These guys are amazing! I brought my cat in to get spayed and they walk me through every single detail that they were going to do. My cat actually love them and did not get all crazy like most animals do in a vet's office. I totally recommend these guys for all your pets needs! Thank you guys so much!

Love them! Dr. Tran is very good at explaining and her gentleness with animals is very evident. All the staff are good too. I've tried several different animal clinics and hands down they nailed it!

I was given rave reviews about HAH from a neighbor who had been going to Dr. Tran for years. We went, but our dog was escorted into the building so I'm not too sure what happened, but he got all his shots and then some that we didn't ask for, he seemedto be in good spirits when I picked him up that time. When it was time for his 3 year Rabies, they wanted around $100± for that. I took my boy to a rabies clinic and paid $8.00 for a 3 year shot. Recently we went out of town, I chose to board our boy there because it seemed safe, after all its his vet... I picked him up today and he reeked of urine. All of his paws and under belly were bright read, meaning he had been sitting in contamination, and they gave me back his bed that was sopping in urine. I opened his bag, it didn't appear any treats were given- I left 1 of each for each day- and he seemed so stressed. We have boarded our boy before and never has he come back as exhausted, stressed, or with irritated skin due to who knows what- but my guess is urine for who knows how long. On a positive side, they said he was a good boy....... I feel horrible for leaving him there and picking him up in a different manner. I will be on the hunt for a new vet and boarding facility.

I’m on my 4th dog here but saw Dr Mashburn until recently. Dr Mashburn came to our home and assisted us with our 2 boys last minutes and she and her assistant were fabulous. Since she has left AND since they have moved we have noticed a big difference and not for the positive. Medication has additional fees besides their cost, testing seems to require the same bloodwork test more than 5x ( thyroid levels), very expensive and now that we are moving I can’t get a written prescription for my dogs allergy medicine ( only will give me a months supply). What if I want to buy her meds online? If I wasn’t moving, I would be moving to another vet. I hate writing this negative review but it seemed necessary. If you have unlimited funds and unlimited time you’re in a good place.

The best veterinarian’s office my dogs and I have been to. The staff is helpful and efficient and Dr. Tran has been so wonderful and caring.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Heritage Animal Hospital. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Tran for about 13 years - since I was 12 years old - and she is by far the BEST veterinarian in the entire county. We first saw her for our guinea pigs, then in 2014 we brought her our new kittens. They're almost 8 years old now, and now I am 25 years old and have my own kitten that goes to Heritage! I'm don't trust any medical professional more than Dr. Tran. She has been amazing from the beginning! The veterinary technicians are so kind, patient, and understanding. I have been having issues with my cat Juju lately and probably have called the office 15 times or so, and they always take the time to talk to me and give me an accurate and thorough answer. No matter how busy they are, they always make time to receive in depth information and give great notes to take home with information on every body system, visit-specific notes, and a body score. I wouldn't recommend any other veterinary office in the area. Heritage gives the absolute best care for your animals that you could get! Thank you to all the techs and doctors!

Dr. Baker took care of my baby. I went in thinking we would have to euthanize, she had a different option and now, a week later, he's back to his old self. Thanks Dr. Baker!!

Dr.Tran,Judy and staff are absolutely dedicated and caring animal advocates.They treat our pets with the love and effort they would want for their own fur babies!

They were the absolute nicest and most caring staff to a family who had their first experience with having to put a family to sleep. We had never dealt with them before, and yet they still took us that day, when no one else could. They were awesome in a tough time.

I've used them for over 10 years. They have a nice staff and have always been very good with our animals. My only knock is sometimes I feel they over do it with the tests and add-ons.

The place is filled with knowledgeable and caring vets. As a foster it also is one of the least expensive places I have found for neutering and spaying.
