BCPH used to be good with low prices and consistent staff who got to know your dog. Facilities were older but perfectly acceptable for daycare in a hidden, wooded setting. Then the long-time manager left and staff started a revolving door turnover. My pup starting to panic in the lobby which I thought was due to pandemic separation anxiety. They have no cameras, are inconsistent with pictures on Facebook, and just say anything. I have taken my pup for daycare when her doggie friend was there for boarding+daycare so that they could have a day of play, staff assured that they will play in the same group during dropoff and then confirm that they DID play together and "think they were in that day's photos" during pickup. BUT turned out that the dog who was boarding was not given daycare time...so it was impossible that they played together. A month later, same exact thing. This weekend.....strike three on the same lie. Separate issue/observation that I had: My pup's solid potty habits are predictable when she is off leash in a field and twice since summer I have gotten her home only to experience what was only possible to be her first solid potty of the day. Over the last year, their prices went up so now they are on par with all the other places nearby so now when you compare what you get here to other places, they just come up WAY short. So...I no longer trust them and they are not the value they were 3 years ago. I bought a prepaid package of daycare sessions and have 11 left....and I'm walking away from it. You may have a different experience -- I'd say they are worth a trial but listen to your pup to make your own final evaluation. (FYI, the assistant manager was one of the ones giving me false information about the playgroups, so is a nice offer for display on the web to check with her but useless.)

Online booking system doesn't work. At all. Other than that, this is a good option for boarding our elderly dog and he comes home happy.

Always a pleasure to go pick up my god dog. Willow loves it there.

The team at Brier Creek Pet Hotel were fantastic when it came to taking care of my 50lb Boxer mix! Set on a windy back road near the airport and with easy access to I-40 or I-540, the location is extremely convenient and the dogs have plenty of room. Even though I was only in RTP for a short time, they treated me like a valued customer. Thank you!

The ladies there were very sweet. Seems as though my pup had a good stay. He was boarded for the weekend at a very reasonable price. My only concern was the smell of him after his stay. (Gave me a headache) I wasn’t so worried bc I booked him an appointment at his groomer shortly after his stay. Overall I would consider taking him back on late notice stay.

Affordable, but you get what you pay for. Staff boasts of VIP suites, however I have never once seen so much as a picture showing more than a small patch of grass. Never seen any boarding spaces, play area etc. For some reason my girl never became friendly with the staff, always fearful and made no progress with other dogs while here. 1 day at a different place and she's playing and going up to people. I'm not sure what it is but my girl didn't seem comfortable here.

The dog loves it here, he has a blast. Wish they had cameras we could access online, but the staff does post photos on Facebook.

My 20lb, 1 year old dog goes here for daycare and boarding. He is always happy to arrive and tired when I pick him up. The staff really seem to love him. They've also done a good job with his grooming. Affordable rates and awesome daycare hours! Highly recommend.

I have been taking my dog here for over a year and they are wonderful! He loves going to the "Pet Hotel"! It is his home away from home! The staff treats him like he is part of their familiy!

Dogs stayed for 4 days. And seemed happy. But they seem vary thirsty when we got home.

We have been taking our pup here for a long time! Great staff and great grooming! We love Brier Creek Pet Hotel!

Lisa and her staff are always amazing and have taken wonderful care of my dogs! The daycare is awesome, the grooming is great, and the overall care is spectacular! Whenever I am in the Raleigh-Durham area I love visiting.

Excellent. We have a mini schnauzer who is a retired international champion. Since we moved to NC we could not find anyone to maintain her cut so she looks like a proper schnauzer. Lisa did a wonderful job and got our dog looking back to her 'show' self. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the price was very reasonable for a 'show' cut. We will definitely be on going clients.

They staff was beyond helpful!!!! They fit us in day/night of. We have two huge Great Danes and they had so much fun and I felt so confident that they would be taken care of! I will definitely be returned on my next work trip!

One of the few places around that has inside outside kennels. I like that and I hope my dog does too. I bring him there for nail trims as well.

My pup and I love BCPH! I take my dog here for daycare regularly, and she adores it, especially the staff. I just open the car door in the morning and she sprints right for the front door. You can tell that the staff loves animals, and they really make an effort to know each dog and their personalities. They are also super accommodating any time my pup needs special care.

Employees recognize my dogs even if we haven't been by for a few months, the trainer is always willing to take a few minutes if I have questions about my dogs behavior and give me tips. They're always careful to remind me about their hours- if you pay attention, it isn't a problem! Anyone who expects service when a business is closed is crazy! Bottom line- my dogs come home happy and tired. They have consistently received good care and I wouldn't go anywhere else and expect the same level of care and commitment to me and my pets!

Brier Creek right down the street. This is the greatest pet hotel since the invention of the pet!!!! The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive.After meeting the owner I was impressed, , she's a veterinarian, and extremely passionate about providing excellent care, facilities, and overall experience to your pets. I will definitely be going back...

We bring our dog , Finn, here for daycare regularly. He comes home tired , happy, hungry , thristy, like he has had a great work out. I love the photos uploaded to Facebook and love that they accept him in this acute puppy stage. They have groomed him and results are great. Patrick calls to make sure we are on the same page with our plans for grooming. Everyone is so friendly and love Finn., they greet him like i would greet him. They have been so accommodating in an emergency- he was there for daycare and we couldnt due to conflicts that came up , pick him up that night. they fed him, boarded him, made it easy for us not to worry about him. i cant say enough good things about BCPH. I dont care that its not "fancy". I love my dog, but i would prefer that he goes somewhere often at a lower cost, than a fancy place i cant afford. I dont get a suite, just a regular run and add in daycare when we board. He only sleeps there anyway. i want my dog to be happy, tired, disciplined (corrected) when necessary, and i love hearing the stories from the day. They have great communication. Only thing i would change is more playtime outside when it rains, but i know that is almost impossible because the mess from all the dogs would be overwhelming

I have taken my dog Bentley here, and couldn't be more pleased with their services. All of the staff are super friendly and nice, listen to your concerns, and address any questions you may have. They always go above and beyond to cater to each pets needs. Staff is very attentive to each animal and I feel super confident bringing him here again!

We love everyone at BCPH. My dog, Oliver, has been going for quite some time now and absolutely loves being there. The staff always goes above and beyond and takes care of Olly as if her were one of their own.
