This place is the absolute best! Dr. Blanchard was very caring for my nervous boy and did very well with my skittish deaf dog. She answered all of my questions fully and I am very happy from our visit! Dr. Koger has seen my pets for numerous reasons and I trust her above and beyond with absolutely anything. I know my kiddos are always in good hands at north Suffolk and I wouldn't dream of bringing them anywhere else

I can't say enough about the folks here. The staff is always polite. Dr Browning is amazing and has a great "bedside" manner. When it was time for one of my babies to cross the rainbow bridge everyone was caring and made the process simple. My other senior baby still receives his care here and it's worth the drive to get here.

I Love the staff and the Vet's My four footed Babies are well taken care of here.

I don’t know if it’s possible to put into words just how much the team at NSAC is awesome. Koger & Blanchard are the best vets my dogs have ever seen. I can call them and talk about a concern, and they are always willing to help anyway they can. Jenna is always great on the phones, even when my crazy schedule makes her work the books a little more to find a day that works best. I drive all the way from Virginia Beach to get my dogs in to see these folks and each time everyone you interact with is just the best in the industry.

My Labradoodle has skin issues and needs a bit of extra care. This is the place and these are the people who have been just as caring from the first day we brought him 6 years ago. He will be 7 in Feb., so almost 7 years! Time flies when you’re having fun!

I have been going to Dr. Browning for 15yrs Dr. Browning are so polite and caring. He had always loved my dogs and treated them like they were his own.

We were early and we were brought in shortly after checking in. Dr Browning came in few minutes later with our pup’s shots and we were out of there way before our appointment time. Wonderful staff and they enjoy working and have fun with all the fur babies.

Very gentle and understanding during the loss of our cat. Calmly explained what was going on and what our options were during A very stressful day. Very grateful for them taking care of my kitty during her life. ❤

I love everything about this place. All of the doctors are so wonderful and helpful. Dr. Browning and Dr. Blanchard take such good care of my babies. Dr. Browning is awesome with my English Mastiff. Not all Vets are experienced with extra large breeds but he is.

Absolutely amazing place. The staff are all amazing, as are the vets! I was not very happy with the vet my older dogs went to, so decided to try this place when I got a new puppy. Transferred my older dogs, and after one visit it is clear their old vet was not where they needed to be. Highly recommend!

So pleased with the care and attention my Vinny was given during our semi-emergency visit last week.

Felt like I was "nickled and dimed" charged with a biohazard medical waste disposal fee. When I asked, manager said trying to be transparent..new term used nowadays. They could not extract any feces from my cat, so no biohazard . I wanted to be credited the amount charged, but no. I'm not too happy with customer service. Too bad.

You folks were great. Don't ever change!
