This was my first visit with Randall Veterinary Hospital and I was thoroughly impressed with the quick response to bring my little G.B. in for her seasonal allergies of biting, licking and gnawing her paws....the staff was very kind and professional and the Vet was gentle with my girl, explaining what his diagnosis was and what his course of action would be to help her. I really appreciated the SENIOR DISCOUNT too! ????????

I have used the Randall veterinary clinic since my dog was a puppy. They have always taken great care of her. I would suggest this clinic to anyone.

Until yesterday we had a 15-year-old chocolate lab named Luke. We’ve only been in North Carolina a short time and he had been to see Dr. Ellis for some aging issues a couple months ago. The Staff and Dr. Ellis are all very kind and compassionate. Yesterday we had to make the decision to put our baby down. The staff was so kind and Dr. Ellis was amazing. I hope they read this I know that they made a hard day a bit easier. Thank you

My partner brought our dog in, after filling out an online form that would afford our dog a free initial visit. When he arrived at the appointment, he asked the person at the desk if the discount would be applied. The person said yes, it would. Upon leaving, he asked if the discount had been applied, and the person said yes, it had. When I later reviewed the receipt, I found that the discount had not been applied. I called yesterday and inquired about this, and was told that this discount only applies to puppies and kittens. When I told my partner this he told me that he had specifically asked -- twice -- about the discount, and was told he would receive it. I called the office back, and was told that no one had given him this information. So, caveat emptor. With all the email / social media advertising this vet office sends out, it is up to each of us to ensure that we are diligent. PS - Our dog -- a rescue -- is only 1.5 years old. Not that far from being a puppy, but certainly past the revenue-intense period of puppyhood. So I will post here that the misleading ad was not the reason I posted this review. Rather, the office manager told me -- twice -- that this is not what the front desk rep said to my partner. Hence, we will take our business -- and our money -- to a place where we are believed. (PS - I wouldn't put my integrity on the line for any price... especially not for $50+. All the best to you.)

The vet explained everything that I needed to know about my pet's health. He was very compassionate. I would definitely recommend Randall Veterinary Hospital.

The Dr and staff here were wondeful. I called to make an appointment for my 5 year old pup who had began having trouble walking. They were very thorough with his exam and i feel they went the extra mile to make sure I had some clarity about what was going on and they really eased my worry about the possible issues he was having. We were first time clients but will definitely be making the switch permanent.

Loving caring staff understanding about your pets

I've been taking my pets to Randall Vet for the past 18 years. I can't say enough good things about them! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors have helped me through painful transitions with older pets and joyous exams on new ones. The facility is beautiful and spacious.

We took our Lab over a couple weeks ago with kennel cough. Very reasonable and friendly Doctor and staff.

My standard got attacked at a local daycare and I called around everywhere in Mooresville to get someone to look at him. Dr. Ellis took us right away. He did everything to make sure our baby was okay. Tucker had 50+ wounds on his leg, neck and head. Dr. Ellis and staff were comforting and checked my baby from head to toe. I am so thankful for Dr. Ellis and staff. Tucker got 5 stitches, powerful antibiotics and pain meds. He also treated Tucker for ear infections and suggested a new food. They were amazing. I am so thankful!

The staff is wonderful! Excellent care! We waited a very long time but it was because they took an emergency appointment- which, oddly enough, our son just had to take his Mastiff there last week for an emergency- they were THE ONLY VET that would fit him in! SO, I figure we had to wait longer just like the other patients did for them. So THANKFUL FOR THAT! 4 Very happy brothers on their Birthday!

This is the best, most caring, friendly and professional vet I have taken my GSD to in Mooresville. They take took time with her making sure they checked her out thoroughly and gently. Made me feel very welcomed also. I would highly recommend Randall Veterinary Hospital for your pets.

My Itty is NOT a people kitty, rescued as a feral. But they did a great job making him feel welcome. I am very happy with Randall, plan on boarding him for a week and recommend their services.

I have a 7yo cat who is affected by change and this causes urinary issues. I am getting ready to move and with all of the related activities of inspections and estimates and packing she is peeing outside the box. She saw Dr Ellis today who is always calm and caring. He discussed the recurring issues and outlined steps to take regarding food, medications and strategies to consider going forward to help with the transition. He also discussed vet services in our new location in SC. I have used Randall Vet since 1997 and am sad to have to leave their practice for kitty care. I would recommend them for cats of all ages and problems.

It’s always such a great visit for my puppy who just loves everyone that works there. They always give him love and are so incredibly nice! We are so happy every time we leave!

After an unpleasant experience with another Vet in the area, I was recommended Randall Veterinary by a neighbor. I was able to get an appointment within the week and everyone there was so great to work with!

Today we visited for our doggie annual exam. These people are amazing! So kind, so attentive and they truly care about our pet as much as we do. I highly recommend this Vet and all the great people that make the office a safe and loving place.

The assistance I received at Randall Veterinary Hospital was fantastic! Dr.Ellis and the whole team from start to finish put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and gave me a true scope of what to expect being a new dog mom! I highly recommend seeing them for all of your fur baby’s medical needs. They are a true resource whether in office or out and about!

Dr. Ellis really cares for our pets, very compassionate man and the staff is kitty approved as well. The entire team is so good that I’m talking all my friends whom have pet to come to Randall Vet!

Care about my dog. Explain well procedures and medications. They can usually get you an appointment on the same day or the next day. And they will work with you on payment.

The staff and Dr. are so caring to my 14 year old baby! They are very warm and friendly.

I have been going to Randall Animal Hospital for 16 yes with all my animals and they are AMAZING!!! Staff is super friendly and everyone there loves furr-babies!!! I highly recommend them!!!
