Exceptional staff! Dr. Griffith is a knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. I am grateful I have such a wonderful team to care for my pets.

This is a good place with a competent team. My only concern is that I feel like I am being talked at more than talked with. There are a lot of times I want to have a more in depth conversation and ask for professional input on matters to help grow my own understanding, but I don't. It just feels like the vet is always in too much of a hurry to talk.

We took our 6 year old cat here 3 times for vomiting and chronic congestion. All 3 times we were told by Dr. Griffith there is nothing he can do and diagnosed our cat with a polyp that is probably in his ear causing the congestion, vomiting and loud breathing. Each appointment lasted about 15 min. Fast forward to 2 months later. My cat is vomiting at least three times a day, losing weight, lethargic and the congestion is now worse. I thought my cat was dying. So I decided to take him to another vet recommended by a friend. The vet examined my cat head to toe and also had lab testing done. I was told my cat had a horrible respiratory infection and ear infection. The vet also irrigated his nasal passages with an antibiotic. We were sent home with an oral antibiotic and antibiotic drops for his nose. Within ONE day my cat began to come back to life. This poor little cat suffered for months. I am so happy I took him somewhere else and to see a vet who actually put time and effort into caring for my sweet cat.

After reading the good reviews I was disappointed to find that the primary concern of the staff was my ability to pay before my dog had even seen the doctor. My dog is doing fine however between the attitude of the staff and the rather low level of cleanliness I will not be back

Dr. Griffith and his staff always go above and beyond what is expected from a visit. Our 6month old puppy Janey LOVES everyone there and is treated like family. Their kindness and accommodating nature are exactly what we hoped for when searching for a vet. They are knowledgeable, affordable and I would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Food was out of this world cannt wait to go back for more.

I really appreciate everyone here. Dr. Griffith really takes his time, explains his thought process and helps me understand the best plan for my dogs. The staff is super friendly. After years of going to cheap vets who barely gave me the time of day I finally feel like my pets are in good hands.

Great local veterinarian. Always a smile from the staff when we come in. Very thorough and gentle with my dog. Answers all my questions with genuine care. Ordered heart work pills on line, the vet called me to let me know that I could buy them direct from them cheaper and pick them up at the office. Reasonable rates for the area/location. Dr. Griffith and his staff are nothing but kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I feel like everyone there genuinely cares about my pet's wellbeing as much as I do. It is a little on the pricier side but the support and resources you receive in exchange are absolutely worth it.

Very friendly great vet and care about your pets

We are a dog loving family, and have lived in Chagrin Falls for 23 years. After floundering around for a while trying to find the right Vet, we found this practice and have been happy, loyal patient/customers for a long time. Conrad Griffith has continued and grown the warm, compassionate, intelligent soul of the place. He will listen to you, and partner with you, because he knows you understand your pet like nobody else. He knows the newest, the cutting edge stuff, but he also knows common sense and balance. And the front office staff is unfailingly knowledgeable, empathetic and business like. If you love your pet like crazy (and most of us do) it's great to find a Vet who's sane. And there are some out there who aren't. Dr. Griffith is the BEST.

We've taken all of our pets - 3 Goldens and 4 cats over the years - to Dr Griffith and his wonderful staff for years. Very caring, knowledgeable, and thorough - and even the pets like the Dr and staff. Not inexpensive, but we feel it's worth it for our "babies."
