As a new patient my puppy was very well taken care of! The staff was very friendly and helped answer all of my questions. As soon as I walked in the door I felt comfortable and my puppy, Carl Wayne, was very fond of the entire team! I have no doubt Carl Wayne is in great hands.

What a great experience! The entire staff is so friendly and so kind. Their professionalism is first rate. I highly recommend them for all your pets needs. My dog went there to have ACL surgery. She is doing unbelievably well and her recuperation is moving right along at rapid speed. You will not be disappointed.

I can not say enough about Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital! We have a dog that has severe allergies and we took our pet to them as a last resort. Not only have they helped our pet they have went above and beyond. Our pet is so much happier and is starting to show signs of improvement something we haven’t fully seen in almost 6 years! I am so thankful we found this place. Before coming here I thought quality vet care had to be expensive. My cat had to have FHO surgery twice in one year. The first surgery was done through Blue Pearl, which was a good experience overall but the cost was nearly six thousand and required lots of follow-ups and wait time. We had to have another FHO surgery later on the other hip, the soonest the vet could schedule the consult was nearly a month--let alone the surgery itself. Creedmoor Animal Hospital was able to see us within the week and then schedule the surgery a week after that. The surgery was 4x less than the previous and without nearly as many hoops to jump through. They truly care about the well being of your animal and care about the financial burden it can have on working class families. Take your baby here, you won't regret it. The entire staff is caring and passionate about affordable quality health care for all animals. Furthermore, Dr. Jordan is incredibly passionate about making vet bills affordable and giving quality care to each pet. COME HERE!

My dog, Sue, came down with kennel cough after I arrived at my parent’s place for the holidays. This is the first time he has ever been sick, so needless to say I was stressed about being away from my vet. After frantically trying to find an emergency vet that would take him, I stumbled across this listing. Miraculously, they were able to fit us in and I cannot express how grateful we both are. The staff was so sweet and caring and Dr. Peace was very thorough and comforting. Thanks to Dr. Peace and the CRAH staff, Sue is on the mend and we are both settling in for a more relaxed evening. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Dr. Jimenez & staff don't just ask what brought you in for your appointment, they hear you & follow up thoroughly. There are many variables with senior pets, none of which should be rushed through. She covers all items of concern, to include a plan of action that is realistic. Vet technicians are just as gentle & compassionate, which is of the utmost importance to me and my senior kitty. I was so happy with my experience with Creedmoor Rd Animal Hospital. I’m in town for the holidays and far away from my dogs usual vet but needed to have my dogs ears treated for an infection. The staff here were able to squeeze us in for an appointment later in the day and they were so kind. They were having a very busy day and were short staffed, yet maintained smiles on their faces and excellent bedside manner. Such a pleasant experience. Thanks again!

Brought our golden retriever Birdie for the first time today and are very impressed. The front desk staff is cheerful, personable, and efficient. Check in was quick and we were seen in a timely manner. Dr. Peace conducted the entire exam while on the floor with Birdie, who was a bit nervous. We both appreciated it tremendously! He was kind, patient, and thorough- everything you could ask for in a vet. The entire staff made our experience easy and enjoyable. We are so glad to have Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital so close to our home!

If I Had A Pet I Would Never Take Them To That Animal Hospital. The Kennels Are Absolutely Discusting And The Cages Are Filthy Dirty.!!! I Feel So Sorry For Those Dog's And Cat's.!!! ????????????????

Creedmoor Animal Hospital takes such good care of our dogs. Dr. Jordan did surgery on our German Shepherd last year to repair her cruciate. He was wonderful with her , and now she plays like she did before her torn cruciate. She had a dental cleaning today with Dr. Jimenez, and I feel that she was taken care of like I take care of her - with care and compassion. Love the entire staff here - the front desk, vet techs, and vets are all amazing!

Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital has been a home away from home for my Bichpoo. She goes to day care there as well as being a patient,too. I feel very comfortable with Cleo being there. I enjoy the front desk girls, Sophia, Hannah and Sofie. My Cleo thinks they are her other family. They are very welcoming and willing to help with any issue. I trust them as well as the doctors and other staff. I highly recommend CRAH.

I love Creedmoor! Everyone is so kind and takes the time to answer my first time fur baby questions. (There are a lot!) They take the best care of my puppy and she's literally excited to go in every time she sees that we've pulled up. Cannot recommend any more!

I knew when I walked in the door that this was a very special place. Literally four people greeted me one after another and made sure that I was attended to and that my dog and I were doing fine. We were led to a warm and comfortable room unlike many other offices I have been to in the past that were cold and frightful for pets as well as humans! The doctor was perfect! In every way that we wish… Clear, kind, affectionate to my dog, and reassuring. I am thrilled with my experience today and I am certain that Creedmore Animal hospital will continue to be a welcoming place.

I absolutely love the care that Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital provides for Precious. The ladies up front, especially Sophie, are absolutely wonderful and attentive to ensure owner and pet are comfortable. I have never felt more comfortable with anyone caring for my pet as I do Dr. Jimenez. Dr. Jimenez has taken time with me on more than one occasion to thoroughly explain every concern that I have at any given time, no matter how minute it may be. She is so good with the animals and Precious has warmed right up to her and trusts her completely. After every visit, I have gotten a phone call or text from one of the ladies up front to check on Precious and ensure she was healing or improving depending on the circumstances that required the visit. This team at Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital is hands down, AMAZING.

So grateful to have found this Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital. We recently moved to Raleigh and needed an emergency vet and they were right there…so friendly and sympathetic…took our pup there and they saw him and took care of him and we are so grateful! Do plan to, if they will allow us, to be a part of their family…What a great place!

Creedmoor will go above and beyond for you. They are so warm and welcoming! They treat your pup as if they were theirs. My favorite is how accommodating Creedmoor is for everything. We send the pup for vet care and day care. I have never had an animal get excited for the vet, but because they genuinely care about your animal, I believe it’s why my pup gets excited to go; even after being spayed and surgery.

Addition to Original post: Dr. Ballester is no longer with Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital but Dr. Jimenez seems wonderful! We went for our yearly wellness check and I truly enjoyed the conversation I had with her and the care she provided to my pup! My dog tends to be on the nervous side at the vet and the approach Dr. Jimenez took truly provided a relaxing environment. As Dr Jimenez and I were talking medical history and best approach now that things have settle I could see the switch my dog had of oh this isn't as bad versus the normal pacing around the room. - - - - Original post below - - - - - - This team is AMAZING. Every person working at Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital really cares about the animals and you can see they love what they do as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Ballester is an AMAZING vet and I know my pup is in great hands! She is extremely knowledgeable and wants to make sure that we are not only doing the best thing for the pup but us as owners. 100/10!

1st visit and we felt welcomed. All of the staff and drs were understanding and informative, was the best decision we made picking them.

Brought my old pup to see Dr Jimenez and was amazed by the consideration she gave to his care as a geriatric dog. Other veterinarians insist on treatment that is too stressful for an older dog and she carefully considered pros and cons to each treatment option. The staff - front desk, technical, kennel - is incredible and kind.

Wow, what a wonderful experience with Dr. Christen Ragle and Megan today! After our curbside visit, Dr. Ragle did a terrific job of sharing tips to keep my fur friends healthy while communicating key next steps for my elderly cat, Oliver. Dr. Ragle was able to walk me through options for future treatment with the right balance of concern, empathy, and positivity. I highly recommend taking your fur friends to see this great team soon! ????
