We LOVED working with Chelsea. We managed to do about 2-3 lessons a week for a few months to achieve our dogs therapy goals! We are very happy to say Bella passed with great confidence! Thanks you!

We loved using Einsteink9 dog training! She did such a good job showing us how to control our crazy GSD! We now let him off leash and we trust him fully!

We had the best learning experience with Einsteink9. The kids wanted a puppy and it was great until he grew bigger and was knocking over our children and friends. Now we actually enjoy him and have people over without using the kennel. Each goal we had was beyond what we expected and we are so thankful.

If it wasn’t for Einsteink9 I think we would have had to rehome our lab. We used a few other training programs but they didn’t work or fix our main issues. We went from a wild man knocking our children and guests over to a dog we now enjoy and have control over. We wish we started with her in the beginning!

Do not use EinsteinK9 or Chels Lee We paid them over 500 dollars and they kept rescheduling and were never able to work with us. After several weeks of this, we asked for a refund so we could hire another trainer. They refused to refund our money( saying they were closed during the quarantine-despite numerous Facebook posts to the contrary) We said we were willing to work out a repayment schedule and she refused. So they basically took our money and gave us nothing - no refund and no training CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!

Great experience with EinsteinK9. Chelsea has helped us so much with our 10.5 year old Labrador. He’s gained much more confidence with stairs and getting in the car than ever before. Excellent rates and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Chelsea has been amazing working with my little peekapoo. Pippa is a rescue with a little history of bad behaviors. I got her at 9 months with little to no training and she has really come far! I would definately recommend Einstein K9!!

I rescued my first dog 9 months ago and have my hands full with his high-energy, anxious, and sometimes socially awkward personality. Chelsea has helped my dog learn basic commands and has introduced him to other dogs in a safe and controlled setting to assist his social skills. In addition to helping my dog, she’s helped me become a confident owner. Chelsea is patient, understanding, and flexible. Highly recommend.

My experience with Einstein k9 is slightly unique in that i used them during the initial covid quarantine. Chelsea was able to adapt to the situation with drop off training. My pup was able to get socialization with other pups while learning the basics. Even better, Chelsea sent me videos of the training sessions so that I was able to learn her training style and follow up at home. After quarantine, I followed up with at home training and group training which helped me to train my dog to stay in our yard and not pull on walks after other dogs. Chelsea has been a great help on teaching me how to get our dogs behavior under control! Definitely recommend.

I have never written a negative review in my life but after our experience with Chelsea and seeing the numerous amounts of negative reviews on here with the exact same experience, I feel I need to speak up. We were extremely excited to hire a personal trainer for our 7 month old puppy. The consultation with Chelsea went really well and we paid a large amount of money upfront for a package as she said it would be discounted if we Venmo'd her right then. Scheduling his first apt was a bit of a challenge as she was not as available as she led us to believe. And then on his first training session, she came and took him down the street and was back within 45 minutes which we were really confused about. We scheduled the next session and she cancelled on the day of 2 hours before we were supposed to meet. After this the quarantine kicked in and understandably sessions became restrictive, but when I reached out to see how we were going to proceed from there she said "she would check and let me know when she had time". I never heard back and when I messaged her again she got hostile and claimed she did respond. So I asked her to screenshot her response in case my phone wasn't receiving messages. She replied that the message never sent and that's when I knew what kind of "professional" we were dealing with. The following communication with her was very unpleasant leading us to decide we did not want to continue working with her, even at the expense of losing all of the money we paid. She ended up making a sarcastic remark and then blocking me on my cell phone and FB before I had a chance to respond. Now seeing her distasteful replies to negative reviews on here confirms even more what kind of individual she is. Although Chelsea may be good with animals when she feels like it, she is extremely flaky, unprofessional, and rude. Just like prior clients stated in their reviews that they reported her to the BBB, we will be doing this as well. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here. Very disappointed.

Chelsea has been amazing for my two Australian Shepherds! My two pups were reactive on leash when we started with Chelsea and they now can go to restaurants, parks and stores and behave while on our outings. The difference with Chelsea’s training than other programs we have used is that she specifically tailors each lesson for the specific dog (s) giving us the specific training each of my dog and the other dogs need. She also meets you at your house or other locations where you may need to work with your dog. The real world locations allows your dog to learn in the particular environment they may be struggling with. I recommend Chelsea to everyone!

If it wasn’t for Chelsea we wouldn’t have a dog anymore. We love our lab but he doesn’t know his size or realize he is out of control. With a new baby on the way and my husband being on deployment I knew I couldn’t do this with our dog. Chelsea came and picked him up to train a few times a week but made sure I clearly understood what to do and say. I no longer have to worry about him knocking of people or stepping on the baby and the best part is NO MORE barking! Thank you again and again.

We signed up with Chelsea in hopes to have our dog Bridget off leash. We are an active family and hated leaving our dog at home but she was to much to take out on walks and such. After a few lessons we started to take Bridget out on our own and now we take her hiking, the beach, parks and more off leash. We will use only Chelsea for our future dogs. - Nathan

We wish we started years sooner then we did. For a long time we struggled with our hound dog pulling on the leash, running off and eating everything in sight. He was such a nuisance we always put him away when people came over, we didn’t want to live this way so Chelsea helped tremendously! We did a few days of boarding and training to get a head start and then a few private classes. Over all our boy is much better and under control. We are happy we don’t have to lock him away and shun him from our friends and family. We highly recommend Chelsea.

Chelsea is great. I had to leave town for a weekend and was so worried about who I was going to leave my 8 week old beagle pup with but she was great starting right from drop off (which she even let me do an early drop off) I received videos and pictures all weekend of the progress that was being made and I couldn't have felt more trusting and comfortable. Over the course of the weekend we learned the commands sit, stay, down, roll over (with encouragement), potty training basics (no accidents in the house except for when we get too excited ;) ), and socialization skills are great! THANK YOU Chelsea! Gigi is excited to see you again soon!

My wife and I were going out of town and was going to leave Jax at a boarding place but our friend recommended training and boarding so we found Chelsea. Each day we received videos and pictures and on pick up day she went over what to do along with having it all typed up, links to the videos and gave us training tools such as a collar and slip leash. We love the results and he’s better than we could have hoped for.

I adopted a GSD puppy from out of state and she was shy of everything and difficult to house train. I left Dixie with Chelsea for a few days and what a change in confidence and obedience. Now Dixie comes to work with me with no leash and is basically with me everywhere I go. I couldn’t be more pleased with our results it was well with it!

EinsteinK9 was wonderful with my GSD puppy. Chelsea has been working with us on obedience, nipping, walking on leash easily and distractions. Jasper is doing so well. She is amazing with him. The nipping stopped. I can walk him …

I rarely ever write a review. However, I feel this one needs to be written. I read the many great reviews on Chelsea and was stoked to start working with her. I had already been to another trainer prior with little results. Unfortunately, the first session was a honeymoon. I thought she was great and seemed spot on with how she handles dogs. And that is where it ended. She cancelled multiple times and all last minute. For one cancellation I was actually on my way to her house which is not close to me. She posted pics and video of my dog without my knowledge and said how far she had come which was a flat out lie. She had only worked with my dog once before that and there was no difference. I didn't even ask for the remainder of my money back after reading previous unhappy reviews about not getting theirs back. I recommend not paying up front even if you want a discount. I do believe she could be a good trainer if she wasn't so flaky. If you need consistent work with your dog, I would look elsewhere.

My 11 wk old puppy did the board and train session with Chelsea, as I had to travel for work. She came such a long way in just a week! We were having trouble with crate training & potty training and I feel that she was able to overcome these issues during her time with Chelsea. We have a great start on basic commands and socialization. She sent me a PDF daily with comments, pictures, and video so I could watch her activities. Our first night home was great. She only cried for a few min in her crate, then slept all night. She is going outside to potty & goes to the door to go out. We will continue working with Chelsea. Highly recommend!

It’s crazy to think about the progress we’ve made since signing up our high energy golden retriever, Josie, for training lessons with EinsteinK9. Before we started training, it was stressful even taking Josie on a walk -she would pull, lunge, and bark at other dogs, people, and bikers. We’ve learned so much from Chelsea on how to best correct and distract Josie in all different situations. It was very helpful that Chelsea had training lessons in many different places (my home, the beach, the park, the store) so that Josie got exposure to so many different environments. Now she (and we) are much more comfortable when going to new places with her! We can’t thank Chelsea enough and we recommend her for all of your training needs!

I found Chelsea on Facebook and after reading her reviews along with how many videos she has of great work we picked her. Our dog May was very sick at a young age and then was attacked one day by a neighborhood dog. After the attack and no socialization it became difficult to take May in public. She was so over whelmed it made us nervous and causing her to last out at dogs and fast moving people. We didn’t want May to be scared anymore and we really wanted her to have friends. Chelsea schedule was great for us! Some days we would train together and some days she would pick May up from our home and send training videos. May has come so far in just a short few weeks and we can’t wait to do more training after the holidays. May now has a few doggie friends! Thanks a bunch for helping our family.
