I have had a great experience at this banfield, everyone is really nice, they care about your furry friend, they even call to see how she is doing after a procedure. Recommended!

It looked ok. We were only in the reptile area. Nothing great. 01/22 update: this is my local store and we have four pets, so I'm in the store pretty often. Haven't had a bad experience. Parking is easy. The lines usually move quickly.

Victoria in the grooming salon is unprofessional and RUDE! I called to confirm my babies grooming appointment. She had an attitude as she stated that there is no upcoming appointments and I informed her that I called and spoke to someone to schedule an appointment and maybe they got to put it down in the book she said well we have nothing for you then She continued to reiterate that I did not have anything on the schedule for you and stated that she could see the past appointments in the system. I asked her if she could schedule an appointment for me? and I stated I would like to schedule with Wendy, she took a deep breath and was like yea, I asked for her name she ignored my request and she asked me to hold while to proceed to talk to someone else when she got back on the phone I asked again for her name she ignored me and being to talk over me. I asked once more then she told me her name. I address her properly by her name and I said “Victoria you don’t have to be so rude to me.” She stated she will not listen to me talking to her this way and she hung up the phone on me. It’s not the 1st time Victoria has been rude like this towards me after this encounter I have to write a review. Everyone else in the grooming salon is extremely nice especially Wendy

Friendly service, but bad order management. They are always out of stock on royal canine. I'm taking my business online.

The pet supermarket to go with your pets. There are large varieties of each pet sections where you can find everything you need and more. Beware... Don't let your spouse go by the adoption area because they will want to adopt all the cats. We have adopted two from Purr Partners and absolutely love our kitties.

Pet smart is always a ton of fun to go into. There a mix of great products and animal life around every corner. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

I took my son here to look at the fish. He thought it was very cool. We also looked at the small animals and reptiles. We did encounter an employee who was very friendly. The store appeared clean and well stocked. We didn't buy anything on this trip.

They do a good job on grooming my fur babies.

Worst experience and service … I made 3 appointments for my dog to get groomed first appointment they couldn’t take him in because I booked a wrong appointment for a bath rescheduled a week later they said they didn’ have time to cut his hair .. then what’s the point of this business if they don’t have time for a cut … beware this place runs appointments behind 1 month by that time your dog has already grown all his hair back .. rude staff never coming here again you lost my business

Called to inquire basic info about grooming services and Victoria was absolutely horrible to speak with. She had an attitude and was speaking to me like I was child. No thanks!

I will never take my dog here again! I used to bring my dog to this location all the time, but apparently they have new staff. Who cuts the beard off of a schnauzer?! As a pet center they should have known better! I have never had this happen before and the specifics are located in the records they have. I will NEVER return!!!

They didn't care about my dogs ingerys all they care about is money rude and disrespectfull I do not recommend this place

Salon staff is quite friendly, accommodating and their work is good. My KJ is happy and willing to visit plus she comes away with a fresh new attitude and style.

Staff chatted w each other & not guests. 4 young ladies were 'stocking' one isle & would've move to let guests by. Had questions but no one was 'free to assist, including when I checked out.

This place is good and clean and if you don't have face mask, you can take one near the counter.

Gabriella was incredibly helpful and friendly. She gave her honest opinions and recommendations, was patient and great with my kids. She took her time with helping us and answered all of my questions. We went in for African Dwarf Frogs and left with the frogs, some guppies, and a new Syrian Hamster. Plus of course all the food and needed accessories. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a PetSmart.

PetSmart is PetSmart. We go there for pet stuff.

I will never deal with the grooming at this location ever again. The staff are lazy and super unprofessional.

Nice staff and acceptable prices

Corporate doesn't take care of its employees. High turnovers. Caused issues by my dog not getting groomed properly. Total rush job. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Great to get things in a hurry but very overpriced. Stick to Chewy.com for necessities.

Always clean and we'll managed, they also have a Banfield hospital at the back of this PetSmart (very kind and caring doctors for all your fur babies needs)
