Dr. Wassell is great. Very much a pet lover. Exactly what you would hope for in a veterinarian.

We have a very sweet stray we saved a while back and even though she wasn't putting up a fight she was aggressively handled by the scruff. even when I asked them not to do it they just took lily into another room where I'm guessing they continued doing what they were doing. Lily was shaking when she was done with a checkup on her ear.

Very compassionate and caring staff and doctors I can't thank you enough for being there for my husband and I and I cherish pet.

They take excellent care of my dog and give him lots of love. They are the best Vet staff!

They take good care of my cat since she was a little kitten. Very pleased with their services.

My sweet Seraphina crossed the rainbow ???? bridge. I was definitely an emotional mess. Everyone in the office is amazing. Ryan & Dr Wassell truly care about their patients. From her first visit as a kitten 13 years ago to her last heartbeat She was loved❤️

I have felt they have been taking wonderful care of my animals. They really care about the owners as well as my pets.

My husband looked up vets since we recently moved here, saw good reviews so we took all 3 of our kitties here. The doctors & staff took very good care of them for their yearly checkups & vaccines.

This is a great place for dogs. Not sure about cats.

Never got to see vet. Called to become new patient and was told had to pay non-refundable $82 for first exam at the time appt. was made!! NEVER have I run into this at a Vet before. Ridiculous unless that’s how they turn people away since you can’t get in for 2 weeks and you have a sick pet. They lost my business. Only proves what previous reviews said about the money being more important than the pet!!

I’ve used Churchland Animal Clinic for a number of years & several pets. They’ve always been sensitive & attentive to my pet & watchful for any changes in her health I might not notice. I trust them.

This was our first trip to CAC and I was very happy with the care. Heidi took extra care to get my ???? in as quickly as possible and fit us into a next day cancellation! Normally our boys don't do well with male Vets or techs, but Dr. Wassell and his team were great and we had no issues! Looking forward to our other boys visit and will definitely be recommending!

So this place is pretty expensive for someone who doesn't have a sickly dog. You can't just get shots without other fees. I don't like their pricing but they are very professional and friendly.

This was my very first time visiting a animal clinic so I didn't know what to expect. But everyone there was so nice and extremely friendly. I felt comfortable being there with my new baby kitten. They took really good care of him. I would go back for sure!

Staff and vet where absolutely ???? informative with my puppies situation. Very intentive and kept me informed with everything that needed to be done. Super friendly with my puppy and the price was very reasonable! I definitely recommend churchland animal clinic to any one!

Extremely upset and disappointed in the service here and will never return. I foster for a rescue and had 3 babies who just needed their eyes evaled for possible removal. They ended up having ear mites as well so I was given drops for them. The tech came out with the kittens and went over all discharge instructions and then the doc came out as well. He said "well while you're here why don't we just clean their ears for you and do the first drops so you don't have to worry about it". Then when they call for my payment I find out they charged me A HUNDRED DOLLARS to clean 3 kittens ears. No one mentioned anything about this being an additional charge, especially since they had already returned the kittens to my car. A reputable provider would have said "we can clean their ears for you and this is how much it will be". I was livid; rescues already run on negative funds most of the time and a task this simple could've been done by myself, at home, for free. For reference, I went to a new vet today who cleaned one kittens ear FOR FREE and it took 2 mins. I spoke with the office manager who I was hoping would make this right but all I was given was an "I'll speak with the staff". A credit would've been nice for a rescue, especially since they never mentioned they were going to charge me for this. I would HIGHLY recommend Salty Paws vet in Yorktown. Yes it is a drive, but they are all so friendly, the exam fee for rescues is FREE, and I spent $40 on the SAME EXACT medication that Churchland charged me $70 for. I debated whether or not to write a review, but after reading their other low ratings its clear that they are not compassionate and only care about MONEY. Please take your precious babies and your hard-earned money ELSEWHERE!

Good place to come good with my animals. But be warned they always try to rack up the price

When I went, CAC still wasn't allowing people in the building. I parked in the lot and called to check in. The vet assistant was very helpful. The vet called back and was more focused on getting through his checklist of things to say than answering my questions. My previous in-person trips were good.

The staff here have always been amazing, very friendly, caring and professional. Never a problem getting an appointment either. I had to have my cat euthanized yesterday and they showed the greatest level of compassion, they even gave us an impression of her paws with her name on a plaque, what a great memento!!! I never would've thought of that. Thanks for all you do, it makes a difference!

The staff is awesome! Love how they treat my fur babies. The doctors and staff are detailed and actually care and don't treat you or your pet like a number. The prices are great and really reasonable.
