Expensive and cat broke out

This clinic is extraordinarily customer oriented. Although, there was a mix up by us, that caused us to show up at the wrong clinic. When I finally figured out what might have happened, I called them like 15 minutes after the appointment time and they cleared out my confusion for me and still saw our cat. Not only that they did his check-up and neuter the same day so we did not need to come back. This was far beyond anything we would have expected.

This place is amazing. I rarely post reviews. My sweet girl normally went on base. We had a emergency situation with her and they didn’t hesitate to fit her in. Very knowledgeable and compassionate at the same time. Over the course of the week they always fit her in. Then I had to make her final appointment. ???? The entire staff was great. Extremely compassionate. Caring. Wonderful to work with. Very reasonable in cost as well. I will never go back to base again. Nothing against them, but this will always be our cat vet from now on.

Took my male American Curl cat to be neutered. Dr Smith was very nice as was her staff. The cat was neutered and chipped in a hour and he was able to go home.

The staff and doctor are amazing. The clinic was very clean. The staff and the doctor were very friendly knowledgeable and courteous. The prices are very reasonable I would highly recommend Coastal Cat Clinic for all your cat needs.

Dr. Smith is my go to cat doctor. She's very knowledgeable and very good with cats. She's also very good at communicating and explaining what's going on. I have about a 40 minute drive but it's worth it.

Every visit here is so wonderful. The staff is so friendly and the Veterinarian is incredible with our Cosmic Creepers. Absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who appreciates cats and their different needs.

We take our baby Oliver here, and we love it! But, I just called and asked about flea medication, as our cat has fleas, the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. She made me feel stupid for asking basic questions regarding the flea medication, as I didn’t know if we needed to call in a prescription for our cat or not. When I asked if we needed to call in a prescription, since she said it was prescription only she said “no, your vet already spoke to you about flea medications we offer”.. sorry if I didn’t remember what the vet said a few months ago. We will continue to keep coming here but we’re very disappointed with the customer service from this call. Edit- dr. Smith read my review and gave me a phone call. It’s nice to know she’s a vet that actually values her patients and their opinions!!!!

I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else. Dr. SMITH is the best.

They wouldn't let me come in with my wife for our pet.

I cannot thank Dr. Smith and her team enough for all they have done for my family. I had to bring my one cat in for an emergency and they took him in right away. If it wasn’t for them he would not have made it. They took excellent care of him and kept me updated through the whole process. They truly love what they do and I couldn’t ask for anything else from them. I will never take my babies anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you so much for taking care of Charlie and the rest of my cats❤️

Nice, relaxing environment for cats and pet owners. I took both of my cats there today. My one cat who is quite anxious seemed to tolerate the visit well, and she adjusted well to me bringing her home. With my old vet, she would hide for hours after bringing her home. After visiting with this vet, she got out of her carrier as soon as I brought her home, and ate some wet food. It's very nice to see a clinic that specializes in cat care.

This is the only place I will take my cats. Shes compassionate, helpful and totally concerned with the welfare of your cat. I will be a devoted client as long as i have cats. Thankyou for all you do!

The women who work at the Cat Clinic are so caring. Dr. Smith makes sure to explain things thoroughly, answers all your questions, and makes sure you understand everything before taking your cat home. Recently, my cat was attacked by something. I called them first thing in the morning, they told me they were booked for the day, but if I could drop my cat off they would work her in. My cat had a large wound, and Dr. Smith stitched her up, got her on meds, and told me exactly what to do for her at-home care. Two weeks later, my girl is almost fully healed and is doing so much better. I felt so comfortable leaving her with these ladies for the day because I knew it was a calm, caring environment. Dr. Smith and all of the women who work at the Cat Clinic are passionate and caring.

I found 2 feral cats and didn't know what to do. I called the Coastal Cat Clinic and they helped me through the process of trapping them, getting them medical care, and releasing them. The team at Coastal Cat Clinic are so compassionate and caring. Other vets I called were all about the money, but the team at Coastal Cat Clinic just wanted to do what was best for the cats. Awesome and caring people!

You can tell they really love cats here! They’re very knowledgeable about all things cat. You can tell your furry friend is in good hands. In addition to how well they handle my cat and explain things to me, they also seem to be very reasonably priced!

Very good place to take your cat, very knowledgeable and they are very caring

The vets at this place are extremely knowledgeable and have always done a great job helping my cats. Especially my older cat, who tends to be really anxious around strangers. I would highly recommend this office for people who have cats that tend to have issues with getting along with the vet.

Contacted in regards to my cat which is having a hard time breathing. Didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Just told me they’re booked for 3 weeks then hung up.

Great care for my pets

I have a very difficult cat to take to the vet and to say Dr. Newman and her staff treated us amazing is an understatement. They worked with her respectfully to limit the stress of the visit and gave me options for the future on how they can handle her care without having to put her under anesthesia every visit. I normally don't leave reviews but I 100% recommend this practice.
