I'm telling my dog to get behind me line: I want Dr. Kaufman as my MD! Dr. Kaufman is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Our dog has had several seizures, and he has given us information and comfort. Staff is friendly and reliable as well.

Well my puppy got hauled off to puppy jail so not great but I know there good people just did not care for the circumstances but there is a need for them or the neighborhoods would be full of running animals maybe not to safe . But yes nice people and they seemed willing to help a person out if need be . Customer service good .

Dr. Kaufman is very good at what he does! Hes very knowledgeable in his practice and makes sure he does his best to help your fur baby. I haven't had as much trust in another vet.

I had gotten milah from a lady in Alexandria mn. I needed her checked out. The staff were friendly and loved her. She is happy and healthy ????

I took my pets here for over a year and was never very happy with the quality of the care, but it was okay for routine vaccines. However, I never had the same vet and never knew who I was seeing so it was impossible to get to know anyone. The last vet I had was very curt and unfriendly. She told within 3 minutes of our visit that because my dog was 7, I needed to bring her in every 6 months "since she was elderly now" and that I needed to have all her teeth pulled. However, the last straw was recently when my dog was very sick with stomach issues and after a week, I knew needed medical care. I called multiple times and was told that there were no available appointments for over a month. When I told the receptionist that it was an emergency and asked if they could squeeze me in she said, "sorry our appointments go to new clients first." Worth looking for another vet in town.

We have brought our 2 dogs to Valley Vet for most of their lives. Dr Winning and Dr Haufman are fabulous! So caring.

I brought my puppy here for his first vet visit, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was so friendly and willing to answer all my questions. They were so patient with my puppy and made an effort to make sure he was comfortable during the appointment. After getting a physical and several vaccines, they sent me home with a "puppy package" that included free heartworm-prevention medication and a stool sample collecting kit to test for GI issues. Overall, everything was reasonably priced and affordable. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Our rabbit received a pre-op physical and lab work today. The technician and vet were great with him. He was anxious and I was able to comfort him. He began to explore some and the exam went well. I initially thought I may have been being singled out when told if I didn't show, I likely would not be able to be seen there again. But withheld judgment til our visit.. When we walked in, there is a sign on the desk stating this is the case. They must have a problem with No-shows...this is an understandable policy. All-in-all, we had a wonderful visit!

We had a 17 yr old dog failing fast the staff and vet were very empathetic to our situation to which we euthanized her. The vet and aid made it as easy on us and Ali felt no discomfort. We very much appreciated the entire staff with their compassion and professionalism. Thank you Valley Vet.

Very kind staff and wonderful pamphlets for new puppies. They even went over how their process of saving money went along with scientific based studies on what is best for dogs.

This place has been my go to in Fargo since i adopted my dog and they have been great. I loved their service for the most part but one of the doctors and techs were apprehensive to help and acted as though they have never worked with a dog before

Had nothing but good from these vets. My animals aren't easy to handle around vets but these people do a really decent job.

Dr. Kaufman is a rock star! 7 out of 5 Stars.

Never again will I visit here. My first visit resulted in charges that were over $200 more than my last vet for the exact same tests. Went in for boosters and am told my appointment was for 3 days later, uh no I'm sorry that's not correct. I wrote down and confirmed the date and time when I was on the phone and immediately added it to my calendar. The interaction I received on my original visit was ok, although nothing to rave over by any means.

Great staff and excellent service.

Everyone was soooo friendly, I was thankful for everyone there for being so welcoming. The veterinarian, Eric, was so helpful and gave the best advice. My dog responded really well to everyone who handled him.

Very personable, friendly and professional. Knowledgable and able to explain without making you feel dumb.
