Very sad satisfied with my dogs grooming

Our dog was there 14 days and lost 10 pounds. Ended up severely sick. There was 30 to 40 other dogs there. Not seperated

I would just like to say the service I received from Unleashed was absolutely awful. This was my first time reserving daycare with Unleashed and it will be the last. I had called two days prior to my arrival to confirm daycare. I was told they are not doing daycare Sunday’s as of now (which the website let me book it) after it had already been approved over two weeks ago. I am glad I called because I never received a call saying my reservation for Sunday was no longer available. I arrived Saturday morning and was told they are no longer doing daycare that day. Are you kidding me? I never received one phone call from your facility saying my reservation was no longer available. All I received was “yeah we decided yesterday we aren’t doing daycare.” I drove 2 hours to put them in daycare because I had a family event. I completely understand being short staffed, but not giving a courtesy call? That is unprofessional. Also, the smell when I walked into the building was absolutely awful. It reeked like a barn, it honestly didn’t seem like they cleaned their facility.

Would have been a 5 star review if my dog didn't come back from boarding over the weekend soaked in her own pee, but she is 13 yrs old so accidents happen. Still would have appreciated if they had at least offered to rinse her off. Beyond that she was happy and in good health when I got her back

Any experience with Unleashed seemed unprofessional and extremely unorganized. During check-in (8am right when they opened) the two gals up front were complaining to us and another customer in the lobby about how people hadn’t come to pick up their dogs yet from the night before. Then stated they didn’t know where they were going to put them. They then told us they had no idea how to run the computer to get them checked in or how to ring in the bones we wanted to purchase for our dogs when we got there. After they took our dogs back my wife clarified that we can pick them up in the evening and one of the employees said yes, between 5-7pm. We checked their website to see if they had instructions on how to watch our dogs via webcam since the employee working told us she didn’t know how that worked and noticed their hours on their website to said they closed 6pm. After checking Google, we were extremely confused as their hours said 4:30pm. We called the morning of our pick up after they opened and left a message asking for a callback to see when we needed to have them picked up by. After five hours, we tried again but no answer. At 4pm we tried again, still no answer. At 4:20pm we finally got through and was told that they did indeed close at 4:30pm. We arranged it for my father-in-law to go pick them up as we were still an hour away from town. Once he arrived he saw the sign with hours on the door that said they were open until 6pm. The employee working asked him if they came in with collars and leashes. He said yes and she asked what color they were even though we had to fill out a form with all of this information at the time of drop off. Leaving 2 stars because it does look like they returned happy and healthy.

Took my puppy to unleashed quite a few months ago for daycare. It was not a good experience. When I went to pick her up they had no idea which one she was. They said there were 10 other black labs and they couldn’t find her. There were too many dogs in one small area and I didn’t feel that they were being watched properly.

When we went to pick up our dog there was no one there even though it was within pick-up hours. Waited 30 minutes. Not very responsible! Our dog also had problems with diarrhea for a few days after her stay.

Very rude staff! I had an appointment at 330 & showed up 10 min early to find out that the groomer left already! Not good!

They were busy and had me in and out under 10 mins. Thank you

Took both my dogs for nail trims. Fast and simple! Very nice employees as well!

They were very nice and took amazing care of my puppy also groomed her amazing for a first time cut. Highly recommended amazing business.

Went on vacation and left our lab honey! It was great to be able to watch her playing on the cameras! She was exhausted when she came home & smelled like she had even received a bath before coming home! Great place for a playful dog to stay while you are on vacation.

I brought my puppy in for a grooming appointment that I had scheduled for 1:00 pm and was told either I’d be contacted or my fiancé would be contacted in a few hours by text or phone call when the grooming was done. As it kept getting later and no call was made to us to pick up our dog, we began to worry about our dog so we called and they were closed. We drove to the shop to see if there was a chance anyone was there but it was completely dark. My dog was now locked in a strange place she has never been potentially from 5:30 pm- 8:30 the next morning. There was absolutely no contact between me and Unleashed that my dog was spending the night. I didn’t sign any paperwork or anything giving permission for my dog to stay. Luckily I talked to the right friends and got in contact with the owner who claimed their “messaging system had been acting up.” They had two phone numbers to contact me and didn’t call so they put my dog in a kennel and assumed she was a boarding dog. I was able to get my dog that night but not until after a lot of frustration, anger, and worry that our puppy was not okay and properly being taken care of. The owner did compensate for the mistake of her staff by giving me the grooming free of charge and had her staff open the store the same night so I could get my puppy and I did appreciate that. I showed up to my dog shaking and scared.

I bring my Shar Pei and Boston Terrier here whenever I travel to Bismarck for work. The staff is awesome, very friendly to my dogs and I, and the pricing is very fair. My dogs seem to love coming here each time I drop them off. The staff seem very caring and responsible, and I haven't had any issues. The webcams can give any first timers peace of mind that your pet is safe and having a fun playtime. I'd recommend unleashed to anybody with a sociable dog!

Our dog experienced a catastrophic health problem while boarded at unleashed. We were thousands of miles away. The professionalism and compassion of the staff were top notch. I would recommend this facility to anyone who loves their animals like family.

I moved to Bismarck about a month ago and was anxious about my puppy during the move. But daycare at Unleashed has become the favorite part of every day for her, and the staff is so helpful, professional, and kind. I would recommend any/all of their services to any and everyone!

We used the daycare for our dog, Remi, while we were in town staying at the KOA. They were super friendly, very caring, and could not beat the price (compared to the price of doggie daycare in the Twin Cities). Our dog was worn out after every visit, which is what we needed when she is a highly energized dog. It was a clean facility, with great staff. We will definitely use again when we are back in town!

My puppo is very young, but I wanted to socialize him, this place was recommended from a friend and i'm very happy with them so far. The price is very reasonable, and the staff is friendly, and my pup always seems happy at the end of the day!

They seem to take good care if the dogs. Many of the dogs are sweet and loving. It's good to see the different dogs there. My friend takes her dog there all the time.

I dropped my 2 GSPs off. There was so many dogs in the first room when I came in the door. It was difficult to communicate as so many dogs where barking and jumping. It seemed quite out of control. Both my dogs where put in immediately with the group of dogs. They where jumped on by several dogs and where very overwhelmed. I was told they will get use to it!????. When we picked them up 4 days later. Our male had a mark on his face and we where told he had been in a fight. Again, all these dogs seemed to be out of control at pickup. I will not take them back as I feel it is not the safest environment for them and I don't feel employees have a good handle on their care.

We have a very energetic and sometimes difficult golden-doodle. They have groomed him several times without complaint and done a fantastic job!

Very glad we found Unleashed! My dogs were well taken care of and there were plenty of people on staff. The only bummer is that I kept getting an error message when trying to load the webcam for dog daycare. Not a huge deal, but would have been a nice added bonus. The facility is set up well, secure, and all of the dogs were getting plenty of attention. It has been hard to find an affordable daycare for all 3 of my dogs that offer decent hours and a good amount of human interaction for the pups - we will definitely be back!

My baby Sully LOVES going to daycare at Unleashed! He can't get out of the car and in to see his furry friends fast enough. All the staff are so kind to him and I. I have no worries about Sully receiving the best care when he is there. And he is so tuckered out from playing all day when I come and pick him up. I love being able to watch him on the cameras from my phone during the day. I recommend Unleashed to all of my friends and family!
