They were great...until they weren't. I give my dog her own vaccines and Six Forks Animal Hospital acted like they were astonished at this. I understand if they can't accommodate that, but they have been rude to me ever since I've told them. I have a medical background and I've been trained to give human shots so I never saw the harm in giving my dog her shots.

Great Staff, that really cares about your pet. They have always been able to doctor my dogs ails, I love this place.

Love Dr. Price, but with aging animals I want to be in there when my pets are evaluated. She still will not let the humans paying the vet bills in. We will no longer be using her services. We will find a vet who allows the humans in even if we go to a mobile vet. Sorry Dr. Price, it is time to open. People are willing to wear masks and will gladly do in order to be their for their fur babies.

It is unconscionable that, when I called today with an emergency with my cat, who was vomiting and perhaps terminal, I was denied the ability to bring him in. I pleaded with them to see him but was told to call an emergency vet (this during regular office hours!) I have been a client for 35 years but no more!

I love Dr. Price and all the ladies at Six Forks! They take good care of my fur babies and they are such kind souls.

The first thing I'd like to say is that Dr. Price is an angel and has always been incredible. We had to put our last dog down at the age of 14 and Dr. Price was so attentive and comforting. Fast forward, we made a reservation to have our dog's teeth cleaned during February because they have a special during February. With the threat of snow accumulation for tonight, we thought best to cancel the appointment and figured they'd probably be closed anyway. We spoke with Courtney and when we tried to reschedule before the end of February, she told my wife there were no openings. So I called back and asked Courtney if the special price would be extended since we couldn't come in because of the weather and lack of openings later and she immediately told me that they couldn't do that. We've been taking our dogs to Six Forks for over 15 years. I work in the customer service industry and we discount our work for clients all the time, especially if they're regular customers. I think if Dr. Price knew that she was losing business over something unavoidable, she would gladly extend the discount. Giving an employee that kind of control will ruin a business and will lose customers as well. Think we'll be calling back to schedule that teeth cleaning for over $400.00 after being told they couldn't honor that price even though the cancellation was totally unavoidable due to inclement weather?

This used to be my vet office prior to moving out of the area. They did a great job with my pets. I didn't use it but their boarding area looks very cozy, if you need a pet "hotel"!

They accidently switched the labels on my parents dogs medication. I understand accidents happen however when it was brought to their attention they didn't care at all. If you chose to still go here just double check all prescriptions. Who know what could have happened if we gave her the wrong medication.

This is the only place that we will take it pets! Dr Davis and her team are all fantastic!

Robbi, the groomer, is an angel sent from heaven. I seriously wouldn’t trust anyone else to groom my highly anxious dog. She takes her time and really cares for him and makes sure he is comfortable and has a good experience no matter how difficult he can be. And let me tell you, my dog is very difficult haha he does not like it when people touch his paws or his behind. Been coming here for +5 years when I used to live right down the street and even now that I live 25 minutes away I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. These guys are the real deal. Thank you!

Dr. Price and her team are incredible. With both of my dogs, the team is welcoming and so helpful. I consistently am able to help my pets and get them feeling better. I have come to them with so many different problems that have occurred in my pets: weird behavior which turned out to be pyrometra, unexplained limps, severe allergies, and more. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and attention to detail. Thank you!

we have been going there for the past 15 years for our cats annual checkups, shuts, etc... we had an emergency with one of our cats that they refused to see us because the doctor was leaving at 12noon and she was not going to stay past her scheduled time. We took our cat to an available vet in the area and forgave them for that. This happened again for the second time and this time we pulled all of our records to another vet in the area. WE DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE IN IT FOR A QUICK MONEY AND NOT FOR WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

They do everything in front of you so your pets aren't anxious and you're not anxious ❤ it's a liiiittle bit pricier than my old vet, but the fact they care about the owners' experiences plus the animals' experiences (and don't send my babies home covered in waste like my old vet) means the world to me and I'd GLADLY pay

This used to be our go to vet but overtime the quality of service has changed drastically. The doctors are great, but staff has been very rude the last few times we've visited, and called. Very unfortunate... I don't typically leave bad reviews, but I tried to express my concern verbally to one of the staffs members, and even that was handled inappropriately.

Great place to take your fur babies. Everyone there is sweet and friendly. The care they have always given all my animals is excellent. I've been a patient for over 11 years.
