Think About It

Excellent knowledgeable service Easy, comunicative, and forthright. No secret hidden fees. Nicest vet. experience I've had in a very long while. Like 8 years Low cost. Received spay, full on shots and health exam lab tests $99, plus nail cut. Will use again. They are about animals health.

Wado will be 6 and this is where he goes. They are great with my 100 lb hyper dog. Prices are great too! Even when they were closed over the holidays they still allowed me to get his ivermectin so he didn't miss a dose. Wado loves them!!

The Best. Came down from Chicago to visit a friend and my pal Larry ran into some medical issues. They were fantastic from the the associates and doctors who's time in the parking lot was mine and Larry's time. Really great people.

Great place for your pets. The only reasons for a 4 star review is no one wears name tags and the wait ti be seen is inconsistent. My pet has been seen 10 after their appointment and it has been seen 1 hr after. I always call 15-20 minutes before the appointment and never been seen on time. With that being said they are a little expensive but the attitudes and interactions with all of the staff so far has been exemplary.

Good with our fur babies. A little too busy. I guess part of success.

Took our dog Chewy in to get fixed and they unfortunately found an issue with heartworms. Staff were extremely helpful and kept us on top of what's going on with him and what the treatment options are. Finally done with the treatments after a few months and definitely will be back again!

I found a little lost dig and ahe didn't seem well. TriState worked her in late in the day, did full bloodwork and diagnosed She was full of worms. They were kind and loving to this sweet, scared little girl and the cost was reasonable compared to my regular vet who couldn't make room to see her for 3 or 4 WEEKS! Can't say enough good things, really like the vet too!!!

This place is terrible. They may be cheaper and I can appreciate that, however at the moment they are not allowing owners in with their pets. My dog is very fearful and barks when she gets scared. We muzzled her and I lead her to the door. She was terrified. She was thrashing around, breathing heavy, but her tongue. The staff got one shot into her, but then said they would have to reschedule her and that I would have to sedate her. I truly believe had I been allowed in with her, she would not have been as freaked out. I put her in her crate once we got home. Later, I looked at her eyes and she clearly has an eye injury due to the struggle. I believe they pulled the leash so tight and strangled her. She was having a hard time breathing when I got her back. The staff was not compassionate and seemed very annoyed. One of the staff even said that I was lucky that they didn’t charge me an aggressive dog fee. Now we paid $80 and were not able to get all the shots we needed. They intend to make me pay another $99 to complete the visit. We just paid $80 for a rabies shot. We will not be returning. A little compassion with a scared dog goes a long way.

I have had my furbaby seen by them the last couple of years or so and they do a great job at a reasonable cost. Very informative and recommended a good dog food that you can buy at your local Tractor Supply. They don't try to push you on only their products and they have no problem explaining all the issues your baby is facing. Thank you again!

I have taken three of my dogs there to be spayed or neutered. You can't beat the price anywhere. The staff is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. The Vets are the best to be found anywhere. I recently had one of my dogs on palliative care for eight months. They did a great job of getting Cocos pain under control so his last months were happy. Unfortunately he took a rapid decline. I called the vet about 4:15 in the afternoon to take him in. We live 45 minutes away. We knew this was the end for him. The staff me us at the car, the DR actually carried him into the treatment room. We said our goodbyes, the staff cut a piece of hair and put it in a small tube and gave it to us.in a week or two, we received a beautiful card with another lock of hair, and his paw print. This is now one of my most prized possessions. Thank you

The people are great and you can tell they love animals. I paid in advance for neutering and was a little shocked to pay an additional $100 upon pick up and it took months to get the appointment. Be aware there may be additional charges.

Loved the veterinarian. She was excellent, very thorough and informative. However, there needs to be a different phone line for the spay & neuter clinic and the clinic that does the exams and shots. Very, very difficult to get someone to answer the phone.

I had a stray show up on my porch the first month I moved here. I have other cats so if I was going to bring her in I needed to get her checked out and vaccinated. I went to my closest vet clinic and spent nearly $300 and then they proceeded to try and go over a payment plan to get her fixed because it was going to cost nearly $500. Needless to say I did some more research on nearby clinics to do price comparisons.. I found Tri-State. One of the receptionists was so helpful in educating me on how they work with Logan’s Run Rescue Group for low cost spay/neuter. I found it very convenient to drop off/pick up and the staff was awesome! My cat healed great from her spay and she lives a happy life in our home. I have already brought in another one of my cats for vaccines and that experience was just as pleasant. I’m super thankful I found them!

It was like a jiffy lube for peoples fur babies. Trying their best to upsale what ever service they could on top of some of the staff being inconsiderate and rude. Knowing that you are vulnerable because you just want them to be ok and come back home in a safe and timely manner. We Did not feel they had our Percy or our best interest at heart. He is not very social with people and I know he was tramatized taking an extra 3 plus hours to get him back home and then another 3 where he was not so scrambled from the drugs. Catastrophic to say the least. They need more training in bed side manner.

I had the heartbreaking job of putting my cat to sleep.and I found the entire staff very professional and sympathetic. I can't say enough good things about these wonderful people. They made an extremely difficult thing to bear just a little bit easier.

I'm so thankful for Tri State Spay and Neuter! I made an appointment to have our cat Oreo neutered because of his temper towards other animals... let just say the morning of dropping him off was scary for me! Everyone that came to the car was very nice and helpful! He did good and they called me early to come pick him up! I thought it to be so special that they take care of the rescues first! Thank you Tri state for taking care of our fur babies like you do!! You forever have my business!
