Dr. Pryor is wonderful, we have been using her for years.

Lakewood is HORRIBLE. My regular vet has quit. And Lakewood is now owned by a Corporate entity and it’s obvious in a bad way. They made my appt with an inexperienced veterinarian just out of school. I requested an injectable antibiotic for my cat to treat a flair up of seasonal skin allergies. She informed me that NO injectable was available on the market even though we had treated our cat with one previously for her allergy. After 2 weeks on 2 oral prescriptions there was NO improvement. So I took her to a new practice and with a more experienced vet. He have an injectable antibiotic which Lakewood said did NOT exist -and she is back to her old self in 2 DAYS!!! INEXPERIENCED vet and management couldn’t have cared less about my concerns!!!!!

Dr. Boland is the best! She made sure my Finn was comfortable and relaxed. So relaxed that she said "it's hard to check Finn's heart beat when he's purring so much!"

We always come and go with hearts full knowing that we’re trusting our 2 english bulldogs with the best here! All of the veterinarians are knowledgeable and so sweet with our animals. We’ve had so many pleasant experiences with many different doctors here and we always leave confident that they are the only people we will trust our boys with! The facility was very clean and professional. Even though it is a vet it still smelled nice. Staff is amazing. The vet even called personally the next day to check on my service dog. Sticking with this one.

Dr. Prior has spent what I perceive to be an inordinate amount of time and effort trying to help me and my family with our pets over the last couple of years. I can't imagine a doctor spending as much time with a sick human as she has spent with me on our challenging pets. I cannot overstate how grateful we are for her efforts - she seems completely dedicated and invested in her profession and I am confident my pets are being cared for superbly by her efforts.

Dr. Prior is the best always trust her to help us make the right decisions for our pets.

Staff was very friendly and explained everything that they were doing. They also were very helpful with getting our puppy started with his care, we are very pleased.

Cannot say enough about the entire staff at Lakewood. There is no better place to have your fur baby be taken care of. Compassionate, professional, caring. They are THE BEST!!

We recently switched our 1 year old dog to LVH and are very happy with Dr. Boland and the staff. They return calls and are great to work with. During our first visit they used Duo so we could watch and ask questions.

Brand new clients coming from out of state, and they immediately made us feel welcomed. Answered all of my questions and ensured we have everything he needs to stay a happy and healthy boy. Staff was extremely friendly and professional, without being too stiff. Loved that I was given an option of a phone call or FaceTime with the vet when his appointment was complete. Made me feel extremely comfortable about what recommendations they made and we are looking forward to our future visits.

Dr. Prior at Lakewood is the best! She is an elder care/pallative care vet specialist. Not only did she help my aging dog with his CCD, but she was so patient with me, listening to my concerns and addressing MY anxiety over my dog's condition. I would recommend anyone with an older dog moving to Dr. Prior at Lakewood.

As always, Dr. Prior and the entire staff were so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional, courteous, and so very, very likable. Over the years, every visit to Lakewood Veterinary Hospital has been outstanding...even my dogs agree! When we have dogs who get thrilled as soon as they realize what parking lot we're heading into, you know everyone at Lakewood has to be doing something very right because dogs tell the truth. They wear their emotions out on their furry sleeves. And our dogs say this is their favorite place to go! With the deepest gratitude, we and our dogs remain faithful customers of this amazing group of doctors and staff.

I started bringing my dog here after I was constantly unable to get an appointment at her old vet due to them being booked out weeks and having to pay a $100 fee for them to see her sooner. I now only take her to Lakewood Vet. They are able to see her on short notice, and are always friendly. My dog, Marlene, was adopted last May and had a rough past. She has bad anxiety, she is very nervous around anyone that isn’t myself or my boyfriend, but they always do so well with her and are very patient. They also try to get her in and out quickly if possible so it’s not too stressful on her. You’re unable to go in because of covid, but they offer to call and/or FaceTime you while your dog is inside to keep you updated.

They really care about your family members mean your pets I found nobody else to take care of my Charlie any better than I can .

My family and I took our 10 week old Lhaso Apso to Lakewood Veterinary Hospital for his 1st puppy check up today. Dr. Boland & her assistant Sarah are amazing. The office is taking extra precautions to keep their staff and patients safe. Sarah came out to the car to get our pup and then video called us via Duo to ensure that we were involved throughout the entire visit. Seven (our puppy) is our 1st pet and Dr. Boland was extremely patient and she took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. I would recommend Lakewood to my friends and family.

My dog Tater had vaccinations this morning and had a reaction to them. I called and they got her right and and take care
