Friendly staff. Good selection. One staff member helped us with questions regarding fish and I overheard another speaking with another customer. Both seemed to really know their stuff when it came to fish which was really good to see. Biggest complaint is the lack of betta decor. I wish there were more options for silk and silicone plants as bettas have very thin fins that tear easily. They have some options, but if you're looking for a natural look there isn't much.

This os a great store, I get everything my two dogs need from here. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. I love their groomers as well, they do such an amazing job with Luna and Mango, they always look so pretty when they come home.

Paid $130 for 6 weeks of training, my dog didn’t learn much. Just how to sit and lay down. Trainer didn’t really teach anything, spent most of the classes walking up and down aisles. The classes were also supposed to be an hour long and we would only be there for about 30 minutes.

Brought my dog there to get a haircut a couple of months ago, when I got her she had a couple of cuts on her and she was shaking. So I took her to a different groomer and I talked to the groomer and I talked to a vet and said that the dog has trauma towards getting haircuts because of the experience they gave her. Talked to pet smart about it and they didn’t even care, they said they would call me back and never did.

Always a great place to shop with my doggos for new toys and treats. And the prices are low enough that going anywhere else isnt even an option because they dont allow pets inside. And selection is astounding for any form of pet.

They did a great job with my grand dog. She is afraid of going to grooming places. They know how to handle chickens.

This is by FAR the worst customer experience ever received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to bring their pet here if you really love and care for your pet. WHAT HAPPANED I would have been a first time customer here when I booked a grooming appointment for Jack in June '21. The appointment was booked for July 3. On the day of the appointment, considering that it is extremely difficult to book a grooming appointment in the summer, PetSmart REFUSED to take Jack. The individuals who were working were kaitlyn and lacey who said they will not take Jack because he does not have any rabbies vaccination records. Jack actually received his rabbies vaccinations a month before, and the vet over at All Pets Veterinary Clinic gave Jack a collar that shows the date in which the vaccination was administered as well the Vet who administered it, and the phone number for the vet. This was not sufficient for PetSmart to accept Jack for his grooming appointment. The 2 girls, kaitlyn and lacey, started defending each other when I asked to speak to a manager. kaitlyn said that HE is not working today. lacey on the other hand said that SHE is the manager. As a potential first time customer, who was ready to dish out a minimum of $68, I was REFUSED and SENT BACK HOME WITH JACK. Despite booking my appointment in JUNE, and being my FIRST TIME AT PETSMART, AND having the necessary documents to show that Jack has been vaccinated along with the date and phone number of the vet. This situation was handled poorly by these 2 individuals and I am VERY disappointed with PetSmart. As a result, I WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY PETS AT ANY PETSMART. Nor will I endorse PetSmart to ANYBODY. I only have a bad experience to share about PetSmart, which I will make sure to tell friends and family if they ask which place I recommend them to take their pets. I will share WHERE NOT to take them and WHY.

The information on when you're open is incorrect on Google. Hope your not.closed.On 4th Of July. My cats are very dependant.

Was a really nice store. They thing i wanted they didnt have any it was olthe display model n they wouldnt let us take it. They were all nice n helpful though

My dog is slightly anxious with grooming, and I don’t believe the groomers handle nervous dogs well. Also, new staff every time I went there. I’ve found a new groomer here in Bismarck.

The quality and customer service I received tonight from Brianna was outstanding. I came in to buy some fish and with her help I was given some real options from her own experiences to help fix my problem in my planted tank. Glad I went to PetSmart.

I love PetSmart. It's very clean and friendly cashier's. I also love the grooming spot. I took my princess to get a bath and full hair cut. Rena worked with my princess. I love the way she made my princess look and feel. Rena is awesome!!!. I will be going back to Rena on princess next haircut.

I was able to find an associate to help me specifically with instructions on caring for an uncommon pet. MaryAnn at the north Bismarck location went above and beyond.
