We had to help our senior baby cross the rainbow bridge yesterday at Thompson animal hospital. Dr. Thompson was kind and wonderful. Very thankful for her and her assistant. We will be bringing our other babies to her for now on.

I've Only Been Here With My Brother For The Care Of His Dog, Not Mine... The Staff Were All So Polite! They Were Very Welcoming To All Of Us And Were Very Gentle With His Dog. ???? Plus, They Answered Every Question, Making Sure We Understood Their Answers. Unlike Every Other Vet Place, They Didn't Rush To Get Us Out. For This Place Being A Veterinary Place, It Was Very Tidy Inside And Out, No Potty Spots.

Dr. Thompson was very friendly and took sweet care with my young kitten. She gave her lots of attention and pets to calm her down before giving her a vaccine, which was very comforting as a protective momma! We will definitely be returning for her future needs

Absolutely love Dr. Thompson!! Recently switched and so happy I did. He took time to answer questions and really listened to my concerns about our pet. All of the staff were awesome also.

Worst customer service ever! Did not even remember they had seen my animal 2 weeks before. Left us sit in our car for 35 minutes. Did not treat our animal well. Missed Coxidiosis and a bacterial infection in his ears and on his face. Would clip the nails.....they can shove this kind of care right where the sun doesn't shine.

I took my friend & her cat there For im Happy cause she happy, that her kitty ???? cat ???? ???? is doing so much better now since she took her kitty there.

Could not ask for a better place for all of my animals I bring in here. I had my 2 oldest dogs brought in and laid to rest here and the staffs compassion is unbelievable. I will always continue to bring my animals here

i found a stray cat that was so young it should of been with its mother and it cost me 100 dollars at the vet and the cat is doing great

I just called for my dog to be seen for a leg issue and they wouldn’t even attempt to schedule us. Asking if my dog had ever been there. Then told me to take her somewhere else because their schedule was full.

We struggled for 2 years with our dog getting a diagnosis. She had multiple things that were ignored. We took her to Dr Thompson and she diagnosed her with in 1 visit.They always squeeze us in when our dog is having major issues. She is really the best vet you could ask for. We love her Dr Robin Thompson!

The Best Animal hospital around. Great with people and pets.

I had my German shepherds vaccinated. 2 1/2 weeks later one of them end up with liver failure. Nothing what’s so ever wrong with either one before their vaccines. Well my poor boy good really bad. Couldn’t move just laid on the floor. Then started having seizures having problems breathing. Called the vet. She said to bring him as soon as I got home from work. We took him and they said to come back later. They couldn’t get him in till 5:20. Now this is 3 ish. Then they said. Just leave him. I mean come on. Seriously. Well at first they said to come back the following day. This poor sweet dog was suffering so bad. Needed put down. Well. At 5:20 they did it. And wouldn’t let anyone go in with him. Here I find out some vaccines animals get can get to much. Which can and will give them liver failure. Like I said he was perfectly fine before he got his vaccinations

Thompsons is always willing to help even on short notice. I've brought my own pets, rescue animals, referred friends and never had a complaint. They've even corrected other vets misdiagnosis and saved a life
