They do and ok job, been here a few times! Just don’t like there attitude! Very expensive aswell. Always trying to get u to come back to charge u for something else. I had to get a few bandages on my Pitbulls foot. They tried charging me 67$ 3 different times for a small bandage on her foot, then when I complained, they dropped the price back to 30$ I don’t like being priced higher when Iv already payed less the time before. This is about my animals well beating. Not ur next pay check

Not professional at all. Doctors are very rude and inconsiderate. Vet techs are not knowledgeable.

My iguana had a leg spasm and took her in to be seen.Doctor said no examination fee.Discussed treatment for next day and was supposed to call ahead to let me know what the cost would be before anything to be done such as exray,or blood work.RECEPTIONIST went back and scammed the doctor into charging me $66.00 for pretty much nothing accomplished for my sick pet.She also had to have left in her own feces when they brought her out cause she smelt like her feces, after me calling to check on her and suggesting that they put her in the tub.But they did not. Searching for a new vet, very disappointed in service.

I took three of my birds for a nail, beak, and wing trim. After I got home from my appointment, I realized that 2 out of my 3 birds did not get their wings or beaks trimmed at all. I called in to see if I could get this fixed or refunded but the young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude! I charged almost $200 for this…. definitely not worth it.

They were reliable when my vet office had decided to stop boarding or when it was booked solid. But when called today to make boarding for November, they say short staffed and can't accommodate. I just picked up my dogs from boarding the day before. If there was an issue, you should have reached out about it. Professionalism comes in many forms and this was not one of them. The young lady who I dealt with was very nice and courteous when taking and returning the dogs to me. I won't refer you and your services definitely are no longer needed.

They are kind of expensive vs other vets I have gone to.... but I really like the vet my dog is seeing, so it's worth it.

It was great they did a wonderful job on my granddaughter guinipig took real good care of fluffy I will definitely be back

Didn't use services here, but staff was very kind and directed us to the appropriate facility for our needs. Lost our girl anyway, but avian vets are few and far between. At least this team (front desk AND vet) personally tried to help us through. ????

I have beem taking my pets to colony for about 4 years. The staff are super friendly and helpful when it comes to any vet appointments. My dog is very nevous and the staff is very kind and helpful to her. They offer boarding services for an affordable rate.

Tried to call and make an appointment for our sick cat - the person answering the phone didn’t let me discuss why at all before she stopped me to say “I don’t have any openings.” After a period of silence, I asked to clarify until when, she responded June 11. There was no care or concern for the acuity or even a description of why I thought my pet needed an appointment. No triage questions. My family is already established there with our dog as a regular patient. They’ve done fine with our dog and my wife, but I’m pretty disgusted with this disservice to myself and our other pet.

The only way it could be better is if we could accompany Rusty in to meet with the veterinary staff, but we do understand that due to COVID this impossible at this time.

We recently moved to the area. Having had pets for most of our lives finding a veterinarian is necessary. We found a great vet. The care is wonderful and the staff honestly cares

They are super sweet, they thought my pup to be confident, they always greet us with a smile, their prices are mid-range to affordable, they called me throughout my dogs' visit to update me on their progress, and how silly dogs were. Their customer service skills are remarkable and their attention to detail is superb.

So happy I found a place that can treat exotic animals ????

Colony animal hospital always treats my cats with love and respect. From when you walk in and talk to the friendly receptionist to sitting in the room with the veterinarian, I always feel comfortable with my animals.

this place is awesome. they see all kinds of pets. we brought our cockatiel here and they took great care of her. it helped us feel at ease knowing that Dr. Holland has a bird too. the tech was also wonderful.

Colony Animal Hospital has taken care of my critters since June of 1993. They're my family hospital and I would trust Dr. Greg Piske with my life. The level of praise deserved can't be expressed in mere words. God Bless...

The staff was friendly and the doctor informative. The wait was not long since I did not have a car. I would go there again.
