they may just be to busy to take care of the small jobs or maybe just not organized, can't tell but after trying them twice i have given up. something as simple as a pets annul grand cleaning shouldn't take over 45 minutes waiting in the parking lot (83 degree) and was still waiting until i gave up and drove off

Where do I even begin? I will say this firstly, if you are anywhere close to Sevierville either living here or traveling here, and you need services for your fur babies THIS IS THE PLACE!! While camping here for spring break , we had a very unfortunate accident with our dog. I called and asked if there was any way we could be seen. The absolutely wonderful receptionist Misty answered and said there wasn't any openings. I told her what happened and she said, bring him on now. When we arrived, we were blown away by the professionalism and care of this entire team. Dr. Cline was phenomenal, and was so compassionate when we had to make the call to have our fur baby put down. I will never be able to repay them for how much I am grateful for them and everything they tried to do to take care of our Jackson. May God place the richest blessings on you and your entire team.

Very helpful, vet and staff were thorough and efficient. All in all, better than our local vet back home. Would definitely see them as our regular vet if we lived locally. Cost was even better than our local vet.

We were down here on vacation and our 13 year old lab was not doing well. They seen us right away and after a couple days we had to make the difficult decision to put him down. They were extremely professional and compassionate and we highly recommend them. Thank you for everything Parkway!

I absolutely love this wonderful place! We had a skin/allergy problem and took dog to our vet...spent $500 and all she really needed was a steroid shot and some meds! Brought Maggie here and was in awe of how they worked her in and took care of her! She got the care she needed for only $73! They are still calling to double check almost a week later! This is now our new vet! These are the sweetest people ever! I was so happy I swear I was ready to cry tears of joy knowing my dog was gonna be ok!
