Nice place, well stocked found exquisite cat pine litter right away small tear in bag so they gave me 15 percent off, really nice! Only place I could find exquisite cat litter! Lots of knowledgeable people handy to help.

This place is a typical Petsmart. We go to visit the cats and donate goods to them. They were very good about returning my fish tank that had a crack in it. Overall a good store but I prefer Etsy for cat toys and other mom and pop shops in the area for gourmet cat food.

Manager Belinda was incredibly rude to me and my service dog about an item that was supposed to be half off - raising her voice and unprofessional - with Sondra her employee even defending her behavior . Truly sad experience but in the salon grooming area - Kaitlynn is the saving grace and always friendly and professional. Belinda needs to consider a position where she does not need to interact with people.

Don't carry the dry cat food we use.

I brought my 9month old puppy in for some fun because he is very social and loves other dogs, super hyper and excited to go in. Check in was cool… I go to pick him up and when they brought him out to me he wasn’t excited to see me like he usually is. Looked very tired but not the tired he usually is. He is limping. Now he won’t eat, he can barely walk to go pee, and I don’t know what happened. Never coming back here ever. I trusted this place but NEVER AGAIN.

I took my dog for grooming, they did the worst job on him also when I picked him up he was terrified I don’t know how they treated him, but for sure he had bad experience I will never go back there

Took our 2 dogs to stay in the pet hotel while we were at a hockey tournament. Our dogs had a great time and were well taken care of. Couldn't ask for more.

Just wish they had steps for bigger dogs

Nice clean store with very friendly staff, always seem to be stocking though with isles full of stuff ready to go on the shelf. Would probably be a nice place to work.

REVIEW of DOG DAYCARE - When in the store I witnessed a LOT of dogs in one room all looking either totally bored, or anxious. There was one person in with the dogs and he looked absolutely MISERABLE. He was just sitting there, no interaction with any of the dogs. I don't understand why they would no hire a person that would want to actually play and interact with the dogs. Any why have them all in one small room all crowded? I felt SO SORRY for these poor dogs.

We frequent the pet salon at the PetSmart on Oak Valley and I can’t say enough good things about the kind, personable, and amazing staff —especially Sam. Sam has always gone above and beyond to make my dog, Tulsa, feel welcome and we keep coming back because of the time they take to interact and comfort my dog. If you are looking for a caring pet salon, look no further! Sam is the best!

I just wanted to come on here to say thank you! Thank you pet smart grooming salon for trying to bury me. If it wasn't for the head groomer and manager trying to ruin my dog grooming reputation by completely screwing me and firing me for untrue accusations I wouldn't have landed a job at the 5 year running # 1 rated Grooming Salon in southeast Michigan! You guys taught me everything a grooming salon shouldn't be and after just one year with my current salon I'm fully prepared and ready to test for my Master Groomer certificate. So again, thank you pet smart for trying, and failing, to ruin me. ????

I have never felt like such an inconvenience in a store. I asked a guy for help with fish, he said that's not his area, he'd page someone. He never did such. He continued on with his stocking, walked back and forth past me several times, had me move out of his way. Waited almost 5 minutes for assistance only to then wait even longer to cash out. Very insincere employees. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Store is clean and staff is friendly

I tried to make reservations for the Pet Hotel twice in-person for different vacations and I was turned away both times and told to book online. What they failed to mention is that booking online was only a request and not a guarantees reservation. Here we are TWO days before our vacation and they called to tell us they were completely booked and couldn’t accommodate our reservations. We made our reservations weeks ago and they are just now calling us. Then, when they were telling me I had no place to take my dogs during my vacation, I was told confirmed reservations could be made over the phone AND in-person. They also confirmed they have been behind for months for online reservations, yet they have failed to hire the staff or come up with a solution to fix the problem. Instead, they decided ruining people’s vacations was the better option. Never again will I use their Pet Hotel.

Shawn was very helpful to us and the whole team has been very kind and willing to go the extra mile to take great care of our dog.

Took my dog to Ann Arbor Oakvalley Worst Experience Me or My dog ever had. Asked to have his to coat sheded out. They said they never heard of that. On his back legs they gouged and cut down to skin.Terrible job!!!

Yay! They had what I needed, called ahead, a distance drive for me! Only for my kittens ???? Hill's Science Diet Prescription I/D in 8.5lbs. The other P/S stores in the region aren't carrying the larger bag ????... this is a regular stock item for the Ann Arbor store...inconvenient!

DO NOT get any mice from the store. I’ve gotten three females and one of them turned out to be male. And now I am stuck with a pregnant mouse. Thanks very much. :(

Make a reservation for PetHotel with private room. Confirm with them 3 times!! Once I bought my dog there, they said none of private room available. The guy told me that the person who confirmed me was lying to me about room availability!!! This is how’s Petsmart’s customer service took care of their loyal customer who had been using their hotel service for the past 7 years with this location!!!

Eh, Whenever I get help they are great. Unfortunately I give them 3 stars because I drove out there to get fish an apparently they weren't selling fish at the moment ????

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable , great selection of live tropical fish, supplies etc. Great pet store.

First time use of Petsmart Hotel and I was very pleased with it.

My Pomeranian was buzzed down. Came here other times didn’t have an issue. Everyone knows your not suppossed to shave down a Pomeranian or there coat won’t grow back properly. Very upset about this.

Nice folks, decent prices. Good inventory.

Super friendly staff. Every staff person I passed greeted me.
