I have never had the kind loving caring support of dr. Sniley (sp?) and vet tech Danielle. They were immensely comforting and kind.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I've called all over the county trying to get my puppy vaccinated and they were the only one that had available appointments. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

I am a long time customer. I called to schedule a number, but they are backed up! In my past experience, they were wonderful and did a great job. Very caring towards my pets.

Very friendly people they are really good at their jobs they handle your animal like they would want theirs to be handle . Very professional the actual doc will come an talk to you about anything that may be going on. They are also really good priced . They also care enough to call and check up on your animal a couple days after being seen .

Wonderful loving caring Vet services at reasonable prices.

I called the Franklin County Animal Hospital right away when my Chihuahua was hit by a school bus. Unfortunately for my baby boy Chase they wouldn’t help him unless I was able to pay them fully at the time of service. I thanked the lady on the phone for caring so much about their clients as well as the kindness towards me for bringing both of my chihuahuas to them for several years now. After I hung up she called back to tell me if I brought my baby boy there they’d be able to put him to sleep if needed. And when I asked if it would be considered cruel to put him to sleep myself with an overdose of drugs she very nicely said no. I sat up all night with Chase and nursed him the best I could and so far he’s pulling through. Time will tell. Thanks to the Franklin County Animal Hospital for remembering loyalty and only thinking about the all mighty dollar

I have been going here for about 30 years. I have always liked everyone there. Some of them have worked there longer than I've been going there. They always care about my pets and take good care of them. Highly recommend them. (Also, tell them I sent you and I'll get a discount on my next visit there.Thanks????)

The Drs are great. The staff is lacking l put a call in 2 times and left messages about medicine for my dog allergies still haven't heard back from anyone also order off their site still no word on if the they will refill it. It gets pretty when they don't answer a phone. If you had a emergency you would have to leave messages and hope they get back with you. This place is not doing good under new management.

We absolutely love this vet Nova our dog has been going here since he was a puppy. We leave him here week at a time for our yearly vacation or just a weekend getaway and Nova always has been treated great. The crew is so friendly and nice. Haha the photo I added of my boy is all I had with the new phone sorry. Update later

Very friendly, very kind to my chihuahua, asked plenty of questions to make sure my dogs needs were met, affordable as far as vets are concerned. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I wasn't able to get an appointment. But They referred to another one.

I was scared for my cat Oreo as he ate some of the inside of a glow stick. The Vet assured me he would be fine! She confirmed the contents of a glowstick is harmless to cats and they love them but it tastes terrible to them so that's the extra salivating he was doing! Definitely recommend!
