From the time I pulled in until the time I pulled out, the entire staff was courteous, friendly and professional. They did a thorough review of our pet’s (1 cat & 1 dog) health records along with any concerns we had on that visit. After our pets were examined, they discussed their findings and recommended a course of action before proceeding. On top of the terrific care for our pets, the cost was reasonable for all they did.

Very friendly staff and understand. Dr.Hill is awesome with my baby. My Mama Chomps treated her sweetly.

It was such a great experience from start to finish. I felt very comfortable with the tech and the Dr. And was able to ask questions regarding my puppy's care and the vet explained and answered my questions professionally and very warmly without making me feel stupid for asking, like I had experienced at a previous vet clinic. Will definitely be bringing my puppy here to Cabarrus Animal Hospital from now on! Thank you so much!

My dog does not really like to be around other animals, but she is super excited when we pull in for a visit. I think she knows she is going to get special treatment and overlooks the other animals. Thank you for making her feel like a queen. I really appreciate how the service is setup here and always have a great experience.

I appreciate the amount of time and care the office takes with me considering we are keeping Covid safe. I know it makes your jobs harder because you have to come outside to talk with us. He’s my first puppy in many years, so I am a helicopter mom. You make me feel ok and at ease. I also love that I always get a real person to answer the phone.

We trust Dr Puerifoy with our little old ladies and our little man. He’s honest, thorough, and treats our babies like he’d treat his own. We also love Dr Robinson and Dr Moore who saved our Lucy’s life’ great practice!

The doctors and entire staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and treat my furr baby with the utmost care and compassion. Even when I don’t have an appointment, they are always ready to work us in when the need arises, and the wait is minimal. I have taken my animals to Cabarrus Animal Hospital for more than 20 years, and will continue to do so for as long as I continue to have pets.

So disappointed in the way they mishandled the private cremation of my parent's dog. Instead of being returned to us, like we had chosen and paid for, she was cremated with other animals, and her remains are gone. ???? I love Dr. Kidwell, but I can no longer support them. They are so busy that the communication between owner and vet is suffering. As a small business owner, I understand that mistakes happen, however this is not the first time they have dropped the ball, this is THE time they cannot apologize, and I come back. Do better.

Nothing but the BEST care has ever been given to each of our family pets. Through the kitties and puppy times, to the most difficult times, we have been treated with love and care from all staff members. God bless each one of you❤❤❤

Amazing Staff. More caring and compassionate than human doctors!! We had to bring our 16 year old pit bull Diesel in because he was having a lot of problems moving around. Dr. Conrad examined him and found that cancer was consuming him and shutting him down. ????. The love and care towards Diesel and us was incredible. We live in Mooresville and no other vet near us could ever match the amazing ways these loving people are. We will be bringing all of our furry family members here from now on. The best place ever!! Thank you all so much!

We’ve had both Dr. Kidwell and Dr. Conrad tend to our dogs and they are both attentive, caring, and gentle with our girls. Highly recommend these two!

I love this place!! Dr. Kidwell is very knowledgeable, and genuinely listens to what you say, and the staff is incredibly nice patient and understanding. Although they are often busy they always are friendly and give top-notch care. Best part is they truly love your pets like they were their own

I was totally impressed by: Dr. Peurifoy’s caring demeanor, skill in diagnosing what my former vet had missed for 3 years (causing my dog, suffering), and his surgical skill. I am so grateful. I also appreciated the entire staff wearing masks which is critical to me as I am very immune deficient. Also, everyone at this veterinary was professional, cordial and efficient. Even though they are 35 minute drive from my home, I’ll be making that journey for my pets from now on.

I’m from out of state when my dog Rocky got injured. I brought him to this facility with no appointment and they were able to see him and stitch him up in a reasonably short amount of time. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this office

I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog was exhibiting poor balance, massive changes in behavior, very out of it and falling constantly because of the lack of balance. Our regular vet was unavailable and because of the severity of the symptoms we needed to see a vet ASAP. Their initial thought was that she ate something bad and was having a reaction. They did blood test and gave her fluids. They accused us of giving our dog marijuana and immediately started treating us differently. They were rude, dismissive and did NOTHING to help our dog. After waiting out side in their parking lot for 2 hours because of Covid restrictions they found nothing and gave us two options. Take her home and keep an eye on her or pay $500+ to have them monitor her. They did NOTHING to help her, she was still experiencing all the same symptoms and nothing was fixed when we left. We paid almost $400 to find out nothing about what was going on with our dog. Later that night her symptoms worsened and we took her to our regular vet the next day. Turns out she had a back and spinal injury that was causing her symptoms.

Absolutely love the staff at CAH!! Dropped my pup off at 7:30am. She was out of surgery by noon. They called to tell me she was out of surgery and that it went well. Picked her up the next day at 11am. She was sent home with clear after care information and medications. If I lived closer to CAH they would be our primary. I don’t mind driving 1.5 hrs bc the care is top notch. Thank you all.

everyone was very helpful and kind to me and my cat. they took the time to explain everything, even the billing and offered ways to make payments easier. Dr Barbee is exceptional, she came out to talk to me about my cat and covered everything, answered all my questions. i could tell that everyone i spoke with had compassion for animals and treated each one as if they were the only one in the hospital that day.

The vet working on our case was extremely kind with our dogs diagnosis. He was very patient with my husband and I as we took the horrible news for our loved boy. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and individualized care that we and our sweet Trigger received.

I wish I remembered people's names from this vet office!!! I think I initially spoke to Danielle who was very receptive to my issue. I had received a ear cropping from another vet who made me feel like a horrible mother for wanting my dog's ears cropped. I told the receptionist that I needed an appointment because my puppy is getting bigger and may miss the bracket to get the procedure done. She told me to leave my information in case there was a cancellation. Then about 2 days later she calls me and tells me they have a slot for the next week and how much all up front costs would be. I drove an hour away, mind you to this place and I'M SO GLAD I DID. When I get there, I parked on one of the numbered parking spots and a tech came up to my car and collected my info. I wasn't too sure about vaccine info, so she allowed me the time to get it for her. Then she tells me what to expect during and after the procedure and payment is received when I pick up my puppy. They call me around 7 pm and update me on how my pup is doing and to pick her up after 10 am the next day. When I go to pick her up, in less than 5 mins, the tech approaches my car, verifies my information, tells me how much it will cost and further instructions on care. Every interaction with staff was TOP NOTCH and all of them were reassuring throughout the process. I am so grateful that I found these dedicated team of professionals. It's hard to find people who are passionate and love what they do. Thank you so much for your going the extra mile for me and this community. You guys/gals are outstanding.

The service was amazing. They are caring and friendly. We had our Dobe's ears cropped and they are amazing. They called to check on him to make sure he was doing well. The best Vet experience we have had. Thankyou to everyone who was caring for Dexter.

My normal vet could not see my cat who was having urinary problems and I was concerned that she may have a blockage so I was told to come in and wait and when I got there I was seen right away and my cat was seen right away. They Dr. came outside and explained everything to me and luckily she said my baby was fine. Their Covid precautions are wonderful and the caring and wait time was wonderful. It is a wonderful place and think I am going to switch bets and I have been with my other vet for probably 17 years. Highly recommend this practice.

My last visit (07/28) was, as usual, most satisfying from my dog's health perspective and my own as the owner of someone very important to me. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Kidwell and trust my Duchess to her for care and advice!

My name is Amy Mize. I worked for a vet in GA for 7 years before moving to NC. I then took my babies to the vet in Davidson that the vet I worked for recommended. That was a mistake!! Once I started bringing my babies to y'all, I realized how much more compassion Cabarrus and all the vets and staff have for pets that other vets don't. I don't feel any of my babies were mistreated at the other vet, just that they only received basic care. There is NO WAY I would not recommend Cabarrus to anyone!! I love and can tell that my babies, even seperation anxiety Stitch, love y'all. And now you have 2 new babies of mine to look after.

Everyone at the hospital always does an amazing job with my animals!!
