I would never take my pets to see such a self involved doctor veterinary medicine. Dr. Stone clearly thinks her time is far more valuable than anyone else’s and that societal rules and etiquette don’t apply to her.

I took my puppy to see Monica for training over the last couple of months. While Monica is a great trainer, she is so over booked that it completely ruined our experience. I received feedback regarding my puppy’s training, how to follow up at home, and notes on what behaviors to praise ONLY one time - my puppy was in training every week for about 2 months. I have no clue what she worked on every week and had absolutely no knowledge on how to continue that training at home. We have stopped going to training purely because without that guidance it was a waste of money.

We take our pup here for training, daycare, and for medical visits. The staff is caring and helpful and our trainer is fantastic.

I have had a great experience with the Dr.s & animal nurses here. My issue is one of the receptionists. She has been rude and difficult to work with, and I recently went in, seeing a big notice on the door saying “masks required for ALL”. This one receptionist in particular doesnt have her mask on… working as a healthcare provider in a high volume covid unit, (with not great outcomes) i asked her if she could put her mask on. She just stared at me like a deer in headlights. I get it, i wear a mask for 14 hour shifts, we dont want to. At least just throw it on when customers come in. Especially since it’s your “policy”.

Very well located, easy to get to and opens early at 8 and closes late at 6 pm on weekdays and shorter hours over the weekend. The staff is very helpful and the doctors are great as well. They definitely take well care of the pets and found out today they have training programs too.

A great experience with our cat -- the tech and veterinarian were both experienced, friendly, and able to offer the peace of mind we needed!

The staff were great, I really appreciated the advice and concerns the vet had regarding my pet. I will continue to come here with my pets in the future.

Very friendly and took care of my dog exceptionally well considering her lack of social skills.

They have a nice new modern facility and appear to be very well versed in veterinary care. However, as they continue to grow larger and larger (they recently bought CityVet), they have become much more like a factory. The actual totals hardly ever match the estimates anymore and they continually push for more upgrades and added on expenses. I feel like my pet is just a number there and I am just a vehicle to pay his ever increasing bills.

Very caring staff...Dr. Stone talked with me in detail regarding my dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new Veterinarian.

They are always very nice and helpful. I just wish they took the spay/neuter vouchers to help the ones on fixed incomes. Every penny we save helps us within the month. They are still not taking in house visits for safety but my little Bama is ok with that. He is just going right now for weigh ins for his Trio meds.

We’ve boarded our dogs other places and we’re SO HAPPY with how happy our dogs were when they left Oak Heart. We also felt like our dogs were safer here because the boarding house is right next to a vet hospital (as opposed to a vet clinic) so if anything happened our dogs would be taken care of.

Everything about Oak Heart is great. The website made it easy to book appointments and keep track of your pet's care. Very friendly desk staff, easy to communicate with and they respond quickly. 2 different vets at this practice have seen my animals - Dr. Bridges and Dr. Stone. Both were very knowledgeable and thorough, but didn't try to "sell" me on unnecessary testing/treatments - like some other vets will. Due to COVID I was not able to go back with my pets, but I felt confident that they were in great hands with the Oak Heart staff. Highly recommend!

Very, VERY friendly people. I bring my boys, two cats, every so often for checkups and to make sure they're doing okay. Even their COVID restrictions are very reasonable, and I know my boys are in excellent hands. Thank you, staff!

They are very safe with meeting us outside just like my PCP does during this Pandemic. They took very good care of my little Pom. Since this was his first time there, his wellness exam was free. The shots are very reasonably priced. I was watching the doggies playing that was in doggie day care as their human sitter watched over them. Everyone seemed really nice and answered all my questions and concerns. The employees here enjoy our pets as much as we do. I am so glad I drove by and found them. Make your appt now!! We saw Dr Stone but am sure all are just as great. Bama approves ????.

I called Oak Heart to get a second opinion for our Labrador, who was diagnosed with happy tail. Our regular vet recommended amputating the tail right off the bat, so we wanted to get a second opinion and try to keep his tail. Dr. Bridges has been fantastic throughout the treatment! It was our pup’s first incident of happy tail, and he suggested trying to wrap the tail to start and hoping to heal it. I have had the initial appointment, a follow up to check the healing process, and a follow up call because his tail started bleeding again. Dr. Bridges has been super compassionate, he has recommended a conservative treatment approach, all while providing me with all the possible outcomes. I think we may have found a new vet!

Beautiful and functional facility with amazing staff! Dr. Stone is the most caring veterinarian I have ever known. She is thorough, kind and gives you options so that you can make the choice of care you are comfortable with... She is a Godsend! I trust and respect her opinion. Highly recommend this practice!

My new puppy loves it here! The staff is friendly and professional, the doctors knowledgeable, and the COVID-19 protocols are spot-on. So far, so good!

My dog cut his paw, and needed stitches. We were not a current patient and it was close to closing, they told me to come in and they would take care of him. They took great care of him & even called to check on him after.

This vet was a wonderful experience. They made time for me when my regular exotic vet was too busy. Oak Heart was so helpful and patient on the phone and answered all my questions. The vet was very thorough and they followed up with a phone call the next day. I highly recommend them.
