Went in to get our doge nails trimmed and teeth brushed everyone was friendly and got him in and out before we had finished making our purchases in the store.

Clean and neat. I wish the isles were more orderly, I think Petsmart is a little more organized. Prices are never the same as online so I have an issue with that... takes away from the personal experience plus I'm more lilely to spend more in store if things are cheaper but when I have to keep price matching everything I just get ticked.

This store has a pretty good variety of pet supplies but the prices are a little high. The floors are extremely dirty. I understand there being dust under the shelves but there was dirt and grim around the edges clearly visible and ready to be stepped on.

I did not find a very large selection of soft chewy treats. Most were hard treats. I've decided not to feed these to my pets because they are a choking hazard for them. I did find some adorable shirts. Today is my dog's 10th birthday and I got one of the shirts for her and one for her sister. I also found some cute toys and a couple of treats for them. I've always come to PETCO for my Dogs' birthdays. Nice to see you still around as the Norfolk location closed. I had ordered some things from Chewy, but they got way-layed somehow, arriving after my dog's birthday, so I chose your store. Glad I did, it filled in the gap of the items missing. Thanks for being there.

My visit today was AWESOME SAUCE!!! EVERYONE was so helpful and nice. Two of the cashiers actually went out of their way to make my shopping experience more than perfect; they made my day & beyond PERFECT!!! Thank you ladies!!!

This location is very well stocked and clean despite the limited staff they seem to have. The customer service is superb and friendly no matter how busy they are. There were only three people working on a busy afternoon but they were constantly communicating with each other to make sure everyone was helped. Great experience!
