I like the fact that Baylee’s Groomer (JEN) takes the time to get to know her. She loves on her and treats her like her own. She always asks if anything has changed (Eating, allergies, sickness) and takes her time doing the intake questions. I have 3 others who only get their toenails clipped and they are happy to take them. It is a small place, but very professional and I have never had a bad grooming experience with Jen. I am glad to leave this review and will recommend Celebrity Pets/Jen when asked for a groomer. 5 stars!!!

I took my dog here in the past and took my grand dog today for a groom. They fit me on a couple days notice and he looks wonderful! Lauren was super sweet!

Take both my dogs to this groomer! They are the best!

Our 2 dogs had appointments at 11 for baths, nails and 1 cut. Jaleesa kept our dogs for 6 1/2 hours. Both dogs were stressed when we picked them up. The haircut was sloppy. Our dogs will not be back!

Finally, a pet grooming location that takes cats and listens to our needs! It is the most expensive grooming we’ve had, but it is totally worth it. We have a long haired rescue cat, and would prefer to leave nail trims and heavy bathing/hair shedding to the professionals. In the year that we’ve had her, her coat has never been so thin (in a good way) and her nails trimmed so well! We already booked our next appointment booked!

It's difficult to find a cat groomer, so I'm thrilled I found Celebrity Pets so close to my home. The groomers were so pleasant and were able to get my rather scraggly long haired cat's coat under control. Victoria and I will be back again!

I’ve never been disappointed with the services for my 3 dogs.

They do not have a separate room for cats. Dogs and cats are groomed in the same area at once. Not a good place for cats who are not used to dogs. They do not tell you this up front.

Phenomenol. Fast but thorough and very good with the animals. I brought three large dogs in at once for nail clipping and they were completely unphased ????

We used them a few times and the experience was mostly fine, but we opted for another option.

Waste of money. I would not recommend to my friends. Make sure to get an accurate price before you agree to leave your pet. They will rip you off.

Sweet words get to you with high prices. They do not even know how to hold a trimmer yet they ask ridiculous prices afterwards. Make sure you agree on the job needed and how much you will pay ????Otherwise they will try to rip you off shamelessly.

Overpriced without a good result. Your pet will look the same if not worse after this place is done working on them.

If I wanted my dog to look this ugly I could’ve done it on my own instead of 70 bucks. They took two chunks of hair out from under his nose and above his top lip, so now my dog has a reverse pencil mustache. Trimmed his eye brow area, and nothing else on the top of his head so now he has a bowl cut. And must’ve been blindfolded when trimming the fur between his pads. I paid 70 dollars for the worst dog grooming in Ohio. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I don’t know if this is something that’s advertised but they let their dogs roam freely if they are not being groomed. I understand that it’s a nice idea for dogs to not be in cages and have an open area for the dogs to interact/play but it’s not safe. I don’t know if the dogs are being monitored by actual trainers. This is a grooming facility not a training or a boarding facility. When the tech took my dog back at least 3 different dogs were running around while the other groomers were busy with other dogs. The dogs bombarded my dog and I could tell my dog was nervous and I mentioned my dog was leash reactive. The dogs would sniff around my dog while he was on the table. The tech also clipped one nail too short (he yelped) and he was bleeding when I got home. I know that this happens sometimes because animals don’t always stay still. But I guess it’s disappointing the tech didn’t even check after hearing my dog yelp. I’m disappointed because my first visit was awesome (although I didn’t follow the tech the first time so I don’t know if there were dogs out), their front area looked clean, I didn’t hear my dog cry out/no bloody nail and everyone was friendly. But letting dogs roam around without the proper supervision is a dog fight waiting to happen.

I am beyond thrilled with my dog's grooming service this morning - I was hesitant to take her anywhere because she's 13 years old, blind, and has seizures and didn't want to cause her anxiety. The groomer did a phenomenal job - she looks like a brand new dog and she even looks like she feels better. Thank you so much, Celebrity Pets!

Always do a great job

We just moved to the area and took our 14 year old little chi-mix dog to get groomed. Rachael did a great job and was kind! We will be back! woof! ????

Unprofessional, scheduled an appointment months ago. The day of appointment the groomer tells me that she wasn’t expecting my dog to be a long haired breed even though we told the scheduler when scheduling the appointment. The groomer tells me that when she saw a “hound mixed” she “ASSUMED” it would be short hair and had me reschedule the appointment At a later date because grooming her would push her back an hour. Fast forward to the date and four hours later I pick up my dog with no haircut no nail trim just hair washed with 2 bows on her head for a charge of $57. I literally could’ve done this at home for free.

These folks are the best! Very talented with cats and dogs!!!!

My Sophie with an injured hip is treated with loving care, always is groomed beautifully, and loves being with other pets and not in a cage. Very caring service!
