Great place with knowledgeable staff

I went to this clinic to treat the hair loss issue of my cats. The nurse and vet are friendly and conducted a physical exam with treatment advices. But when I came back home, I noticed something wrong on my medical records, including both basic info like gender and misunderstanding in my description.( The vet assumes my cat had ear infection from my description even though the cat never has that and never had any diagnosis on that previously.) When I contacted the customer service, it took almost a month to hear back and I'm still not able to convey the message to the vet to simply clarify it on the medical records. The last time when I called, the customer service is very angry and protective, arguing their vets are licensed professional and won't make changes while I never disputed that. Now, my cat is considered having ear infections pre-existing anywhere when I want to purchase an insurance. It's not a big deal but just think it is unfair to my cat if he develops anything similar in the future.

The staff are very friendly and informative on your pets condition. I recommend this place to everyone also because the care packages are affordable.

Very friendly and most important very honest, they prescribed my dog exactly the medicine she needed. Only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have the medicine and I had to go to a few places looking for it. I now how 2 new puppies (total of 3)and planing on bringing them here too.

As this is a new clinic, I felt it was important to leave a review for Dr. Moats and her team. We needed to update vaccines for our two year old pup and get an annual exam. Overall it was an excellent experience and a great value for the services. We had been fortunate to receive full attention in part because during our visit the clinic was not busy. Dr. Moats is a fantastic and knowledgable vet who cares for her patients and is attentive to their owners and their needs. She was very generous with her time and her staff were kind and considerate. I wish them many customers and hope they keep their team and run it as well in the future as they do today. I would highly recommend this practice!

Just had a great experience getting vaccines updated amidst the pandemic. The staff and Dr. Moats were very friendly, answering my many questions via phone (I always have so many questions!). Social distance was maintained as my dog was picked up by staff from my car and taken in. Once inside the doctor called to inform me all was well and was upfront about the cost for today’s services. Just over $100 for all the vaccines we needed, wellness check, fecal and heart worm testing! Absolutely cannot beat the price and the service is also fantastic. If you are a regular at VIP pet mobile clinics (not currently operating in this area). Check this place out! Thank you Dr. Moats and staff!
