Very helpful people, usually answers questions in a very professional way, gives really good information about certain pets and good tips for how to properly set the cages up and care for them. They are also very friendly and answers questions with much honesty!

I have been coming to this store for 2 years. Every week I get the same case of cat food. Recently, they stopped selling the cat food in the case. So for 6 months I was buying 24 of the same cans and just asking to be charged the case price since it’s a 3-5 dollar difference. Today I asked for the same thing as always and they refused for no reason. The cans come off of the truck in a case... why can I not be charged a case price if you are literally taking it out of a case to put on a shelf??. I will no longer be supporting this small business. I will be buying from chewy from now on.

They sold me dog treats that were covered with mold inside the bag, bring them back with my receipt to exchange them. The employee I spoke with told me I had to pay for the new bag of treats even though I’ve already paid for the original bag. I just wanted to swap the one I bought for a new one but I somehow had to pay a difference when I already paid for the item. I will not shop with pet supermarket after this incident.

We took our Husky there to get a bath and we found a flea on him. We went into the store and bought Frontline and was asked if our dog had fleas. We said yes we found one on him in the bath. The customer service went from great to nothing but attitudes and was treated like we are bad dog owners. I guess we are the only ones that has ever found a flea in the dog bath.

We really like this place. The staff is helpful and they have a lot of selection. They also have good specials each month so we're always trying something new. We have not yet tried the puppy wash station but we think this will be easier than the kitchen sink we're currently using. This has quickly become our go-to place for our pet needs.

Good pet store to go to if you need food for various animals. They have a place where you can wash your dog. Good place friendly staff.

Awesome pet store!! Very helpful and I always get what I am looking for here... Try the yummy combs (they look like honeycombs) dog treats. My granddog won't go to sleep without having one first! They are good for his teeth and every good dog wants his teeth brushed before going to bed!! Lol! ???? Happy shopping!

had to change review due to the last couple visits. Had an amazing experience.

I have been here a few times and I even purchased my beardie from here. The last time I went, the staff was not helpful at all! They need more staff with education on pets and their products. Even one who seemed like a shift manager acted as though she couldn't help me and really didn't want to. I probably won't go back unless Jessica, I think that's her name, is there. I might be wrong on the name but she was extremely helpful. You can wash your dog there as well.

The staff is friendly and the store frequently mails out coupons locally. However the selection is less diverse than other competitors in the area and the prices are not remarkably lower. My main issue with this store is that returns and exchanges require you to be a member of their rewards program, even if you have a paper receipt. I could understand if it could be used in place of a receipt, but returning an unopened item within 24 hours to the same cashier with a receipt should be a straightforward affair.
