We recently visited Phydeaux for the first time a couple weeks ago after adopting our first rescue puppy. The selection was incredible, the atmosphere calm and inviting and the prices were fair. We had a great shopping experience and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Brought my pup to Phydeaux for the first time today. Figured we would try something new, usually we shop at Petsmart or Petco. Prices and product selection were pretty good. Staff was disinterested and generally unfriendly, that was a bummer. Would have been great with nicer staff.

I know they have so many choices, but the guy that helped me was just, not helpful. I was only one of two people in the store and there were three employees not doing anything and he just didn't seem to want to give me more than a minute or two of his time. I ended up doing the rest of the searching myself. They didn't have any type of antibacterial wipes to wipe down any of the baskets and didn't seem concerned about Covid protocols at all. I was super nice and thanked him so he didn't have any way of knowing that I was unhappy, but I was just disappointed because normally the employees there are just super helpful.

Amazing store that has everything I have ever needed for my fur babies-- I was using Amazon's subscription services but they are always "out of stock" whereas Phydeaux has always had what I needed everytime I've driven up and the staff is always so kind and will offer to carry the heavy dog food to my car for me-- I highly appreciate this place and will be returning again and again!

I love this store! Whenever I need a specific item, I can almost guarantee Phydeaux has it. From a RuffWear float coat, to a top entry litter box, hip leashes, dog toys, and everything in-between. All of their products are higher quality and I know if I were to have any issues they take care of me right away. The staff is super friendly and kind. I also tried their delivery service today and was blown away that something that would take weeks to ship from elsewhere was delivered to me in under 3 hours! The items were dropped off at my door and no knock or door bell to set off the dogs, which I appreciate that so much since I work nights and sleeping during the day is not easy. Keep up the excellent work you guys! ❤️

They provide helpful information when presented with questions. Great store and staff. A large variety of products.

They are pricier than the average pet stores, but find really good food for my puppies.

I've never shopped there, but I give them 5 stars for the cute doggie I got to look at while waiting in line for the NC plate agency to open up. Thank you for making that line just a little less tedious. Recommendation: put a little sign in the window so we know his/her name. ????????

Great service and selection and while it seemed like a fancy boutique type of place prices were still on par with anywhere else which was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent selection of pet products. I get my cat and dog food here. The prices are better than Pet People for the same brands. Love the treats for my dog and will bring her here for a dog backpack for our hiking trips. Staff is always helpful too.

They have a huge selection of pet supplies. I love going to pick out healthy treats and unique toys for my cats.
