While my dog loved the actual groomer, one day I just received an email basically dumping me as a client just days (like one or two) before our scheduled grooming. Then they would not communicate with me with regards to why we were getting dumped as clients when even their website stated they were accepting new clients. It felt very unprofessional and honestly, quite rude. Additionally, when I went to get scheduled one of the times, I was clear in my message when I needed the appointment for (because I was out of town and could not do sooner) and they went ahead and scheduled me for a time that I was not available. So while their groomers may be good, the folks running the business don’t seem to value their clients.

Had a scheduled appt as a repeat customer. No one showed and no one will answer my calls or texts. Would give a Zero if possible.

We used to take our pooch to the vet for a cut but they never really did a good job. With C19, we opted for Aussie mobile and literally the best grooming ever. This was our second time and we requested Juan as he is on time, friendly, polite and does a great job. Just as important, the pooch likes him. We will never go anywhere else. Keep up the great work.

I have used them for several years and my experience has been great. However, last week someone new groomed my dog and shaved her so close (have NEVER had her cut this short) that she literally has 30-40 scabs all over her body. I emailed to make them aware and to my disappointment that has not even been acknowledged. Very disappointing.

Never had anyone bring my dogs back wet after being groomed this is just unacceptable and the nails were mangled... was told the dog was “difficult” I’ve had other people do it with no issues... i get some people have good experiences and some don’t... I’ll go back to using Curb Side Cuties!!

Aussie has been grooming my cat for a couple of years. They are very pleasant, timely and do great work. My cat loves our groomer! Highly recommend. No hassle and they come to you! Win Win!

We just had a wonderful experience with our local Aussie Pet Mobile Triangle business. I initially requested an appointment on their website. Someone called me the same day to confirm the time. I got my first choice on date/time. The groomer arrived exactly on time and my German Shepherd instantly took to them. We had 2 groomers. I didn't ask why. Perhaps one was in training. The van was very clean and tidy. A couple of hours later, they brought my dog back to the door. My dog looked fantastic! He looks great, smells great and appeared to be very happy with his experience. I was very impressed at how well and neatly his toe nails were trimmed. They explained everything included in the service before they began. The groomers wore masks during all of our interactions and were very polite. The price seemed a bit high ($130 minus a $10 "new customer" coupon) but I expected to pay more for the convenience of them coming to my house. Plus I don't have to sedate my dog since he's being groomed at home. Overall I'm very happy with our experience and I plan to use this company again.

Had an appointment confirmed and waited around all day and they never showed up!! Called and left a voicemail and they never gave a call back! Not reliable, not responsive, and not professional. If only I could get paid for the 6 hours I spent waiting around for them!! As a person that runs a business I would be mortified if my clients were treated in such a way

This was my first time using Aussie Pet Mobile or any groomer for my Border Collie. Jason arrived 15 minutes early to meet me and Indi. He was personable, and my dog liked him right away. I explained that Indi had never been groomed before by anyone other than me. He discussed what services I wanted and then he took the leash and Indi followed. She was a bit hesitant to jump in the van but she let Jason scoop her up and bring her in. About an hour later she was all done. Jason did a remarkable job. She looked amazing and smelled great! He brushed out all the undercoat and clipped her nails. The price might seem a bit steep. But honestly I felt it was worth every penny. I will definitely use Aussie Pet Mobile and Jason again.

Gabby was beyond excellent!! I am so in love with the way she groomed my Pomeranian ???? she’s definitely a keeper. The Aussie team was very responsive to text messages and phone calls. I definitely recommend them!!! Besides how great they are, they’re so convenient! Especially just moving from Florida, I really had to do my research but I am very happy to have come across them on my way home!

They might as well not have a phone, since they don't ever answer it. Ever. I could recite the voicemail from memory. That being said, they do a good job and seem like they are nice to my dog. So I keep calling. And I keep getting voicemail . . . endless loop of hell. Someone else also posted about how they call after you schedule your appointment and there is all kinds of confusion about the scheduled day and time. We've experienced the same thing. They seem disorganized. I'm going to find a different company to avoid these headaches moving forward.

Awesome! This was my first experience with a grooming service of any kind. I was helping friends - who were having their own medical and financial issues - with their very old, badly matted Yorkie. I called late afternoon and was able to get an appointment first thing next morning. Awesome! I was a little concerned about stress since he met so few people, but Jazline was able to put him at ease and kept his stress level very low in this new situation. Awesome! A beautiful job at a great price; a complete shave, nail trim and bath and talking to him the whole time to keep him reassured. Awesome! Leo's demeanor perked right up after his spa treatment. She also pointed out some areas after the shave and trimming to bring up on next vet visit. Awesome! Jazline is a wonderful, caring groomer who is quite obviously concerned with the animals in her care. A+ for Awesome!

Unprofessional Rude Disrespectful After years of service with them, they text me to say that I was "too far" to service anymore. I didn't move. So.....LIES! That makes ZERO sense. The advertising does not give a "mileage limit." Are you Aussie Pet Bath or Domino's Pizza?

Horrible value for the money... $110 + gratuity for less than 25 minutes, for cat grooming. On top of that my cat was still wet and needed to be both dried and brushed for about 20 minutes after (by me of course). I reached out to company immediately after (no response), and a couple days after (was told to email complaint, would get to owner, no response). I just can't understand how people think they can run a business this way.

Although I do like the groomer for my area when she shows up, please save yourself the headache and avoid this business at all cost because they are very unprofessional/rude and you cannot trust them. I set up appointments in advance and all was on track and then they just stop showing up to the follow-up appointments. Following that I took corrective actions by calling in to find out when my next appointment would be since they were now missing them. And they said they don't know what happened to the previous appointments and so I worked with them to setup new appointments again to replace the ones that disappeared and they still mess it up again. For the dates promised is not the one they have set. In that, my family rearranged their entire schedule this week to accommodate today's Tuesday appointment [10/1/19] based on what they confirmed on the phone, since I travel out of town for work. However, when I called in to double check the time for today, they do not have it on the schedule and instead tell me there is an appointment for next week instead. Following that, I try to discuss it on the phone with them and they proceeded to debate me and then they hang up the phone with no apology or explanation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Since they lack integrity and cannot be trusted, I can no longer trust my pet with them either for there are just too much horror stories you read about and you always ask yourself didn't you see the writing on the wall with any kind of early indication behavior or otherwise? Nor can I have confidence that my other appointments will not be mishandled; so I sent them an email and requested that they cancel all my future appointments; as I prefer to support and spend my money with businesses that are trustworthy, reliable and respectful of their customers.

I was really looking forward to working with this company, so I made an appointment about a week and a half ago. Since then, it has been incessant phone calls and confusion and chaos. They changed the appointment time on us (twice), and we were finally able to settle on a time and date, which we rearranged our schedule to accommodate for (twice). My husband took half a day off work to wait for them to arrive, only for them to call (less than two hours before our appointment) to say they were having (surprise!) more trouble. While the actual reason seems valid enough, (van trouble) this was just the cherry on the cake for me. Too much disorganization. When I verbalized that we had taken off work for this and dealt with all the previous confusion as well, the guy said "things happen." I am so disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Aussie has been grooming our pit/mastiff/boxer mix for over 7 months now. I can’t say enough good things about them! They are thorough, kind, timely, and professional. I really like that each groomer has a background working with animals in veterinary offices and hospitals. Most recently Will has groomed December. Will is wonderful with her! She’s fearful of cars (getting in cars) and is always apprehensive about climbing into the grooming van. Will is gentle and usually just lifts her up. He is meticulous and she is so clean and happy when she gets groomed!
