Dr Benzer was great with Bailie's asthma. Helped find a custom prescription she will take and provided helpful hints for changing her environment to treat the root cause. Good professional service and friendly attitudes from all.

The staff were very nice and handled both my puppies really well, even with one of them being completely deaf. I definitely recommend them for all your animal needs

Refused to see my dog!! Guess they think he can wither up, continue to sufferand die!! You don't want to see him, we don't want to see you either, hell of a business plan, refusing new clients,!! I'll NEVER bring any of my pets here and urge everyone else to avoid it like the plague!!

Unfortunately I’ve had to switch to a a different vet after several poor experiences with this clinic. I will drive out of my way before I will bring my dog back to Apple Valley. They prescribed Heartguard to my dog for heart worms & that turned into a complete fiasco. It could have killed her or caused severe brain damage. All I can say is Google “heartguard and herding dogs”. A vet should have known better! Then I returned & asked the vet to address some cysts I noticed on my dog. During a 2nd visit he admitted he didn’t even look at one of them. And still charged me an office visit to biopsy the largest growth. The other vet I took my dog to today actually drained the cyst. I don’t know why this wasn’t done at Apple Valley! I requested 2 weeks ago that they fax my dogs records to the new clinic & Lo and Behold discovered they neglected to do that today too. Thank goodness I took my own records to our appt today. Sorry for the bad review! I had taken a previous pet to this clinic decades ago and felt the service then was much better than it is now. Shop around for your pets care!

We can't say enough good things about Apple Valley Animal Hospital . We love our cats, and our grand-dogs, all of which we have taken to Apple Valley for many years They are an excellent animal care facility, and the medical professionals and staff are exceptionally competent (and friendly). We board our animals with them whenever we must go out of town. On several occasions, even while we were in town, we have chosen to board a sick (or post surgical) animal for several days, just to assure the pet's oversight in recovery. Their rates are very reasonable.

Lucy our boxer had to have a tumor removed from her chest. A biopsy of the tumor is being performed, As boxers are prone to Cancer growths we were very concerned. Dr. Binzer and his caring staff performed the surgery and did an outstanding job, Lucy and we are very happy. Lucy is up and doing very well. We highly recommend Apple Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Binzer and his staff. They have provided Lucy with superb care for over 9 years. Ed and Jackie Leete

Receptionists at this vet are not very pleasant at all. Just went in for second time to only pick up frontline and were very rude. First visit there, they were very rude. Other than that, the assistance and Dr McConnehey were very nice. If it wouldn't have been for the rude receptionists, I would have stayed.

I've known Dr Binzer since 1993, when he was a very young, new Vet. I loved what I saw then, kindness, compassion, the researching he did, and most of all, how his hands make pets feel safe and not fearful. Such an important skill, and fairly rare. Dr Binzer offers options. He recommends and advises in decision making about course of treatment, costs, and possible outcomes. Dr Binzer is not in practice to line his pockets, he is here to help us have the healthiest, and best protected pets we can. He offers a discount program for medications(also rare) and 3 yr vaccines. His staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to go above and beyond. 27 years, and 14 pets later, I would always choose Apple Valley and Dr Binzer.

They have always taken great care of my old lady dog. Dr. Binzer has done both of her surgeries which have both had great outcomes. Dr. McConney has done many routine exams for my dog, and she's also fantastic. I recommend them to all fellow pet parents.

We are very pleased with Apple Valley. The staff are all very friendly and kind. We were impressed with how everyone interacted with our rather nervous dog.

We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now and have always had a great experience with all of the staff. It is a small facility but rarely is there another pet in the waiting room when we arrive for our appointment. The staff are efficient at scheduling appointments so there is little to no waiting in the waiting room or the exam room during visits. We always feel we received the best care for our pets by staff members that treat our pets like their own.
