We rushed our dog, Violet in at 8 AM with some sort of bite or sting to her face that made her swell up very badly. We were so afraid, have never seen our poor girls face swollen like that! We just grabbed her jumped in the car and went to the closest place and that was Ansede Animal Hospital. They took her in right away treated her and us so kindly. Thank God it was only a bee or hornet sting and not a snake bite! We were in and out! Got all her meds and the shots she needed and now she is all well! Thanks again to the wonderful staff! Sorry I didn't get names but you all were so kind! I recommend them for all your animal needs!! Check am out!!

My 22 year old daughter brought our Golden Retriever here for grooming. She was clear that she wanted his coat left long on top, but that he needed to be trimmed up. She went to pick him up and he had been clipped/almost shaved all over except his tail and ears. It was an awful experience. They refused to refund money. You would think an animal hospital would know that a double coated retriever cannot control his body temperature if his top coat is shaved. I guess they might do fine with a poodle but DO NOT BRING YOUR GOLDEN RETRIEVER OR LONGER HAIRED DOG HERE. Awful, awful experience.

Ansede Animal Hospital took great care of my 3-year-old Springer Spaniel. Dr. Ansede and the team always took the best care of my pup. Even after moving out of the state, they happily gave me advice and helped me when my dog was bit by another dog. They genuinely care about your furry friend. Thanks, Ansede team!

Dr. Ansede and the entire staff helped to make a very tough day as bearable as it could be. They were kind and caring and they weren't fake about it. They love animals. We're grateful they could provide what was difficult but humane, painless, and necessary for our very old, large dog.

When it was time to say goodbye Dr. Ansede and his staff were very kind and accommodating to our wishes. We highly recommend this office.

This vet is amazing. I have a 5 year old pitbull that doesn't like everyone and can be very skittish. They took so much time with me and her to make sure we were comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are affordable and amazing I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

I would not recommend this vet to anyone in the Raleigh area. Although they seem very nice on the outside, this vet has constantly tried upselling unnecessary tests to us. We brought our very healthy young cat to this vet just to be tricked into paying for a ridiculously over priced blood test, among other tests. If you're looking for a vet that doesn't try to upsell you during each visit, I would look some place else.

After using this Vet for YEARS they told an adoption reference that I had refused heartworm testing for the last few years and therefore she could not be prescribed HW meds. Meanwhile my dog is currently ON THE MEDICATION HE PRESCRIBED YEARS AGO and has stayed on all this time- thus not requiring further testing. Absolutely disgusted at the way they inflate every visit and make you feel like a terrible person that you can’t spend $300 Every time your dog gets an ear infection ????. Will never return

Our kitty has been a patient here for almost 5 years. Very attentive staff, they take care of him as if it were their own. Always explain every step of what they are doing and try to keep him calm during our visits when he has shots etc.

Brought my kitty here to get neutered through the Friends of Animals program. The staff was very friendly and everything went really well. Was able to get next day appointment in the morning and bring home my cat the same day later in the afternoon. Went back a week later for his check up that only took a minute. The whole experience was quick and easy and stress free.

Finally found a groomer that Both my dog and I like. She did a wonderful job and my Abby wasn't stressed afterwards. She was happy and beautiful in the end. Very professional staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. It's a Good feeling, and Thanks to you all for your work.

Disgusting place to work. Old, not clean and not sanitized for grooming. Horrible receptionist. Talks awful about customers once they leave. Fake attitude. Poor pets.

Dr. Ansede is a great supporter of area rescue groups an has a nice practice. Helpful in making health decisions about your pet!
