The time had come for my 17 year old dog to be put down and I called cricket and they would not do it because they were too busy and I called them and they said that they could pit her down in 45 minutes and they were has sweet as pie

My Jai-li loves this vet! She very old and atopic and they take such good care of her. They also trim her nails the best. Easy to schedule an appointment. Jai has had a lot of past vets and auburn is the most trusting vet she's been to.

We used them for years but they're still on lock down mode. They make you wear a mask even though you've been vaccinated and masks are ineffective against the virus. I said I'm not going to wear a mask, I've been Vaccinated and the staff basically said we don't want your business. So I give our business to another Vet more reasonable and less controlling,in my opinion. Good get. Bad policies

Wonderful place. Even though you can't go in with your pet when Dr Clemens calls to discuss the visit he is very kind and takes his time to explain everything. Even though I wasn't in with my pet I felt very sure she was in good hands and had no fear of what was going on. I highly recommend Auburn Vet for your Pet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is great to have your kennel and vet in the same location as they really develop a great relationship with your pet. They also offer daily services including socialization with other pets.

Everything you ask this staff to do is painful. Whether it is calling in an order to Chewy or relying on them to follow up with labs, they don't understand customer service and everything takes multiple calls/follow-ups. They are also extremely overpriced for the service given and the staff is unfriendly.

They were very nice in dealing with our dog which we had to put to sleep. Very good bed side manners as we dealt with losing our dog of 13 and 1/2 years.

Dr. Clemens and his staff have taken care of our German Shepherds since 1992. Their aren't enough superlatives I can express for his manner, knowledge and professionalism. I can absolutely recommend his practice.

One would think that a business could help you out with shipping medicine to your home when your father is battling a brain tumor. We asked one simple favor and they couldn’t help us out at all. My father is immobile and needs constant care, they even had the audacity to tell us we needed to go in for another pet check up. Absolutely disappointed by their behavior. I hope no one treats them the same way they treated my family. Whenever we did call the vet is also never there. They made us jump through hoop after hoop for ear drop medicine for our dogs. Will never go again. We had to wait over two weeks for anything, and unfortunately needed to go through them because we are in no position to switch vets.

It was our first visit with them. So far I enjoy them. It seems standard with all vets right now because of covid that we are not able to go in. It is the only complaint I would have considering it was a first visit. The staff I did meet outside though were very nice! Also the vet I spoke with on the phone answered all my questions.

Always have a good experience there. They are pleasant and caring. Appointments have Always been on time as well.

We started taking our senior dog here because we recently moved to the area. The contactless drop off in the parking lot made us feel very comfortable, and I only had to wait in my car for about 15 minutes while they did her exam. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also send out texts after the appointment to check in and make sure everything is still okay!

They took extremely good care of our Dixie. They didnt over charge.

The vet, Dr. Paul Clemens, always listens to what the owner has to say, and takes his time to answer all questions and provide honest answers. He is kind, does not rush the visit, and makes you and your pet feel welcomed. The wait time is acceptable (about 5 to 10 min), and the examination room is fairly clean.

Close to home. Caring staff and doctor. They even called a couple days later to check on our dog.

I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to in order to write a review. I took my cat there in mid-February to get checked out after she had been vomiting off and on. The vet tech came in, and took a rectal temp, using NO gloves, and then proceeded to set the thermometer on the counter and type on the keyboard WITHOUT washing her hands. That was disgusting. Then, after barely examining my cat, I was told to crush up some Pepcid and add it to my cats food. I was not offered a blood test, a urine test, asked to bring back a fecal sample, NOTHING. Now, this is the first cat I have owned, and she was only 10 years old. I am NOT a veterinarian, therefore, I relied on the advice I was given by someone who SHOULD be a trained vet tech/veterinarian. Two months later and my cat has passed. She is now dead. My husband and I had to rush her to an ER Vet on Friday evening, and put her to sleep. She was in STAGE 4 kidney failure. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT. Had these idiots done a blood test, or urine test, they would have been able to see there was something more serious going on. I told them my cat had lost weight as well. NOTHING. I am beyond furious and disgusted with these people and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!! We have lost a part of our family and I blame this so called vet clinic. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Wonderful vet clinic where the people are very friendly, give significant time to visit with your pet and exam them closely. Dr. Stumpe and Alyssa were exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice.

Everyone is so caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Auburn Veterinary Hospital for your pet's care. They treat your pet as if it were their own.

Dr. Clemens and Dr. Stumpey are amazing. They take great care with every animal that walks through their doors. You can really tell they love what they do and they have your pets health as a number 1 priority.
