm not one to be upset by rude service, but they go the extra mile to be argumentative. We have received wrong information on two occasions, most recently my dog had tape worms. I take a stool sample (covered with worms)in as requested by the doc, the front desks questions why I'm bringing a sample in without an appointment although this is what I was told to do. Then they call my wife later in the day saying our dog has NO worms.... my wife didn't know any better so I had to call back later. I call and ask to speak with the vet and possibly send her a picture to verify the type of worm, they refused to let me speak with the vet, instead they write a script for medication although, according to them he doesn't have worms. So now I'm giving my pet meds without someone verifying the type of worm and hoping they work. We will not be back again. Two stars because we like Dr. Hettinger who has always treated us exceptionally.
