Been going to Whoopie for 3 years. She does an absolute fantastic job with my dogs! Doesn't smell like cigarettes? I don't understand any negative reviews as they're always been wonderful! I get so many compliments on my miniature poodles haircut! My dogs absolutely love her! Everyone that works there is wonderful! She does fantastic with my Australian shepherds, with my miniature poodle and with my Pomeranians! Thanks so much ladies! You're appreciated!

She does a fantastic job on my therapy dog who goes to the hospital everyone loves his haircut? My dog enjoys getting groomed there he's comfortable and they're more than happy and accommodating with any requests. Highly recommend. Thalia neighborhood highly recommends her many of my neighbors go there.

Took my yorkie here last year and used a awesome deal from Groupon . Our first time coming there and the moment we stepped in the shop it smelled horrible of cigarettes. We cautiously dropped our baby off. My mother in law picked him up and when she arrived and seen that he looked the same as when we dropped him off. She had to ask them to trim the hair from in front of his eyes and on his face. She brought him home smelling of cigarettes and looked the same as he did when we dropped him off. I don’t know if they forgot to cut his hair or what happened. But it was a complete waste of our money and time. Although this was a while back i will never return Groupon or not it, it was pointless . I’m taken back by all the other positive reviews I’ve read so again I’m not sure what exactly happened after dropping him off but we’re “one & done” with this establishment and gladly found another groomer elsewhere!

I can’t even lie; I was a little questionable while dropping my fur baby off for the first time here just because I’m a little bougie, but they did an absolutely awesome job with her. Probably the best grooming she’s ever had done. The staff were super nice and very informative about their knowledge on dogs. Great service and results for those prices! I look forward to dropping off my other fur baby tomorrow!

I had a great experience with Ms Whoopee and staff at animal palace. My husband and I adopted a pittie,Romeo from the Spca who was in need of a bath and nail trim. When I picked him up he smelled wonderful and his coat was shiny. This was Romeo's first time and will definitely be back. Ms Whoopee was familiar with all the dogs who's owners brought them in and they gladly skipped in the door. The prices are fair and the work is great.

My Standard Poodle had an awful case of COVID coat (long and matted) and they patiently groomed him as if he were their own dog. I highly recommend them for their caring nature and loving treatment of the animals. By far the most reasonable groomers in town.

My wife and I have been taking our dog here for over two years now. NEVER have I been disappointed with the quality and level of service that they provide. My dog is a rescue and super skittish, but when she arrives here she has no problems going right back with them. In fact, she seems like she looks forward to seeing them when we arrive. I highly recommend Animal Palace for your grooming needs, Whoopi and her team are awesome! Two paws way up!

Everyone was amazing and treated my furbaby like a king.

Highly recommend! I have taken my dachshund here a few times for nail trimmings. In and out within 10 minutes, professional, and very friendly! This is the only place my dog does not absolutely freak out at when walking in. Plus you can't beat the prices!

Always great service reasonable pricing my dog came smelling so good

I stopped taking my dogs there when the guy who helped with the dogs dropped my dog on the floor when trying to set it down. Whoopie should train her help. Of course the guy blamed my dog, saying the dog wiggled around.

Best groomers hands down. My dogs are well taken care of and Whoopi is great.

I took my standard poodle puppy here today for her first haircut. They did an excellent job!! Staff was kind, informative and professional!! No hidden fee's!!

I have been bringing my toy poodle here for years. They always do a great job. If I see something I'm not happy with before I leave they will stop and take care of it (I'm very particular). The staff is always friendly and courteous and they are very good with my little girl. Their prices are really good, too.
